Refresher from July 2015: Justin Trudeau Campaign

@ 52 Sec.
Trudeau voices support for regulated marijuana dispensaries
" We have to create an entire system that controls and regulates marijuana, that will include medical marijuana, and properly licenced dispensaries." Then Candidate Justin Trudeau
Better By Tweed may need to be ready for traffic. Sealed jars ready to go.?
Right now Rona Conservatives, Federal Courts, liberal Majority and every Cannabis user in this Country is saying, " let's go! Get this done!"
Good times ahead!
I love my Tweed Lot #3 , but I'm all out cause I ordered it in the collection and only about 20% of it was in my order. Looking forward to when I can order again.
This is the type of ish restrictions that could defineatly be relaxed.
Speculation Time:
Jamaica, Germany and South America... On the ground activities in the next quarter or two in at least 2 mentioned.. during Feb 25 CC
Jamaica just changed Governments, so I dont think their ready right away. south America has been very active, so has Australia.
I think cgc in Australia. Hypothesis until I can find more evidence to support.
Great Interview! There is definitely an urgency in this industry. Thank You Allard amd Phalen!
Investor dollars may be hard at work lobbying for that DIN as we speak. All about patience now
No evidence? Go to CAMH. It's not Harmless.
Absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence.
I'm not saying it's dangerous. I'm saying it's not harmless. Or forget the term harm. Cannabis has an " effect " which can benefit some and not benefit others, if not cause harm.
Come on, water is the same. Drinking Too much water at one time can f u up. Too much oxygen...
Is this heracy
I'm thinking, the federal government still holds the ability to restrict and regulate. The question is reasonable access. The weight of change will be enormous I believe. Like insurance coverage. That makes cost near zero, like any other prescription. Din #. And actually regulate grow operations. I don't picture the ability to restrict home gardens. But hey, if I can get zero cost Tweed/Bedrocan MedMJ, I have zero use for growing my own or buying off the street.
My default is the Liberal Platform: Regulate and Restrict like Alcohol and Tobacco.
And can people quit claiming Cannabis is harmless? Cause it's not, or we wouldn't have a claim to medical benefits. We're in a great position to actually key in on the specific of the plant. This is a great time. Tweed Lot#3 is my favourite so far. I like very low THC amounts. Bedrolite and Tweed lot #1
Funny note: read your Health Canada form that comes with the Ganja. On the second page under the heading " When the product should not be used".
* are a man who wishes to start a family
?? Wtf does that even mean. There's a few others I think are missing syntax.
The Government is on this. I don't think they are going to half ass an election platform that the Charter of rights and Freedoms have expedited. Here's to them getting it right, and any necessary tweaks are minor in nature to the program being a success...Daydreaming of course
The commercial distribution will be the most interesting. Provincial distribution regulations ( like alcohol and tobacco ) . Same for health, economy , justice. Let the province invest somehow in technology to measure impairment levels.
Alberta has a private liquor distribution. So in a regulatory frame work, is an alcohol liberationist wanted to fulfill their dream of liquor depot franchise, that's the place to be.
I think a lot of dispensaries just want to keep their shops, a lot of folks want to be small shop entrepreneurs, and growers want to distribute. How bout a Better By Tweed Franchise for 50k.
Very interesting times
Of course, the course word is regulatory means. The means is in the finer regulations, because it's The Charter that the government was referred to as their corrections.
It was the commercial grow I was addressing. Commercial scale. Let's say I have a few acres open in my "home garden". Or anything deemed commercial scale or activity. Like the limit on tobacco and alcohol. Home brew- microwave brewery. Home grow - micro LP
this looks like a good option for a home grow or legal dispensary
In six months, there will be some sort of law in the land concerning MedMJ. Even if new legislation is the worst ever written or best , or darn near the same, it will be law until challenged in court. I don't how insignificant that is? The rules governing the game some people are invested in will be changed in six months. The rules will almost certainly be challenged. But insignificant? There was someone else who presented the idea that the Allard ruling would be insignificant . But history would disagree. It may have been the most significant pivot in our time. Do you think industry participants and government haven't pinned the date? It's a big reveal! Where do we go from here , Albeit potentially
The judgement was Feb, 24. So the deadline is Aug, 24/25. I'm going to agree with you and predict the liberals will be proactive and present legislation before then.
