A difference in perspective - Forest vs Trees
Some folks regard a reverse split, that doesn't keep shareholders in the loop along the process, with horror. A complete lack of transparency and violation of fundamental responsibilities. Others may post about it as a specter for personal gain.

Others step back, look at the big picture, and decide to focus on the pragmatic potential results, rather than the process.

A reverse split has been projected as an impending huge risk, for DECN shareholders, for years. IMO, there is little doubt that the incessant "discussion" about this possibility dissuaded some potential new DECN investors and caused some current investors to sell their shares.

From my perspective, the most likely form of a DECN reverse split doesn't look too bad, not too bad at all. Because it is coupled with a forward split. So the impact on the vast majority of DECN shareholders is: NONE.

The market will eventually tell us which perspective was more pragmatically correct. FYI, I've never sold any of my DECN shares.
