Emich: Agreed that PTSC is highly overvalued at this point. However, I have been in PTSC for over a year and have picked thru every filing and PR they have issued. PTSC/TPL issue two types of licenses. 1) one time fee to semiconductor maker (i.e. Intel & AMD) and 2) up front fee + piece-wise royalties for system makers (i.e HP and Casio). How much recurring revenues will not be known until we can sort thru the filings. No royalties $$$ are being released while in negotiations with so many companies. And dont forget the lawsuit with the Jap4. Latest PR stated "in active negotiations with dozens (with an 's') companies. I expect many more settlements to come. At current prices, 8 more settlements this year alone = 100Mil+ revs. My opinion only. Aggie.