MMPR was predicted 400,000 patients by 2020 under conservatives. That date and number could become very Liberal, if u know what I mean.
This a solid timeline.
Bedica 17/0 from Bedrocan sold out in the Tweed shop. Less than two weeks. Quality low cost strains are in demand .
So here's short take. August 25, access to MMJ will, in whatever degree increase, which should be better for CGC as well as Patients. That 10,000# could be a very distant past.
I know it's achievable, but the article give no point of reference. Almost random
Who set a $8.67 price target on CGC? I think I'm seeing a momentum pattern that takes a run up on each quarterly and. Tapers off after the pumping settles. The Company is doing well, as can be seen in their steady growth. The volume that these types of articles require is only around during the weeks up to and after quarterlies. Anyway. I think Canopy will need far more than a price target to hit those valuations. This industry has been on fire since it went public, and that fire has been mostly contained. August 25 deadline for MMPR rewrite. That's where my target is. By the orders and call volumes and hiring, we can see business is growing. Another 30% q over q growth is "almost expected". Yaaawn, right? Haha.
Right now I think everyone wants sound regulations for medical and recreational legalization more than anything else.
Red or Black? Liberal Red or Brier Black
"WEEDS Opens in Nation’s Capitol – Safe Marijuana For Sale In Ottawa"
interesting how the word "safe" has become a selling point for untested, unregulated product, while blatantly aiming to discredit actual accountable product
http://www.cannabisculture.com/content/2016/02/27/weeds-opens-in-nations-capitol-safe-marijuana-for-sale-in-ottawa
Weeds, A Don Brier franchise, just opened another location in none other than our nations capital: Ottawa. This brings total outlets to 26!
I can now see the clear benefit of the Allard decision. An expeditious regulation process. As of today, the Lp's can not even show a "glamour" shot of a bud! But the grey scale market can open dispensaries at the foot of parliament ?
Thanks Pact nd Tweedle . I couldn't resist taking pictures. Kushbury.com does some nice Tweed reviews too.
From 2001 to 2013, pharmaceutical exports and imports between Canada and the rest of the world increased by 155 percent and 96 percent respectively.
More than half of Canadian production is exported (primarily to the United States) and a significant portion (62.3%) of the Canadian market is supplied by foreign imports (33 percent of imports from the U.S. and 43 percent from EU).

It seems Bobby is only now realizing their is cross boarder trade and investment between Canada and United States of America. Seems he thought All Canadian Public health dollars were spent in Canada. Good there is an invention called the interweb, where spiders nit string into quilted blankets to store important information, such as this.
Thanks. I can really see the benefit of a milled product though. very easy to load into a vaporizer. some folks realy need that. old habits die hard for me though, so i like to see the buds. I really not feeling the livingstone. neither vape nor joint. so I might just turn it into a butter. There was a 2 gram bud in the penelope. I was happy they are able to ship those out.
My Cannabis (Marijuana) order from Tweed.com Click HD 1080p for Hi-Definition Video I enjoyed taking the photos. May need a micro lens to get better sugar crystal shots.
No mockery bro. Enjoying the conversation . Go CGC.
So the MMPR is essentially a vacuum on pause right now. We know who's going to take full advantage of that right now. And who's not. Those folks are suckers. The others are gamblers. The suckers are MMPR LP investors. But that's just for now.
Like I said, one of the second point on my list to invest is management. No matter what the climate of your industry, wether is going great or to $h!+, is who's steering the ship.
There's going to be a complete rewrite of the MMPR in six months and I do trust the management at CGC to navigate those uncharted waters.
I looked at plenty of LP's , like you do in your analysis', but not as well. And before Even get to their books, I look at who's running the show. That's why I chose CGC, and why I avoided others. And voila!
When they do what they say their gonna, and do it well, logic says, they may repeat.
