ADDISON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/23/09
Earthworks Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EWKS) announced today that its subsidiary Z-Force Enterprises, LLC has launched its multi-level marketing campaign with Animation Development Company.
Steven E. Humphries, CEO of Earthworks Entertainment, said, "We are pleased to announce that we have begun the implementation of our multi-level marketing campaign, which will utilize print, television and new media for the launch of Z-Force."
Peter Keefe, who is heading up the marketing launch as well as the production of Z-Force, commented, "The campaign launch is part of a unique new strategic marketing strategy that was created with Ira Warren's Animation Development Company (www.animationdc.com) that is underwriting the campaign (see 6/16/09 Press Release). Our introduction into the market commences with the full-page back cover of the June/July edition of Animation Magazine that is widely read by entertainment and licensing industry decision makers."
Cartoon licensing is a multi-billion dollar business that includes Power Rangers, Hannah Montana, Transformers, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Hulk, Harry Potter, etc. The Z-Force property offers some of the same opportunities as the biggest cartoon properties of the past decade, namely Pokemon, Ninja Turtles, Yu-gi-oh, etc. The company will be producing Z-Force animated DVDs and merchandise to be sold via a direct response television campaign in the 4th quarter this year.
Ira Warren of Animation Development Company said, "The ad in Animation Magazine is our first step in a series of print ads, TV commercials, etc. to launch the incredible Z-Force product."

Here's a excerpt from twst.com website...full interview is available to subscribers only.
http://www.twst.com/notes/articles/amv611.html
TWST: What's your company's size in terms of market capitalization, annual revenues and number of employees?
Mr. Moore: Our market cap is about 16 million. We have nine employees. Our annual income comes currently exclusively from grants of one kind or another and raised money as well, and that could range from between 1 million and 3 million a year.
TWST: Would you give us a short introduction and history of Advaxis, Inc.?
Mr. Moore: Advaxis is developing and commercializing a technology developed by Yvonne Paterson, an eminent microbiologist and professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Paterson came up with the idea of utilizing a common bacteria called Listeria as a way to fight cancer and infectious disease, and I'll get into the technology a little bit later. We licensed the technology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and in 2004 became a public company through a shell reverse merger. So we've been public since 2004. The company is based in North Brunswick, New Jersey. We have taken Yvonne's constructs and developed them for use in human trials. The first Phase I study is complete and additional trials are planned for that agent. Two other agents are just about ready for human trials, and we hope they'll be in human trials during the next year and a half.
