Thanks for the head's up - Tasty!
"So in your opinion, what is the next step from here after the RS and FS?"
Up-listing. Probably off the pink-sheets, but still OTC.
Sorry, I don't understand
Please explain what you mean by: Looks to me like it's the BS.
A difference in perspective - Forest vs Trees
Some folks regard a reverse split, that doesn't keep shareholders in the loop along the process, with horror. A complete lack of transparency and violation of fundamental responsibilities. Others may post about it as a specter for personal gain.
Others step back, look at the big picture, and decide to focus on the pragmatic potential results, rather than the process.
A reverse split has been projected as an impending huge risk, for DECN shareholders, for years. IMO, there is little doubt that the incessant "discussion" about this possibility dissuaded some potential new DECN investors and caused some current investors to sell their shares.
From my perspective, the most likely form of a DECN reverse split doesn't look too bad, not too bad at all. Because it is coupled with a forward split. So the impact on the vast majority of DECN shareholders is: NONE.
The market will eventually tell us which perspective was more pragmatically correct. FYI, I've never sold any of my DECN shares.
"Would everyone who owns 100 shares or less please raise their hand?"
I agree. And I'd also like to better understand why anyone who owns less than $5 of DECN stock is monitoring this board. Please tell us.
"Y'all might want to take a step back."
Point 1 - DECN didn't communicate this to the shareholder. I did." Fair point, but I don't really care about the appended opinion piece.
Point 2 - As far as I can tell, there is no second point. It appears to me, to be pure speculative FUD, so I'm not interested.
"reverse splits for penny stocks almost always spells disaster"
Yep, not too bad -> LOL !
What again? Another reverse split?
Thanks. And a tip of my hat to you too.
I hope you're right. In fact, I'm betting on it
Who is DECN's agent that is mandating a $400 fee
Hmmm - Perhaps I was mistaken
I seem to recall others who were not charged anything to sell their shares. Do you recall any of those?
Who is DECN's agent that is mandating a $400 fee for selling your shares?
Sorry your issuing agent is charging excessive fees. Have you tried to contact them recently (within the last 2 years)?
I'm in - I started with 1,500K first thing Monday morning
I paid $0015.33 per share. I know, a little too high. But I'm in for the long term.
"restricted "dividend" shares that I can't sell"
What is preventing you from selling those shares?
My assertion is that your broker's fee, to sell them, makes it unattractive to you.
Am I mistaken? If so, what specific additional factor, that is related to DECN, is preventing you from selling?
In my case, I happen to use Schwab as my primary broker. A sale of up to 999,999 shares costs me $8.95.
The "fee" was decided by the share holder's broker. Some were quoted excessive fees, and others were quoted zero fees. Some brokers are greedier than others.
"Clock is running....90 days from 8/6."
Huh? More incessant gibberish.
Perhaps a reverse takeover instead?
Yep - More buyers than sellers
Yes, thank you KB for thinking of us
OK, I think I get you feel we're not in control, and I agree. Do you have another point I'm missing?
I don't understand what you were trying to communicate
Confirmed! --- DECN is not in a Death Spiral
For the record, I posted that link 2DaysAgo
See my post that I replied to.
I did conclude for myself. Sigh
P.S. "the devil is almost always in the details". In your world, not mine. You're not wrong about this nor am I. We are just wired differently.
I'll make it simple too
Clearly, describe what your key point is. I don't care about that level of detail.
False dilemmas are usually characterized by “either this or that” language, but can also be characterized by omissions of other possibilities that are more likely.
I think the latter is far more probable. Loyal DECN shareholders won't be forced to do anything.
DECN's strategy appears to be to disrupt the status quo in the home diabetic testing market. I think JNJ's loss of the 105 patent will fundamentally change the WW market dynamics over the next decade.
Thanks for the "good luck". And I'm hoping for the best too, but betting on something less, that will still be wonderful.
Big picture always trumps details for strategic plays
I'm not sweating it. I'm standing pat with my 350K shares.
I really don't understand
Your Google never forgets link resulted in a 404 for me (to internet novices, 404 means not found).
I tried (for the first time) copying into Google "LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 1, 2016) - Decision Diagnostics Corp. ".
Here's the direct link:
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/decision-diagnostics-ends-plans-communications-with-tauriga-sciences-inc-concerning-otc-pink-decn-2139367.htm
I received an original public copy of the announcement It doesn't appear to me to be some kind of evil conspiracy to bilk share holders as the supposedly unbiased note I'm replying to seems to imply.
Color me frustrated.
The referenced message was meant for loanranger
I've asked for it to be removed
Thanks for your unbiased opinion
DECN is not on the list of Visium holdings
Rebuke accepted. I did not know how to check it out. Just did a Google search something like: hedge fund June 2016 NYC liquidation.
Thanks
Thanks for your unbiased opinion.
Let's be truthful here?
I am always truthful. Yes I called KB as promised and had a delightful conversation with him.
What is your point.
On Edit:
Hmmm I see the message I responded to has been edited to remove all of it's contents.
I don't know why.
Thank you for your unbiased opinion.
loanranger,
I've never talked to plutoniumimplosion, nor corresponded with him privately. I have no idea if my guess (based on a simple Google search) is what he is talking about, but it seemed plausible to me. I also find lack of response to candid attempts at helpful private messages to be deplorable.
See my referenced post.
Visium liquidated most of it's holdings earlier in June

Nope, I asked IH Admin to permanently disable the ID.
I had used a google search asking how to close my ihub account and a post from Dan (admin) was the first hit and it said send a message to iHub admin to get it done.
No, that is not how I do it.
That just logs me out. I want my account to be permanently disabled so no one can log into it again.
Since my previous request wasn't answered, I resend my request directly to the group admin ID.
Thanks
Please completely close my account
Questions about DECN "should" be answered?
Often not, and often yes. It depends on the nature of the questions and the number of them. For example, if I demanded 30 minutes a day to ask KB questions about DECN, I'm pretty sure he would decline. If I sent him a email every day asking when he was going to publicize the DECN marketing plan, that would quickly get ignored. If I called his as a shareholder and asked a few reasonable questions he would probably answer them - which he did for me.
I have a question about DECN that hasn't been answered yet. I previously asked, as did loanranger and one other poster, where I could see the original source of your following quote. To the best of my knowledge, none of us received an answer, nor did I notice a general post about the answer on this iHub board.
Please tell us where we can access the source, and if we won't have permission to access it, who does?
