The Bierstube (Taproom and eatery) does not exist yet! Always Optomistic was attempting to persuade Hetfield and Spunkmeyer to purchase the Elk Falls bar and I was encouraging them to convert it into a Bierstube!

I knew that at some point! (But forgot it!) I lived in Chicago, but now live in Kansas.
Have a nice day!
A.O. Ha! No names thanks!

Ok, used up my German! Any more and I will hurt myself! (I know...you are from Belgium! :)
Stayin loose waitin fer funding! (Remember---Largo reports tonight!)
Hetfield/Spunkmeyer, Johanna;
In a few years there will a be a lot of hungry and thirsty miners in Elk Falls!
Kmack49. Hang in there! You hold shares in real estate in Nebraska! (Sort of, and through an intermediary!) Everyone here is experiencing lost opportunity cost. But you are right, no point pulling out now!
Matt Baron; NIOBF trades on the Toronto stock exchange TSX. In the US it trades OTC. It Also trades in Europe. (Frankfort??)
OTC is tracked in USD, TSX in CND. So keep track of whether the post and poster are from Canada or the US. The US closing on 3/25 was $0.46 USD.

Jim!
It appears that Niocorp has converted 3 months debt totalling $1,050,000 USD (3 * $350,000 USD) into 2,729,826 shares of common stock to Lind. increasing the total fully diluted shares from 272,418,123 shares to 275,147,949 shares. (A 2,729,826 share increase.)
The question: Want to confirm whether this was new debt issued in this first quarter or debt associated with older Lind warrrents previously issued (re covertable debit shown in Niorcorp Footnote 2 below)
Thanks
(Footnote 2 is from theInvestors/ Share Structure section at NIOCORP website. " This total (Fully diluted shares" does not include possible share issuances from approximately $4.1 million of convertible debt held by the Company.
Walter. A little balance.
Columbus: Note the brutal slave trade of Europeans, esp. Women, to the North African and Byzantium slave markets that took place at least until the Battle of Lepanto and the Siege of Vienna. (Probably continued after that in Turkey.) The corsairs continually raided the coasts of the Levant for slaves at least until Lepanto.
You might also mention that the Indians themselves practiced slavery including tribes like the Shawnee, Huron, the Apache. This certainly applied to the Incas, and the various Mezo American Indian Tribes who enslaved and killed other tribes (ate them too!.) Very disturbing. So, I would dispute the living "quite happily for thousands of years.".
Should I also mention the state sponsored slavery of humans that existed in the KonzentrationAnslageren and Gulags of Northern Europe in the last Century? Every bit as brutal and more widespread than anything done to the Indians.
Note that Slavery is still practiced in Africa, (Mauritania) and chattel slavery is still practiced in India. And Sex traffic-ing? Do your research.
Some historical balance to a politically correct blind spot! :)
Sorry to be a downer. (Down day on Wall street today, just hanging waiting for funding!)

I think that current SP is being affected by decline in vanadium prices.

I have not looked at all of the stories in above link. My impression is that reduced Chinese economic activity-among other things-is driving down demand for vanadium.
Vanadium pentoxide Flake is selling in China at about $16.40/lb USD, about $16.90USD in Europe. March 21/2019.

P.M. And the corollary, easy to sell at your asking price
Putz; It took me three days to dislodge 3000 shares from someone and it wasn't like I was doing a huge underbid. I finally had to go with ask price to get it filled. $.451 USD.
I still think no news until after Largo results on 3/27. Good to hear that site is not underwater and that Tecumsa NE is working on a water tower and new wells.
Back thread I posted something on Niobium Arsinide as a semiconductor. Emailed it to Jim Sims. He responded that they already had the info and were working on using it in some way.

