Elite's worth is exponentially north of 50 cents. The SunGen partnership is not even in consideration here and is very much underestimated.
The IR ADFs such as SequestOx for starters are yet another entire platform
that will have a big impact on share price.
And for toppers Elite will have the first generic OyxContin, cheaper than
Purdue's and an abuse resistant formulation insurances will welcome.
Many things going on at little Elite. GGGgggggg
It was the same thing in DC yesterday. Lights out! Too stormy. LMAO!
Let me help you out here investinin. When Elite was in its fledgling stages under Jerry Treppel who was it that gave Elite a line of credit
for up to $1 million?
So let me ask you, did this not happen again under another?
And how is Elite doing so far?
Pretty darn good. So keep on spinning it.
How's that pro-drug doing? The low bioavailability pro-drug formulation.
LMMFAO!
sweet deals between Elite & Mikah? How about Trimipramine? Nothing but garbage to line his pockets.
the Fda did not stop Elite since they are still in business
East Coast did get slammed. Northvale is getting hammered too. Hope Elite
stays operational. Don't need power outages like in other parts of the East Coast. Washington D C also getting slammed. Overall pretty Stormy.
To me, that sounds like NH is going for the new one. Could I be wrong? Absolutely. Drug A per Nasdaq's post also looks viable w/regards to meeting the FDA stated criteria; the T-max outlier was equal to that of Roxy, and rest within bounds. I agree however, NH should have not made it so unclear--he could have simply stated "we are continuing to progress on our efforts for SequestOx resubmission" and left it at that..
Totally different and totally new my guess.
Before even delving into FDA submission, would be ideal to patent if this unique formulation does turn out to test well as an ADF.
I imagine HAL studies would be another thing to consider too.
Wow. Thanks NASDAQ. Nice information.
LOL! NASDAQ that was good.
Of course the Sackler family aka Purdue will be well prepared with Mundipharma. What they loose through the competition with generic OxyContin in the US will be supplemented through sales of OxyContin in countries where there are no restrictions.
More than likely the US based Purdue may start having a harder time, but overall the business for the Sacklers won't break a sweat. They'll just keep pumping their addictive/easily abused Oxy out to other countries under Mundipharma.
What I find interesting is if Elite forms a partnership/JV with PuraCap/HumanWell to sell OxyContin in China. That will also mean competition for Mundipharma in a market Mundi would love to have. China, Mexico, SE Asia, all part of Mundi's strategy (from the Esquire article).
Some interesting stuff coming in the near future.
Companies like Elite could really waffle Purdue's US business though.
When a company builds a better generic mouse trap. that not only works as well, but is cheaper and insurance companies will back..... just stands to reason. Some hurt is gonna come round. Plus SequestOx will also put a dent in Purdue's Oxy since their Oxy is a tweener anyway.
Only gives 8-10 hours of extended relief, not the 12 Purdue claims.
Yep Purdue was top dog..... not for long though. JMO
Really looking forward to Purdue taking some revenue hits.
The pilot study success..... things that make me go $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
never say never doc
Total junk science. Too many things that can go bump in the night with that formulation.
Yes but Collegium has one that is junk science.
Nicely put N2K. Appreciate it greatly.
Why the delay in approval?
Get weak hands to sell their shares of Elite. Shaking the tree to see what shares fall out. Elite shares are in high demand.
No sellers!
Haha, no one needs to poke holes on their technologies.
Like I said good luck with that.
Okay, then I'll try to explain myself:
I'm sorry I'm not a caregiver
I'm sorry I'm not a caregiver so would you mind explaining why this technology won't work?
Thanks!
Appreciate your "concern" but everything worked out very well. I learned so much in doing this for my family member.
With all due respect, I'm a bit concern for a caregiver not knowing the difference between higher doses and OVER-dose... there are some free online courses and webinars that could be useful:
Great post pharma sleuth.
Short it down, run it up. Same group, same trading tactics. blah blah blah.
Do you also know the difference between higher dose and OVER-dose?
Makai63, you do not post things like that without good reason.
$8.25 I will be out too. LOL
Manea vadoo kabar cha.
maluhia kaikaina.
