Betting ISBL runs like a wild stallion with WINGS this fall!
Z-ZOOM - ISBL Gonna' run this fall like a wild stallion with WINGS!
Wow! ISBL a screaming buy right now!!!!
China stock: CHMD Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!
CHMD looks to have some GREAT potential. Nice chart; nice sector.
Hey Comrad GT: RGNO is ready for some EM-100 any day now. You have any idea what is taking so long for RGNO to get some of that "oil thinner?"
Twisted: WHERE has C.B. come with that money, do you suppose?
Certaintly NOT selling shares, would you say?
Ricky has done some drilling and if he lucks upon some higher uranium content, this stock could launch into orbit for a season or more.
If that doesn't happen, Ricky will have to get a whole lot more "creative" in his PR's to bring in new, fresh money.
Ricky now walks a little more giggy because of you and JohnOI, and the board is lucky, IMO, to have you two "bulldogs" keeping Ricky honest in times ahead no matter how hard it might be for him.
Thanks again for your persistence. Perhaps the time will come when your diligent expertise in obscure fact finding will pay off handsomely for you. I would surely think some high-flying hedge fund would LOVE to have you working on their team as an investigative researcher. They probably would provide free beer as a perk.
I would think Ricky would even consider giving you some free restricted shares just to keep you from posting on this board.
How about it, Ricky?! Can't possibily fight 'em; recruit them?
Great investigating, Righty! Five gold stars coated with Uranium for YOU!
Well, origin, another pennystock mystery continues to baffle this very heavily posted board.
(Which seems to be 2 posters at the present time. Breaking all records!)
Definitely looks like the CEO will let it drop from OTC to Pinksheet status. Cheaper shares to be had on the way, for anyone interested, it would appear.
Don't be fooled! Until C.B. puts out a PR to the effect of what he "personally told you" about HOA 800 -- I wait on baited breath what he stated in previous PR's about HOA 800.
Any reason NOT for me too?
Must we all get our insight from posters like YOU regarding the "real skinny" concerning this company?
Don't THINKKKKKKKKKKKK so ...
Just remember - HOA 800 is C.B.'s Ace Card to grow this share price. Charles most likely has perfected this invisible substance to the point where he is now able to turn used Pennzoil sludge from the old pickemup truck into premium sweet crude.
Never understimate ole' Charles. He knows how to convert snake oil into snake VENOM, but we might have to pry it out of him. He's pretty tight lipped about some of his abilities. Most oilmen are, but C.B. even more so!
Or save investors from losing their money?
Looks like someone wants ISBL to keep running.
New managment would certainly help things, I would think, at least for a shortwhile, depending ...
If Alan would stick with cutting deals in third-world countries and let someone else handle the stock-market side of the equation, I don't think things could get any WORSE, though that could be wishful thinking as well.
Why so many brokerages continue to not let people buy shares on the Internet of ETMO tells me there are a ton of FTD's out there, and the question is WHY still? Digitial shares the company never issued, of course, but WHY ETMO shares and not shares of other fly-by-night Stinky-Pinkies that are flagrantly solely in the business of selling shares to suckers who will pay for them.
A person vendetta, or just a way for them to make easy money? I wish I KNEW.
Maybe ... all good news has been stockpiled so now that they have increased their shares to sell to stay afloat and have a Merry Christmas afterall ... we'll see some generous upside action any day now.
Suppose?
Always two sides to "silence" in these Stinko Pennystocks, right?
Legos: That is what I've been wondering too. I wonder if anyone is alive at the company these days. Maybe something tragic happened.
Okay Dai: I don't expect you to come up with the answers to my question. I'm just being transparent. SURE this company appears to have some GREAT potential, from one perspective.
BUT ... that is what I thought back in late spring TOO from the posts we were given from Alan ... all the while believing there was enough cash coming in from the sale of Sandcars that he simply didn't need to issue more shares, and those that WERE issued were restricted for good cause.
My understanding of all that happened to get changed greatly as the summer months went by.