Diversion from Financing issue.
Article regarding Niobium Arsinide semiconductor. While this would not require large amounts of Niobium, its one more possible strategic use for the metal.
Read more at: https://phys.org/news/2019-03-semimetals-high-conductors.html#jCp
"Researchers in China and at UC Davis have measured high conductivity in very thin layers of niobium arsenide, a type of material called a Weyl semimetal. The material has about three times the conductivity of copper at room temperature, said Sergey Savrasov, professor of physics at UC Davis. Savrasov is a coauthor on the paper published March 18 in Nature Materials.
New materials that conduct electricity are of great interest to physicists and materials scientists, both for basic research and because they could lead to new types of electronic devices.
Savrasov works on theoretical condensed matter physics. With others, he proposed the existence of Weyl semimetals in 2011. The Chinese team were able to fabricate and test small pieces, called nanobelts, of niobium arsenide, confirming the predictions of theory. The nanobelts are so thin they are essentially two-dimensional.
"A Weyl semimetal is not a conductor or an insulator, but something in between," Savrasov said. Niobium arsenide, for example, is a poor conductor in bulk but has a metallic surface that conducts electricity. The surface is topologically protected, meaning that it cannot be changed without destroying the bulk material.
With most materials, surfaces can be chemically altered as they pick up impurities from the environment. These impurities can interfere with conductivity. But topologically protected surfaces reject these impurities.
"In theory we expect Weyl surfaces to be good conductors as they don't tolerate impurities," Savrasov said."

Rizzo1101! I want to see the 3 posts from yesterday!!!!
(Uh,Ya no, changed my mind I don't) (Ok Putz, there you go guy, U Predicted the future! Now! Niocorp! :)
The rest of youse....Sitzfleish! If you don't have any don't invest in a mining stock!
Rizzo1101 You know what, I apologize. I let myself get drawn to something that has probably been going on from long before I started watching this board.
So a Straight answer to that question is that on March 27th (not 12 days) Largo Resources will issue quarterly results, Mark Smith will give a presentation for Largo. Good results may assist M.S. in securing or finalizing a financial package for Niocorp.
Not thinking Largo/Niocorp merger. Keep a functioning company intact in one piece. Funds loaned from Largo to Niocorp? Humm. Not at this time. Future? Depends on their board and owners.)
When Financing? Just waiting like everyone else.
Siarayne29 Thank you for you kind comments! I agree...Serious posts for a good stock! Next mile marker (date!) is March 27! Pay down debt? Consider a dividend? TBD!

Antler gave his report since he is about 7 miles away from Elk Falls, but there is a lot of problems in other places.
(And the High water will be moving down stream to Kansas and Missouri)
A.O. Lndmrk, P.M. all
And like others I am sitting on a fair number of shares valued at 2 Dimes and a Quarter (US!) and considering the opportunity cost. (Humm. Buy Bonds!) F.A. soon we all hope!
A.O. If I were M.S.arranging final start up financing I would try to time it to coincide with the actual beginning of site preparation and need to purchase equipment. In Nebraska I would try to time that for sometime in mid to late April Early May for decent weather and for a full summer to finish Site preparation and start to begin building the processing facility. It would also allow time for the start of ground freezing around the anticipated shaft site.
Why? If you have a F.Agreement you do not want to start making interest payments unless you actually begin using that money for your project. I am thinking Early or Mid April although you could announce Earlier.
The financing group or groups may advance an initial amount toward the total for initial site preparation. Niocorp will probably receive subsequent financing in a series of payments advanced upon completion of different stages of construction. If M.S. structures the F.A. in this way it would probably be done to minimize ongoing interest payments to amounts actually received/utilized, and to allow the Financing authority the ability raise capital through private placement or bond subscriptions on a stepped "as you go basis."
So, Assuming Starting financing around the start of NE contruction season? (All other conditions having been addressed!)
Slashknots (Autocorrect err, right? ;)
Thanks for posting this and some of your earlier posts.
(Looking forward to the 3/27 results and MS Video!)
douginil Ok Doug, I posted this on NIOBF on 3/10 and you wanted it posted here.

IF they were issuing new shares or options under the shelf prospectus I am pretty certain they would be required to acknowledge this. (This would be Canadian law. For me, the other side of the lake!)
Perhaps one of the retiring directors decided to dispose of his shares?
If M.S. sold that would need to be disclosed pretty quick. This would be about $900,000 ?
Ok. Go have a Moosehead!

