It means if you are looking for PPS to take off anytime soon, go somewhere else. If you have invested, then let it sit there and maybe you will see some significant returns in 2009, 2010 (not that it won't go up a few ticks here and there throughout the year).

Con:

Company has diluted to the detriment of previous/current sharehoolders

Pro:

Company has diluted to raise capital to open stores

Con:

No stores have opened and deadlines have been missed from Day 1

Pro:

Verifiable Proof that stores are about to open

Con: Investment site is not utilized properly

Pro: We at least have an investment site at least, with some pictures and blog entries

Con: Share Structure currently

Pro: No R/S and stated by CEO that they will attempt to at least clean up without R/S. Not promise no guarantee, but can appreciate it, if it happens

Con: E-commerce site not up yet for In-vogue

Pro: E-commerce site up for Market 99 (and hopefully bringing in some revenues)

Just a few, and feel free to add, but my guess, is we will see someone only do the negatives. :)
