The trend around here is to abandon street aquisition of opiate medications as availability has become constrained due changes in prescribing laws and pressure on providers to decrease use.



Is availability becoming more constrained?
I'll give you one example, Harris Lee Wittels got hooked on prescription opioids, and as they became more expensive went to the cheaper alternative
heroin.
I understand that it is supply and demand that drives price, but prescription opioids have always been top shelf.

And by constraining availability of prescription opioids it is having
an adverse effect on those that need the pain management. In many case those that need their meds are restricted as to how much they can get.