And from his past history ... am I NOW to believe everything he obscurely posts, as though it's everything I need to know to make an intelligent investment in his stock from here?
Obviously for some the answer is "Yes."
Me ... I'll punt for now, but will keep this puppy on the front bunner if something changes that I like.
Of course, I'll greatly welcome any insight others care to give on this company. Shares are very enticing at this price, I have to admit!
Dai: Would Alan be tempted to unload some of those 20 billion shares to retail investors to "pay off the loan to Carmac in time" would one suppose? (100 billion minus 80 billion shares)
Quote: "To accomplish this funding, Extreme has increased its authorized shares of common stock to 100 billion. The Company anticipates issuing up to 80 billion shares of common stock to complete the funding."
Unless I'm blind, I find nothing in writing from Alan regarding what he plans on doing with the 20 billion shares.
That's what I'm fishing for some answers for ...
Dai: Your post is much appreciated. Thanks.
"I think Alan will buy back the shares before they become available."
Just wondering ... do you think he will soon post in a PR this is his full intention ... or do you think he may leave it up to our hopefull expectation?
I personally don't know Alan well enough to make an educated guess, though I wish I did.
Any enlightenment, or suggestions?
(Bedtime, so will check in tomorrow.)
Here's the real deal. The 8K will get filed when interested parties in control decide it's time.
Me wanting it filed tomorrow morning has no relevance. Me wanting it filed last Friday or next Friday has no relevance.
What I want and what you want has absolutely NO RELEVANCE nor PERSUASION in when it will actually get filed. That being the case ... which it IS ... let's forget about the 8K being filed completely and focus on the fact that owning this stock right now is one of the most exciting DRAMAS ever to be played out in Pennystock history!
Owners of this stock will make Pennystock HISTORY.
Go FCCN!!!!!!
In the September 10th PR, it states:
"... To accomplish this funding, Extreme has increased its authorized shares of common stock to 100 billion.
The Company anticipates issuing up to 80 billion shares of common stock to complete the funding."
Is there anyone who can maybe help me understand the ABOVE?
I mean ... is the HUGE number of increased authorized shares an IMPLICATION that Carmac Associates (the entity willing to spring $3.6 million dollars for ETMO advancement) will be given billions and billions of shares to unload at an unbelievably high share price in the future for such a small expense?
OR ... does it imply that Alan is willing to authorize an unlimited number of shares to be authorized so that retail investors can buy millions and millions of shares very cheaply so that they can make a HUGE return on those shares?
Anyone ... please help if you can and are willing? I'm trying to come to some reasonable rationalization regarding the 100 Billion share authorization from a couple billion. I certainly don't want to miss out on an opportunity of a lifetime!
How is the quickest way we can find out if the CEO of this company died?
He's not answering his phone ...
I'll be watching ...
Thanks for posting your postive energy.
This is getting VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY interesting.
(Sleep WELL, Rick).
I sense there are some naive Pennystock investors in this stock, and I wish SOMEONE would have alerted me many lost dollars ago to how stupid I was to believe the bull$$$T that companies like CoMedia continue to spew at the expense of retail investors.
For those of you who WANT SO DESPERATELY to believe that your lost dollars are somehow STILL in a good investment, or investing even at these prices absolutely HAS to be a better investment now that you can pick this stock up for mere cents ... (mere FRACTIONS of a cent sooner than what you can imagine, most likely, unless some wazoo news comes out that promises some generous revenues that will translate into profits prior to the year 3,000) ... place yourself in the mind of an abused housewife with seven kids who constantly lets her husband beat her and call her every degrading thing you can imagine.
WHY does a woman keep giving in to such abuse? Lot's of reasons, but at her very heart ... she has chosen to BELIEVE that one day her husband will change, and he will become the husband she HOPED to one day have.
Yet statistics overwhelming prove that she will NOT have her dream realized. Rather ... he will continue to abuse her and abuse her until something so terrible happens that she either has a mental breakdown, commits suicide, or in desperation gets into ANOTHER abusive relationship often-times even worse than the one she just got out of.
