I just emailed the TA, I'll let you know when I get a response.
Sorry for SteveStock, he's convinced every new poster is either the IR Rep or someone from the company. His conspiracy theories are fun though.
Think we'll pass 0.016 today?
Anyone know the current O/S for SREH?
The least they could've done is give an indication of what the dilution is going to be used for and how much they plan to do. This guessing game is a joke.
They could've sustained some value if they said "we're going to release approximately X shares to fund Y and Z, which will create revenue and bring value back to the shareholders"
For all we know, this is going to a DiBiase family vacation...
This is ridiculous!!!
Anthony DiBiase and SREH are thieves!
I'm not sure how we are losing money? This is one of the most stable pinky's I've ever seen. Much lower short term risk than other pink sheets.
The company not only is not diluting like most pink sheets, but they've actually retired shares. They're intent on maintaining shareholder value.
We also have a very small contingent of shareholders that are holding a large volume of shares long term. This is a great scenario, especially when news does come out.
Pink sheets that PR fluff everyday are the one's to worry about, not the few that make strong PR's stating progress as it is made, and real progress does take time.
Now is actually the time to buy IMO...PPS has leveled off, volume has slowed to sustainable levels, and no signs of dilution. As long as dilution is over, SREH will make a comeback to 0.002+
The idea is buy low and sell high, not the other way around.
SREH starting to make a move!!
It can make a big run over the next few days.
Volume looks very good today. Another day or two of this and a PR for the spokeperson, and she'll be ready to run.
I'm going to wait until tomorrow to buy in just to make sure though.
6's coming soon
A conference call would be great, I'd love to hear directly from them!
Any word on the O/S after yesterday? That could be a telling factor.
It is impressive that it held it's price yesterday with such high sells near the end of the day.
You're right, we're looking at a couple weeks to get to that level, then to get higher, we'd need strong PR's and no dilution.
Yup, it would be funny and sad if they're all related.
I still have some hope for SREH. If dilution's over and their Apps turn out to be worthwhile, they can make a comeback.
You're absolutely correct, it's great that they have funding from Spire.
All companies, especially startup companies, need funding, so hopefully they go about it in a manner that retains and eventually increases shareholder value. They'll need funding to pay for the spokesperson, startup costs, and will eventually need to repay Spire, whether it be in cash or with shares.
I'm not trying to bash in any way, and I'm going to be watching ENTI closely for the next week because there is a lot of opportunity here if there's no dilution, I just wanted to make everyone aware of what another DiBiase did in the last month that cost a lot of shareholders a lot of money.
Good to have you bluz, you're friend gave you a great tip. WDRP is on it's was to something special. A little patience and we'll all make a lot of profit.
Volume is going to tell the story for the next few days. Huge sells, and ENTI's in trouble. Dilution at this point can drive it to the point of no return.
Hopefully Rick DiBiase cares more for the shareholders than Anthony DiBiase, who let his company drop to 1/40th of its value by diluting for a month and a half.
GLTA
As in Ted DiBiase, the ex-wrestler?? lol, i hope not.
I don't know much about his history, but there was an Anthony DiBiase that was a director for the rochester housing authority that got into some trouble.
I'm a little worried about today's volume. Anthony DiBiase's company has been diluted to death over the last month and a half, and it started very much like this. I'm not 100% sure of Anthony DiBiase's relation to Rick DiBiase.
I hope I'm wrong, I just wanted to warn everyone that I've seen something very similar by a CEO named DiBiase tied to musicmatrix and in a similar business.
ENT* had huge dilution today...maybe Anthony DiBiase is taking a break and Rick DiBiase is going to do all the thievery for a while.
I think that there's still hope for SREH....we need no more dilution and strong PR's.
0.002 in the next couple weeks isn't out of the question, I do think that SREH's highly undervalued right now.
Great post Matt_Chart, very well put.
If there is no dilution, ENTI will do very well. I am very concerned about the dilution all of a sudden though, as I've seen this very recently with SR*H (a similar company with CEO Anthony DiBiase) that diluted itself to death over the last month and a half, dropping from 0.02 all the way to 0.0005.
Hopefully it is a one or two time thing, but if it continues, ENTI would be in trouble.
I'm going to wait patiently for the next few days before buying, I might be too late by then, but I don't want to get burned like I did with A. DiaBase's company.
Wonder why the PR isn't on IHUB or e*Trade??
Think a reversal's starting?
I have a long way to go..i'm in at 0.13
That's good advice, I'm in the same boat. I always get in early, but don't save anything to average down. I'm happy where I got in on this one.
Looks like someone might of listened...for now anyway.
Once (if) it stops, there's still some room for SREH to make a move. Hopefully that happens.
