Here is the body of my response to a shareholder who expressed concern over the same article:

Everything we have said publicly about our progress and ongoing meetings in VN is true. Different information may be the result of different interests within the bureaucracy trying to throw a wrench into our progress. It would seem that the article, as translated into English, describes some of the contentious elements of the meeting in October, but leaves a misleading impression of the meetings conclusion.

Regarding your ongoing question about shoot packs. As described in our public statements we have shipped silk to the contractor who is preparing the shoot packs. We are awaiting confirmation of their handling of the material and will issue a status update when we have information. Hopefully soon.