What has THIS got to do with a company like CMTN? Think about it long and hard, and you may come up with some sobering conclusions that you wouldn't receive from me personally if I gave them to you.
Yep ... I'm a paid basher. I get $.01 an hour for slamming this company. If I reach certain goals with the share price, I will get a couple of more cents per hour bonus.
Yep ... I HATE this company. I used to work for them and they did me wrong and now I'm out to destory them anyway I can.
Yep ... I'm past-related to the CEO and he did me wrong and I'll get "even" any way I have to.
Let's see ... what have I left out? Oh YES! I like to inflict pain on loser pennystock investors simply because I have lost so much money myself on pennystocks that it makes me feel better if I can pass along my pain to other fools just like me.
NOT! None of the above.
From past experience and listening to those wiser than I, I'm just trying to warn anyone thinking that this company is a "diamond in the rough" ... you're going to learn a HARDER lesson YET if you keep believing their lie.
Companies like this one are dime a thousand in Pinksheet land. They have only ONE goal in mind. Make easy money when they can, and if Google or Microsoft should someday realize their awesome potential ... well, "maybe we'll ALL live happily ever after." Uh huh ...
I'll bug off this board because I know I'm not wanted. I might drop back and post again once this stock drops to sub, sub penny. Then again, by THEN, no one will care, will they; not that they care even now? We all have lessons to learn the hard way. This appears to be one of those hard earned lessons for a lot of innocent "virgins."
Sad. Really sad.
$brich$ - Unless you know something very few others do, WHY would you spend more money buying DOWN here?
Sure seems wiser to put that same money you would buy down with in something that is for CERTAIN moving UP. (Unless, of course, you aren't able to watch your computer during the day, and make trades when you want).
This stock has shown no stable base whatsoever yet. If you think $.03 or $.02 or even $.01 looks good buying down, I can tell you that $.003 or $.0003 looks a whole lot BETTER buying down.
Think they can't get it to $.0003? If they want to bad enough, they certainly can. If the company does not have some wazoo news promising generous revenues (PROFIT out of those revenues would be WONDERFUL news, wouldn't it?)... this stock is going to keep sliding and sliding, most likely I have to believe.
Be patient, for goodness sakes, if you are bent on buying down. Do yourself a huge favor. Let this stock form a solid base if you are going to buy down. Right now buying down is NOT good for the emotions, IMO.
Have a good weekend.
Tiger: The ONLY reason I held out as long as I did from selling was because the $3.6 million sounded very, very positive ... at first.
But as I examine all issues regarding this company and the CEO, something inside me says everything that glitters may not really be gold.
I don't want to slam Alan or the company anymore than I have here today, so I'll just say again I hope all longs MUCH favor, and I really truly hope the best for Alan as well.
No matter what happens from here on out, I am still a believer that Alan has been a victim from some of the most ruthless naked shorting a person could ever witness on Pennystocks.
I gambled some money that Alan actually might be the first to BEAT the NS'ers at their game back in late spring ... but as the weeks went by, I think it became more obvious to me that the NS'ers probably know a whole ton more about Alan's capabilities than what people like your's truly was banking on.
I'll say this as well before stopping. I emailed Alan some months back and told him how difficult it was to find his website when you punch into Google: SAND CARS
I tried to kindly and politely share with him that with all his competition, he needs to be on Page 1 or at least Page 2 with his website, AND ... it wouldn't take anything at all to get it there with just a couple of changes on his HTML Metatags. I told him I would even write UP wording for his Description Meta Tag slot if he couldn't afford to pay someone to change it.
He fired back an email telling me that being on Page 1 or Page 2 of Google meant absolutely NOTHING to him, and even if he DID have that good of exposure to his website, it wouldn't do anything but bring in "tire kickers" to look at his Sand Cars. He shared that he wants BUYERS, not "tire kickers."