You jump to a lot of conclusions Plumber, I mean Stevestock, but it comes off a little bit crazy.
I can find a Richard Martel that's a professor in Montreal, and a real estate agent in Florida (way too young), and one that was a director at Enxnet (EXNT)...that doesn't mean anything, and I'm not going to make claims based on conjecture.
The "Andrew Simoneau" theory is just plain silly.
Please post facts, or do more research before making claims.
CEO's don't necessarily need to have deep knowledge of the engineering that goes into their company's products. Where did you get that idea?
CEO's almost always come from business type backgrounds rather than engineering. CEO's that didn't come from a business background usually get an MBA at some point in their career.
SREH Mobile2Earth Finalizes Phase 1 for Client's Interactive iPhone Music Video 9:01 AM ET 7/13/10 | Marketwire
(PINKSHEETS: SREH) -- SREH subsidiary MOBILE2EARTH (www.mobile2earth.com) announces completion for several steps in phase 1 of its iPhone app for client, MusicMatrix. SREH CEO Anthony Dibiase comments, "The iPhone app is a multi-faceted platform for music and music video lovers which allows the user to experience and experiment with music videos like never before. MusicMatrix came to us with a solid, saleable vision that we were pleased to take on. The iPhone app features a clean, hip interface in line with our client's branding and the user-friendly features will appeal to the MusicMatrix demographic, getting straight to the point for users."
Recently, Mobile2Earth became part of the Apple Developer Connection, allowing them access to cutting edge resources from concept to distribution, toward iPhone app creation, testing and sales. "This gives us access to some amazing tools, such as the iOS Technology featuring Cocoa Touch provided to members of the Apple Developer Connection," states Dibiase.
As it states on the Apple Developer Connection site, the amazing user experience of iOS is possible because of the powerful foundation upon which it is built. Derived from the proven core of Mac OS X, iOS has been streamlined to be compact and efficient, taking maximum advantage of the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch hardware. Cocoa Touch is the programming framework driving user interaction on iOS. Using technology derived from Cocoa and the gorgeous Mac desktop, Cocoa Touch and the iOS interface were completely re-designed for multi-touch. Buttons, table lists, page transitions, and gestures on the iPhone are unique for the pocketable form factor, and all this UI power is available to developers through the Cocoa Touch frameworks. Built upon the Model-View-Controller paradigm, Cocoa Touch provides a solid foundation for creating state-of-the-art applications. When combined with the Interface Builder developer tool, it is both easy and fun to use drag-and-drop to design the next great iPhone application.
Dibiase continues, "The MusicMatrix app will allow music and music video fans to truly embrace the music and artists they love most with the ability to not only watch music videos, but to edit and recreate their own videos using music from their favorite artists. It then allows subscribed users to share and re-edit user videos in a revolutionary concept merging social networking and music industry fandom."
Mobile2Earth is underway with many features for the iPhone app including upload of 'Invite,' 'Community,' 'Upgrade,' 'Favorites' and 'Get Paid' features, among others. Phase 2 will finish the initial version of the app for official launch, with add-ons and expansions to come. Phase 2 will include abilities to edit videos, upload content, enhanced upgrades and member notifications, among other unique features. "This is a great iPhone app and there's nothing else like it. Further, I think it will have enhanced profitability as being tied in to the MusicMatrix website for subscribed users. It's an excellent step forward for Mobile2Earth in terms of exposure and profitability. As we continue to bring on more clients and develop more apps through the Apple Developer Connection, our iPhone/iPad portfolio should be pretty impressive considering a slate of 25 iPhone/iPad apps to be released over the next few months. In addition, as previously mentioned, I feel that white labeling apps will become a significant source of business as well," concludes Dibiase.
Pretty good day overall, green on increased volume. Hopefully we have a good week!
Thanks, hasn't come true yet.
Great day, I think this counts as a reversal...lol
Awesome!
Different type of research altogether...
I believe that they said Richard Martel's background is in insurance and investments.
I'm going to go with "i don't know" and "President and CEO"...not sure if that was much help. LOL
It'd be nice to get back in the .016-.018 range by the end of the week. A PR update after that would be nice too.
touche'
LOL, you're crazy. Wait a minute, maybe I'm Andrew....dramatic pause. Nope, not Andrew.
It would be nice if Andrew did post on this board, but he might go crazy, then we wouldn't have anyone to get our information from.
Hopefully we get a PR soon, I'm getting excited for an update.
Looking better today, it'd be nice to get our momentum back, especially before news comes out.
Good DD, it would be nice if someone could get answers from the company...
I believe you (although I'd rather not)....hopefully it ends soon.
They might just need capital for the projects their working on, and hopefully plan to turn it into shareholder value.
Guess I'm in for the long haul...
