The commercial distribution will be the most interesting. Provincial distribution regulations ( like alcohol and tobacco ) . Same for health, economy , justice. Let the province invest somehow in technology to measure impairment levels.

Alberta has a private liquor distribution. So in a regulatory frame work, is an alcohol liberationist wanted to fulfill their dream of liquor depot franchise, that's the place to be.
