What again? Another reverse split?
Yes, but this one is good for shareholders because, it appears, the reverse split was immediately followed by a forward split. So the net result for almost all share holders was no change.
Anyone who owns more than $3 of DECN shares (at the current price) wasn't affected. But the tactic reduced the number of share holders (those that littered the books and owned less than 25 shares) so DECN could file a Form 15. With that done, DECN can pursue a reverse merger with a clean company. And that has the very real potential of significantly benefiting all DECN shareholders. DECN's past auditor problems can disappear and that may enable them to uplist.
As a DECN shareholder, you should be cheering!
And I will continue to laugh, at anyone who tries to spin this as devastating news
