I have been watching the Level II, & time and sales all morning for ARYC. The majority of the morning there has been downward pressure on the stock (to lower the price). Someone keeps pumping this stock up (with sales of 100 shares) to prevent it from dropping.
For example, there was a sale of 200,000 shares at 0.012, and then 30 seconds later a sale of 100 shares for 0.013 (to raise the price back up). 100 shares is worth just over $1. Who would buy only $1 worth of stock? The answer is someone that is trying to manipulate the price.
The same thing has happened again and again all morning long.
So someone is working very hard to keep the price up artificially. That does NOT inspire confidence in this stock.
If you are interested, you can see this at the following website:
http://quotes.freerealtime.com/dl/frt/M?IM=quotes&type=Time%26Sales&SA=quotes&symbol=aryc
Just enter in ARYC into the symbol.
Do you have a link for that. The webpage for the blood cards doesn't list a price for processing.
http://arrayit.com/Microarray_Diagnostics/Blood_Cards/blood_cards.html
Your math is a little off.
According to their website, blood cards sell for between $23 and $28 each.
http://www.arrayit.com/Microarray_Diagnostics/Blood_Cards/blood_cards.html
10,000 units per week = 520,000 units per year
If we use the average sale price of $25.50 per card and assume that they make 50% profit, then they make about $6.63 million per year in profit from the blood cards.
When I go to the San Diego Superior Court website and take a look at the case, the most recent note (from yesterday) says:
KBLB rated by BarChart.com as a STRONG SELL!

jdlamont: Thanks for posting that information!
Where are their SEC filings (10Q, etc)?
I went to their website and clicked on Investors -> SEC Filings and it says:

The ONLY thing that has propped this stock up is the contract with the Army. The Army is KBLB's ONLY income. 2 years ago, this stock was lifeless and in the 2 cent range. Once they got the Army contract, the stock was propelled to the 8 cent range.
The ONLY job that KBLB had to do in the last year and a half was produce enough thread for a few sample shootpacks. The original delivery date was Apr 2017. They missed that deadline and blamed it on the reeler. The Army bought their excuse and graciously extended the deadline another 8 months (to Dec 2017).
But now they have failed to meet that deadline as well. And now the excuse looks to be that "somehow" their worms are not up to standard.
KBLB has had 18 months and their only job was to produce a few sample shootpacks (to their ONLY customer). They didn't have to provided a million pounds of thread. They just had to provide a few sample shootpacks. If they can't even produce a few samples, then there is something monumentally wrong at the core of this company.
This is a MASSIVE FAIL!
The Army is their ONLY income. If the Army walks away (which it probably will), then KBLB has NOTHING! Not only that, but no other company will want to do business with them.
As I stated before, KBLB sells hope. They don't actually have a real product. And this latest PR is just more proof of that.
KBLB would NEVER willfully write a PR that had ANY sort of negative connotation. Yet the latest PR is full of them.
I can't believe how many shills there are on this board pumping this worthless stock!
All this stock sells is hope. Hope that one day, you will make boatloads of money. Hope that one day, they will be making tons of spider silk in Vietnam. Hope that one day, they will sign a contract with the Army for billions of dollars. Hope that one day, they will sign a contract with a sports apparel firm for trillions of dollars. Hope that one day, they will sign a contract with a medical firm for gazillions of dollars. Hope that one day...
And all you have to do is be patient. Have faith. Oh ye of little faith. All you need to do is just wait until next week. All you need to do is wait until the next PR. All you need to do is just wait until the next newsletter. All you need to do is just wait...
And while you are waiting with limitless patience, just back up the truck and invest your entire net worth into this bastion of hope.
LOL.

The Army is not like a company. They are a HUGE government institution (with piles of red tape). Companies can change focus and direction very quickly. Government institutions can't. So when the government signs a contract and it has a deliverable, they are going to work on completing that contract come hell or high water (even if it doesn't make sense). If they don't complete the contract (according to the terms of the agreement), then one of the auditing agencies (like DODIG) will audit them and write them up in a (bad) report (and heads could roll). The only way around this is to try and modify the contract (with a valid reason for the modification), but that is rare.
And while the Army tested some raw DS fiber, they have no idea how it will perform when knitted or weaved. And that still needs to be tested. When they test raw thread, they will try to pull it apart on its axis. That axial force will be VERY different than a radial (perpendicular)) force (when applied by a bullet on a shoot pack). Another reason that they will want to test KBLB shootpacks is because they already have a database of shootpack performance from other materials that they can compare to. So they will be able to compare Kevlar shootpacks to Spectra shootpacks to DS shootpacks, etc. So yes, they will DEFINITELY still want to test the shootpacks.
I know you are hoping that the Army won't care about the contract deliverable (since KBLB hasn't been able to deliver), but that will be the 1st thing on the Army's mind.
You seem to think that the Army is only interested in using KBLB fiber for one product (bulletproof vests). My understanding is that they are looking at KBLB fibers for multiple uses. So they are interested in DS for bulletproof vests, but are interested in the new custom-made fibers for undergarments. So they still want to test the DS in shootpacks to see how they can stop bullets, but they also want to test new custom-made fibers for other products.
You said that the "shootpacks will fail for ballistic purposes". Why do you think that?
You stated that KBLB "sent the Army shootpacks". I don't see anything in those documents that you provided that says so. Those documents basically talk about fiber / thread being created and sent to Warwick Mills. Warwick Mills is still trying to create the shootpacks. So the status hasn't changed since the middle of last year.
About a week ago, Kim stated:
"Regarding your ongoing question about shoot packs. As described in our public statements we have shipped silk to the contractor who is preparing the shootpacks. We are awaiting confirmation of their handling of the material and will issue a status update when we have information."
(from https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=137620740)
In short, shootpacks have not been sent to the Army yet. Warwick Mills has the fiber and they are trying to create the shootpacks. For some reason, this is taking MUCH longer than expected.
So this is now the 2nd time that KBLB has missed the deadline for the Army contract. I would imagine that there might be a penalty involved.