In some cases as was the case when I worked at Baxter, some companies have a stock plan where the employee is allowed to buy the company stock at up to a 15% discount of a set price. This set price in my case lasted a year at a time. Can only buy up to a certain percent of your salary. The limit was 12% of my salary. I bit the bullet and maxed it for about 4 years.
Did very well.
If Elite has something even remotely similar employees would have to be crazy not to take advantage. Elite is an opportunity. For some individuals an opportunity of a lifetime.
Of course I know that those medications come in different strengths.
If a patient under managed pain care just happens to need a stronger dose because their pain has spiked up a few notches, what good is your overdose medication in alleviating that spike in pain? Even the good old pill cutter won't solve the problem with that formulation.
The patient may need an additional amount of pain relief until a healthcare professional can assess and make the necessary adjustment in dosage for a new script. Cannot up the dosage on one of your overdose preventers until the new script is filled. Depending on the prescription insurer that could come the next day by Fed Ex, or could come two days to a week later. Meanwhile the patient is stuck with all of those overdose prevention pills, but the silver lining is that the manufacturer of that formulation made big money. The patient in managed pain care has to now wait for the new stronger script to arrive and has to endure the hardship of the pain while taking a weaker dosage. Quality of life is interrupted. Those weaker overdose versions get disposed of and the insurer is out the money along with the patient
in some cases.
Any time with an increase in pain is a long time with an increase in pain. In the world of pain, no pain is a constant. It most always changes.
Your pain med may work when the pain subsides, but it will not work should the pain become more acute, thus the need for a stronger dose.
You cannot up the dose with this version for greater pain relief. A new script must be written for a stronger version.
At least with conventional pills one can cut them in half and give a little extra added relief depending on the dose.
And as for capsules (SequestOx)...... break em apart, take half the beads, sprinkle on applesauce and you get approximately half the dosage
with timely relief.
Good luck with your niche investment. I can tell you right now that it will not be used too often for terminal cancer patients. They aren't worried about addiction. More worried about quality of life. Been there done that. As a caregiver I know.
They have an overdose resistant technology, precisely to prevent overdose
The trend around here is to abandon street aquisition of opiate medications as availability has become constrained due changes in prescribing laws and pressure on providers to decrease use.
Elites agonist and antagonist beads LOOK identical to each other.
I have a guy at MIT that will separate the beads for 500 per capsule.
Elite's 2 bead ER and IR ADF opiods
I agree NASDAQ. N2K very informative post.
Unique Abuse deterrent has me excited.
This could yet be another platform for Elite which would make in total
3 platforms.
Current ADF platform
SunGen/Elite platform
Unique ADF without naltrexone
That FDA inspection of the facility the week before the conference call was a preapproval inspection in my opinion.
An approval(s) is(are) coming. Could be the site transfers back from Epic to Elite.
And again........
Investors BEWARE
TOXIC PREFERRED AND WTS
ceo issued to himself with RATCHET ...
Did I mention the fact that in the original 163 person BE study there was not one incident. Nothing. Subjects were told to eat anything they like.
No mishaps. Look the results up yourself.
So why after this 163 person BE study with no problems whatsoever did the FDA balk at giving Elite a labeling claim? Take 1 hour before a heavy meal or two hours after a heavy meal. Simple solution.
But as you point out, that is all in the rear view mirror.
And how do I know that this reformulation for their IR ADF SequestOx will
carry pretty much the same results if Elite is asked to go forward with a new BE test? And why may Elite go through with a submission of this pilot
study to the FDA in hopes of expediting the process without going through another larger expensive BE study?
One thought comes to me, and it is a very simple solution to the capsule versus the tablet release. A J&J subsidiary comes to mind. So simple and many companies are doing it.
Yeah.... I'd be nervous if I was betting against Elite. Very nervous.
Submitting the kind of data they submitted and then try to get it fixed by labelling it is just plain lazy
Thanks for pointing that out pharma sleuth.
The ADF is the future of prescription opioids.
Glad you get a laugh out of the 20 pathways to dollar land. It's coming.
