All companies, especially startup companies, need funding, so hopefully they go about it in a manner that retains and eventually increases shareholder value. They'll need funding to pay for the spokesperson, startup costs, and will eventually need to repay Spire, whether it be in cash or with shares.
I'm not trying to bash in any way, and I'm going to be watching ENTI closely for the next week because there is a lot of opportunity here if there's no dilution, I just wanted to make everyone aware of what another DiBiase did in the last month that cost a lot of shareholders a lot of money.
