The lawsuit is of no significance IMO. The govt guarantees the loans and floats the bonds to cover trillions of dollars of potential loss on loans. Whether you like it or not, they are in the driver seat. Plus, they're playing with tax payer money or simply returning dividends. IMO, they want to privatize and be on the hook for less, but are more concerned with voter fallout when Wall Street banks huge on this particular bailout.
Yep. They truly do...
I guess that clears up all concern...
Not as its written, but the govt will divest in some capacity.
They have moved below the D list of promoters. Hopefully TUNG gets a refund from the DUNG that promoted.
Don't deny that...shorts have a place as well. But, their impact on pennies on many boards are grossly overstated or made by part of the promo team to create an impression of a "squeeze" to dump more. I'm ok with that, its part of the deal, and want it to go up as well, don't really care what gets it to move and don't expect it to stay there long...GLTA.
Shorts have nothing to do with it. Rarely do. Insider sells, that's another story.
Or citi, b of a...etc. I do believe that failing entities should fail and government shouldn't bail businesses out. However, not after you bring them back to life. Someone would have been happy to buy GM, all big banks, etc, for less than pennies on the dollar, re-orged the debt, disband unions, start fresh, etc. Names like Kennedy, Hilton, Rockefeller took advantage of the depression and never looked back.
It will be interesting to see what happens. The many billions sent by FM do not reduce any of the amount owed and FM has no repayment option as part of the agreement, plus it gets tagged with interest that's oddly spooled back in more or less. I will lend anyone anything under these terms. Worse than a juice loan.
Corker from Tenn and Warner from Va. Bury their emails/twitter/FB, they have to reply in some capacity...GL...the bill does hurt individual investors and phases out over 5 years. Discusses dividends, etc...go get em and GL.
Contact the senators positioning the bill. Looks like it will hope to recoup the 188bil owed and then privatize without as much government guarantee.
Words of wisdom...but Warren wasn't referring to the penny world...the only thing happening is selling. Hoping it moves up, but nothing positive to take from today IMO.
It's been a month since they started the drilling permit process and they're delinquent on their filings. Hopefully one or both are addressed if news should come.
Bad day, but strong close.
His homework is late as well. Probably figuring out what he should do with what remains of his 200+ million shares.
Might be a while. 52 week high is .015 and an RS is en route. Hope it happens, would help me quite a bit. GL.
What do you see that supports news?
123 Alerts email indicating coverage received.
Decent volume, closing green again. Not bad.
Lowest volume day I can recall. One buy total. Wonder what's brewing? RS should happen any day and ELAY has a history of Wednesday/Thursday info. Hoping for the best.
It took at least 300 years for the empire to fall...and only half of it. The Eastern half continued on for another 1000 years or so.
It will bounce if they file. Don't know how much, but the symbol change should push it up. If they don't plan on filing, IMO they will try to move it up and milk all they can before letting it tank. They were late on the prior filing as well, but filed within a week or so of the notification. This one is stretching a little longer. Hopefully, they will file and have permits to drill. GLTA.
I believe they have 30 days from the day the E was assigned.
Another nice, slow and steady day with a green close. No complaints. GL in all you do. Go TUNG.
$100k spent on a billion shares would do it and a little more IMO.
Yes.
Report TOS violation...
It's both an African country colonized by freed US slaves and a city in Costs Rica...possibly a boiler room @ both. GLTA.
I haven't held a position for a while and am not planning on getting in at the moment. However, I have 2 showrooms in my area and see the cars almost daily. Just passed the showroom walking my dog. JMO, but all of the cars are attractive. Expensive, but not comparatively for their target audience. The charge network should make them even more attractive.
A green day...up .00001 on 4 sells. Please management, at least make something up and share it with us.
It might, depending on the quality of beer and chicken, lol. I've been here a long time and believe that Sergio and Bruce will allow an opportunity, no matter how small, to recover something above what I have now. If not, I'll hope Sharp got burned as well and files suit. GLTA.
Post split?
I tend to agree... breaking .03 should get the ball rolling nicely.
That they are. File the report and drop the E already...95% of the filing is a form letter as it stands and you fill in the blanks, disclose fears about being a going concern, yadayadayada...
Aniko Kaye has nothing to do with any stock. She's a swindler and quite well known. Just another ambulance for Sharp to chase...and maybe he'll even get $1 or $2 of the money awarded some day.
I agree. It never went below the open and went up steadily. A little manipulation to close it even, but no complaints. Volume building day to day is usually a good sign. Hopefully, some MOMO will come our way. GLTA.
If like to see it. Hopefully they went out and have people working the phones as well. GL.
You Are followed...GLTA.
Don Quixote references on IHUB? Go GOFF!!!
Agreed. Nice news, nice volume, nice buys. GLTA.
