So the MMPR is essentially a vacuum on pause right now. We know who's going to take full advantage of that right now. And who's not. Those folks are suckers. The others are gamblers. The suckers are MMPR LP investors. But that's just for now.
Like I said, one of the second point on my list to invest is management. No matter what the climate of your industry, wether is going great or to $h!+, is who's steering the ship.
There's going to be a complete rewrite of the MMPR in six months and I do trust the management at CGC to navigate those uncharted waters.
I looked at plenty of LP's , like you do in your analysis', but not as well. And before Even get to their books, I look at who's running the show. That's why I chose CGC, and why I avoided others. And voila!
When they do what they say their gonna, and do it well, logic says, they may repeat.
As far as body parts, I really like cell culture organ development . 3D printing with stem cells to produce organs. All strides are super cool. The corporate responsibilities, the ethics are always first and formost, unless your Walmart or Or joe fresh. But cannabis is the same. Half the battle to legalize cannabis is because someone long ago made an ethical call and started criminalizing people.
Time to set that $#!+ right.
I have a great feeling about this government. Not any individual persay. I think all the weaknesses that are obvious more than balance out when they work as a team. Like the task force for cannabis. Together , philpot , raybould, Blair , ( the economic guy, sorry, his name misses me right now) and Trudeau will deliver.
