SA: If you have the time would you mind posting a chart for AVDI. Got in at .038 today. Made a big jump at close. Looking for resistance points. Many thanks....Aggie.
Ever see that movie Twins with Danny Devito and Aaahhhnaldddd...LOL...Comparisons can be drawn...
I've been in PTSC for almost a year now. Check out 8K outlining the agreement between TPL and PTSC. All the details are in there. If memory serves....I beleive legal expenses incurred by ALiensce (SP) and TPL are taken off the top before the 50/50 split of the license fee is made. PTSC is to fund a portion of the operating expenses for Aliensce each year, but there is a cap. It is my understanding that just about all the money PTSC recieves is there's to keep.
Aggie
SA: Could you provide an update on what you expect to be the support and resistance points for DKGR. Many thanks...Aggie.
You are right on Pay_tience...i use to post on RB before that board went to sh!t. I've been holding PTSC since April/2005. Have accumulated just shy of 50K free shares. All my buys were below .078. Always hoped, but never expected such a huge jump in a short period of time. Aggie.
Own a MM lol...VFIN starting to run....
SA: You still expect FMLY to test .03 soon. A bit of a pull back today. I got in at .022 late in the afternoon. Probably should have waited until the next up day to get back in, but thats water under the bridge at this point. Have a good night.
Aggie
Thanks SA...Is getting some run on some of the message boards...I'm a novice and looking at the chart, nothing stood out to me...Thought I would ask someone who knows what to look for the view...I read every all of your posts...Hopefully after asking the stupid questions, I will start to see the paterns you do...Again, many thanks and I really do appreciate your reply...Aggie...out
SA: Could you post a chart for POSC and tell where you think the resistance points are.
Thanks,
Aggie
Emich: Agreed that PTSC is highly overvalued at this point. However, I have been in PTSC for over a year and have picked thru every filing and PR they have issued. PTSC/TPL issue two types of licenses. 1) one time fee to semiconductor maker (i.e. Intel & AMD) and 2) up front fee + piece-wise royalties for system makers (i.e HP and Casio). How much recurring revenues will not be known until we can sort thru the filings. No royalties $$$ are being released while in negotiations with so many companies. And dont forget the lawsuit with the Jap4. Latest PR stated "in active negotiations with dozens (with an 's') companies. I expect many more settlements to come. At current prices, 8 more settlements this year alone = 100Mil+ revs. My opinion only. Aggie.

Shakerzz and all the other chart masters: Look at the two year chart for DYTK and tell me what you think. Improving financial and debt refinancing news yesterday. Bottom???
Thanks,
Aggie
SA, Newbie chart reader here. Take a look at DYTK and let me know what you think. Improving financials and new debt financing annouced today (Tuesday). RSI finally punched above 30, but has been in a downward channel for a long time. Post one of your pretty charts and let me know what the tea leaves say. I really would like to learn how to read charts and what patterns to look for.
Thanks,
Aggie
PTSC: Casio licenses Moore MMP....
Tuesday February 21, 9:00 am ET
Casio Reinforces Need for Digital Hardware Manufacturers to License Ubiquitous MMP Portfolio Technologies
CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 21, 2006--Alliacense today announced that Casio Computer Co., Ltd. has purchased "system" licensing rights to the Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Portfolio. Following a similar agreement reached with Hewlett-Packard last month, today's announcement further substantiates the need for modern hardware manufacturers to secure MMP Portfolio licenses to cover the entire spectrum of their digital product lines. Terms of the Casio license were not disclosed.
"The intellectual property represented by the MMP Portfolio, and protected around the world, encompasses building blocks for virtually all digital products being designed and shipped today," said Mac Leckrone, Alliacense president. "The depth and breadth of digital products exploiting MMP Portfolio design techniques is remarkable. We routinely find these techniques used in devices ranging from simple TV remote controls to sophisticated medical diagnostic equipment -- from portable media players to complex internet 'backbone' hardware. Today's automobiles have dozens of such devices."
Leckrone noted that once digital hardware vendors recognize their broad reliance on the intellectual property protected by the MMP Portfolio, they appreciate the critical need to secure continued access to the fundamental MMP technologies. "System-level coverage is essential to maintaining product design freedom and avoiding supply-chain disruptions," he explained. Alliacense also offers simple, royalty-free licenses to all semiconductor sector operations, worldwide.
Leckrone confirmed that the MMP Portfolio Licensing Program rewards first movers in their industry sectors with substantial discounts. "By design, our licensing structure enables nimble and forward-thinking system manufacturers to disadvantage their competitors."
According to Leckrone, the purchase of MMP System Licenses by global system manufacturers such as HP and Casio has increased MMP licensing momentum. He reports that of the hundreds of companies Alliacense has contacted worldwide, dozens have begun to seek licensing arrangements. "The competition for early-round berths in many key market sectors is becoming intense."
About The MMP(TM) Portfolio
Named after legendary inventor Charles "Chuck" Moore, the Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) Portfolio encompasses seven US patents as well as their European and Japanese counterparts. Protected through year of 2015, these patents protect techniques used in designing microprocessors, microcontrollers, Digital Signal Processor (DSPs), embedded processors and System-on-Chip (SoC) implementations.
In light of the early validation of MMP Portfolio by marquee chip-makers Intel and AMD in 2005, MMP licensing efforts are now focused on global system manufacturers.

PTSC .55 up another 30+% today and no signs of slowing down.
PTSC .551 and showing no signs of slowing down.
Mikey: Just curious. Are you, or, have you been an investor in RSMI???? You have a decidedly negative slant toward this stock. All stocks move, the trick is to time you trades to take advantage. Come on guy...give us a break.
Stock Analyzer: Read thru all your lessons today...I am somewhat of a novice chart reader and always hoping to learn more...What indicators would you recommend to someone starting out??? I dont want to get to confused at this point...I currently have some filters I receated on Stockfetcher.com that I am using to dry trade...One is an RSI(2) type filter and the other is RSI(15) break above 30...Would like to somehow incorporate moving averages into the equation...Any pointers would be appreciated...
Thanks,
Aggie....
