IF they were issuing new shares or options under the shelf prospectus I am pretty certain they would be required to acknowledge this. (This would be Canadian law. For me, the other side of the lake!)

Perhaps one of the retiring directors decided to dispose of his shares?

If M.S. sold that would need to be disclosed pretty quick. This would be about $900,000 ?
