sweet deals between Elite & Mikah? How about Trimipramine? Nothing but garbage to line his pockets.

Complete and total NONSENSE. Total misinformation at it's pinnacle.

What generics did Elite have before NH came on board? Phentermine? And what else?
In order to generate money to support the R&D projects, required testing from independent sources, and help keep the business afloat by adding money to the company coffers, the generics NH brought to Elite via Mikah were essential to the survival of Elite.

Trimipramine does not add that much in the way of revenue, but it does showcase Elite's willingness and flexibility to bring much needed drugs to the market without the money attachments 95% of pharmaceuticals require. Elite's willingness to do this also helped resolve a shortage problem with this particular generic.

And since the point was brought up about greed, why is it Elite was not so much concerned about getting high profile generics to market rather than generics most companies gave up on because they don't generate
high cash flow? In my opinion this was a very smart move on NH's part
for two reasons. The fact that these generics were tossed out by other pharmas because they didn't generate enough cash to make it worth while for those particular larger pharmacueticals, BUT are generics that are still in demand(needed). And the second reason, easiest way to generate cash is with generics which are still in demand, but have fewer manufacturers due in part to other pharmas going for bigger cash flow targets.

Very smart business decision by Elite as a whole.