Well ... that told me a TON about his business savoy in today's market place. I WAS going to share that with the board right after it happened ... but I didn't want to feed the short attack on the stock so I stayed silent.
I realize he may have a point to some degree ... BUT ... to not want Page 1 or Page 2 positioning on Google when it would be so easy to get it ... Man ... the dude must be paranoid or something. I didn't even waste my time answering him back. Was a waste of my time, I figured.
Anyway ... I believe Alan has a lot to learn if he's going to swim in the pool of short sharks. I think he's digging himself a deeper, and deeper hole ... IF he does not soon come out with an iron-clad PR that he will pay off the $3.6 loan as quickly as he can to cancel the (supposed) restricted bazillion shares PRIOR to the 2 year due date.
Then again, he first has to SECURE the loan. Who of us know if he won't do a debenture behind closed doors to come up with the financing, and tell the public LATER after the ink on the contract has dried? With Cornell Capitol no less ... but of course as a Pinko, he doesn't have to tell anyone that.
I've lost trust in the guy - sorry.
You might tuck this away in your "wisdom quiver" for on down the road, if you plan to continue playing Pinksheet stocks.
Once a Pinksheet company does a Reverse Split, Market Makers and certain Hedge Funds will watch that company like a HAWK. WHY? Because they know odds are extremely good that the company does not have what it takes to get the share price up for any sustained momentum, more times than not.
This company was a PERFECT FIT to short after the last R/S. If you are able to think like a short, you would see how easy pickin's this stock/company has been.
Sad ... but that's the way the game gets played in Pinko Land, and OTC land as well, for that matter.
Think I promised to post back here about the first of June or July to see how low the share price had dropped. Felt so bad for longs that I chose not to.
Of course, when I posted a month earlier, I was trounced as a basher by hopeful longs.
For all you longs that have held ... my heart goes out to you.
For whatever reason/s, shorts have chosen to drive this stock into oblivion.
How long before a R/S?
ETMO - What's everyone's take on it?
I DIDN'T say I won't rebuy in the future. We'll see how the ball bounces.
Afterall, my friend, Alan may go down in the Book of Guiness Records as the first CEO to print 100 billion shares made of sand. Suppose?
Probably shouldn't be posting this, but ... I just want people to be certain where I'm coming from in the future.
I bailed. No longer own one share of ETMO at the present. Yep - sure hated to take the loss. Yep - if Alan gets his finance dream realized and get's things moving.
BUT one thing I too cannot keep my head buried in the sand about: 100 Billion shares!
I can't help but wonder what goes through the guy's brain as to the "perception" he's advertised with a number like that. When he released that news ... I had to question whether the guy simply isn't playing with a full deck, if you know what I mean.
I'll take my loss and play it in something that appears to be a lot more sane. It's more principle to me than anything, I guess.
But we'll see how the ball bounces in the future ...
AVVWE alert. (Next week could be a breakout, depending on news: AVVW on the IHUB board).
Interesting post regarding CERTS: http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PBLS&read=87022
I have to believe it was shorts who stopped this from getting over $.50 yesterday. Panic short coverning was in affect most of the morning. Had more buyers came in over $.40, we could have seen the share price move well past a $1.00 ... maybe ever much higher.
But when it hit the mid-$.40's, buyers backed off and some huge shorting started taking place. My bet is that the MM's were most accomodating. We'll never know, will we?
By the afternoon ... the MM's were fully back in control, and like virtually every possible short squeeze close to getting totally out of control ... "someone's" came to the "rescue" ... and started the reversal back down.
Yesterday had the makings of one fantastic short squeeze PANIC. I would have loved to watch it happen. So would the company, I'm sure.
Such is life in the Shock Market trenches.
It would be nice to get some revenue figures on recent sales. We'll keep watching ...
I've been watching this company for awhile now. With the news as of late, I'm beginning to think the good possibility exists that there may just be hidden potential in what this company is offering.
Very interesting indeed ...
Wonder what was all the selling about today? Moving money into other plays going UP?