As far as body parts, I really like cell culture organ development . 3D printing with stem cells to produce organs. All strides are super cool. The corporate responsibilities, the ethics are always first and formost, unless your Walmart or Or joe fresh. But cannabis is the same. Half the battle to legalize cannabis is because someone long ago made an ethical call and started criminalizing people.
Time to set that $#!+ right.
I have a great feeling about this government. Not any individual persay. I think all the weaknesses that are obvious more than balance out when they work as a team. Like the task force for cannabis. Together , philpot , raybould, Blair , ( the economic guy, sorry, his name misses me right now) and Trudeau will deliver.
Check out Hollywood film called :"the island". In line with your head transplant ideas. Certainly hope that's not ur vision of CGC . Grow cannabis, good enough for me. All in good times. Cheers.
Go CGC
That's what I'm saying though, CGC is dominant. And this is what Bruce has emphasized. Market share being most important. Did you hear him reference Amazon in light of this. Grew market share for years, not cash flow positive, while everyone turned a blind eye. So those giant extractors are to oils what tweed farms is to buds. The demand is here! We NEED the supply capacity yesterday .
Since yesterday I've had a genuine concern that oils will run out, be sold out.
I mean, I think the medical demand for extracts will be 50% of production , although yet to be confirmed. And I'm asking myself, does CGC have the production capacity. Is that proprietary extractor ready? When will it be ready? Selling out product is good for the books, terrible for patients and business. Running the oil production 24/7 is key until the monster extractors are ready.
Government won't throw out the baby with the bath water . Expect MMPR 2.0. Perhaps rebranded. With all the right fixes. Let's go Liberals!
Ufkin guy compares Enron! Gtfoh with that ish! Ask ur question and then go study the ifrs!
Snoop is a med patient. Sweet
Great cover on the pharma industry question
Jamaica, Germany and South America... On the ground activities in the next quarter or two in at least 2 mentioned..
Next question , tax up list
You Bastard! You just got cudos from Bruce for your excellent order tracking . Stick around and keep pissing people off
Bruce suggests, Allard decision could also expedite RecMj regulations. This is an informative CC. Touching on PN suit a bit. ...
Wooooah ! " CGC may not have received full value for medcann access
The deal with Snoop ( LBC Holdings ) and Tweed is there. No quarterly for CGC yet. Folks come on here to regurgitate their bs

Now those lobbyists Bruce employs can really shine.
Personal gardens, great. But for those hundreds of thousands like myself who hv no interest, or time for medical gardening, we need insurance coverage ( a DIN ).
Also local distribution along side mail order.
And a far less invasive access process.
As a Ceo, bruce has his chops. Very good response to the market. The ability get $250 mil worth of investors to see the big picture.
So, a win win for the whole cannabis community. Awesome keeps his closet garden and we keep our willy wonka cannabis factory.
I believe in the boards ability to adjust to any new regulations. I'd just like to see shady unregulated dispensaries shut down! Even a restaurant needs a food permit! It's truly absurd. Better by tweed dispensaries and not just empty reception lounges.
Looking forward to the cc tomorrow.
Go CGC
1-yes
2-yes
3-no
Evans said business as usual nd he's right. Read the document. The ruling has been suspended (stayed) for six months allowing the liberals to re write regulations.
Like mmpruser said, a Drug Id Number is a solid, simple and effective remedy that will bring the cost to patients down to pennies a gram. Would have had one by now if not for Harper cons and Ambrose.
Your a ufkin genius. A drug Id number, insurance coverage. Voila. Zero costs
The 13 post limit is a bane today! So I'm gonna have to pack this one. Judges don't write laws. Politicians do.
The injunction is expected. How then could one group hv a constitutional right and not another? It won't stand.
The major issue is still the commercial sale of medicine without permission. We should all be able personal growth, but commercial activity must be regulated.
The government needs to fix this NOW so law enforcement has something to go with.
Harpers gone. They designed this. Forget Rona and evolve. It's go time liberals!
CGC still has to follow the rules for 6 months. Expect something from health canada sooner than that. In the meantime, like surfer girl said, the people taking advantage of this system win cause law enforcement hv next to nothing to go off of.
