I'm thinking, the federal government still holds the ability to restrict and regulate. The question is reasonable access. The weight of change will be enormous I believe. Like insurance coverage. But hey, if I can get zero cost Tweed/Bedrocan MedMJ, I have zero use for growing my own or buying off the street.
