Comments starting 4:40 regarding Largo, paying down debt and engaging in Capitol improvments and giving something back to shareholders.

It gives me a very positive impression regarding sure, my Largo shares, but also regarding M.S. and Niocorp. Largo is progressing well, more news at month end, IBC has been addressed for now, Niocorp would appear to be next, or I suppose, at month end. Something to be confident about!

I don't think Largo will be loaning money for Niocorp or merging with Niocorp at this time, although I would be happy to be surpised!

I think that Mark turning Largo around does provide Investment banks sufficient proof that he is a capable CEO who would provide them with a sound return on their investment. (As we all know, consistant with any new mining operation being a "Sound" investment!)