Johanna provided this regarding the Largo halt (Thanks Johanna!)
https://www.largoresources.com/investors/news/press-release-details/2019/Largo-Resources-Confirms-No-Material-Change/default.aspx
"Largo Resources Ltd. ("Largo" or the "Company") (TSX: LGO) (OTCQX: LGORF) announces that management is unaware of any material change in the Company's operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity. Largo's stock triggered the single stock circuit breaker which resulted in a temporary trading halt and trading resumed approximately 15 minutes later. Operations at the Maracás Menchen Mine are "business as usual" and we continue to produce strong results in-line with our operations to date."

RUB your post contained content and I will reply on some of it.
RE your comment regarding the Machinery. It was good. MS was to the point on the difficult fiancial situation. If you look at the last Quarterly report one of the problems appeared to be quality control on rejected product (my analysis..not how they stated it.) The additional machinery should bring their processes in house and hopefully allow them to address this, control handling costs, and pursue other products that the equiptment will allow them to manufacture. Pictures are at the Website. Since this involves Defense contracting I would rather they not provide a tour of the facility.
He was short and to the point the last quarter did not go well financially. He outlined new sales of product for the f-35 program as well as additional sales they hope to obtain. Discussed
Not sure what you are trying to do with yr abuse of previous CEO.
He was removed what more do you want?
The board members appear to be stepping in and the roles of CEO and saving IBC the expense he represents. They will probably review this at a later time once they have a positive cash flow/profitability.
I considered this positive. You buy when a company is addressing its problems and the price is low. Its low now.
Johanna Baks! Someone on the Niocorp board wrote that Largo trading was teporarily halted:
"Resumed at 10:07:09. Was halted due to single-stock circuit breaker. Roughly 800,000 shares traded around that time.'
See what you did there Lady! :)
P.M. I did notice one of the ARC Directors left. The other left earlier? And there is that Shelf prospectus.
Somewhere else I read that the additional or remaining debt will be paid off in the 1st quarter. Will that remove more of the A.R.C.director and allow him more freedom to do things his way?
Share buybacks? Dividends? (Mining companies hate paying dividends!)
Start mining properties in Canada? The US? Humm.
Ha! A.O.
Pretty waterfall!
P.M. Capital Improvements cut high salaries.
Its always fun to have a big new tool that saves you handling time and having to ship stuff to someplace else to do your milling or finishing.
Save on Salaries? They have not found a new CEO at this time.
Vertical integration they don't need a new CEO.... (Just a big loan!)
Family 6 yes you did!
No question, he is wearing a lot of hats!

I got the impression that Mark has the same sense of urgency and expectation as just about everyone on this board. Wants it done yesterday, but has to live in the real world. You could look at the video and see what you think.
A.O. M.S. answer to question Niocorp and SC/AL alloy.
IBC is more Mark Smith news than Niocorp news I suppose. Perhaps after the IAALF meeting he can refocus. (1st Largo news, then IBC news...what comes next?) Off to do errands!
Monocle "Wednesday" Wednesday; Even better...
Mark A. Smith, IBC Board Chairman, will host a conference call and webcast on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at 10 a.m.
Monocle; Thanks! (Beat me to it!) (Thursday!!)
MNGA, LNDMK, NEbrkn; AO
I agree. I think mngmnt has some sort of financing package in process and would use previously obtained short term buisness line of credit to keep the tank full and lights on while waiting for the big package to be finalized.(Max out the credit cards for gas!)
(based on the information shared by everyone here) I think that M.S. will do his IBC presentation Thursday. Then he can pivot to other things. back to Financingk... Vertical integration? Paying down remaining Largo Debt & increasing his influence on their board?
In the back ground is the Shelf prospectus for LARGO. Expand operations in Brasil? Mines in Canada? Or?
Maybe we learn something Friday or next week? (I have no info not publically available. I am speculating along with the board here.)
