So they are selling/leasing our Annihilyzer and putting their name it.
Understood
Thanks
Danolyte is a competitor which is healthy and welcome with the on-going pandemic. They make a system that produces HOCI and sells it for $35,000 and says it costs about a dollar per room to clean. I check out their website and seen the system they sell. What I found interesting is that in the video below there is a system that looks similar to the Annihilyzer with Danolyte name on it. Now the system that look like the Annihilyzer is not on their website.

I disagree because PCTL wasn't make much money that would impact the 10K very much or have much bearing on the future of the company.
It is not like they are going to miss any projected targets.
Up through the last Q and previous 10K PCTL was just bleeding money and making little revs.
The only thing they did do in Q4 thru March I believe was to sell a lot of shares to get rid of debt.
This is really turning into some story.
Thanks to all for contacting the company to get the low down.
At the end of the day we still do not know and it does not matter why the Auditors are taking so long.
They have to give the benefit of the Covid-19 situation and still didn't deliver. Also we are paying them a pretty penny in the range of $50,000-$60,000. I wonder if they are penalized for being so late.
From past experience we know they are slow and late.
So now moving forward we will get a new Auditor.
The bottom line is the 10K may be late however PCTL continues to prosper on the business side and that is what will eventually move the stock price to its proper place.
Unusual Circumstances is a great title for a book or movie.
Wait it was a movie:
Unusual Circumstances (2015) A man that is desperately trying to find love in all the wrong places gets a rude awakening.
Wait it was a book:
Unusual Circumstances: Short Fiction from Around the Globe (Paperback)
Now PCTL has unusual circumstances.
I believe our story will be better than the movie and book.
What could it be?
Too many possibilities.
The company has been filing similar 10K for the past few years with similar company historical data with basically updating the financial conditions and progress on the creating, building and deploying the Annihilyzer.
I would suspect all this info is on a computer and it is just updated.
Could it have gone missing, got deleted by accident, or kidnapped by the defendant in our suit.
The 10-K includes five distinct sections:
Business. This provides an overview of the company’s main operations, including its products and services (i.e., how it makes money).
Risk factors. These outline any and all risks the company faces or may face in the future. The risks are typically listed in order of importance.
Selected financial data. This section details specific financial information about the company over the last five years. This section presents more of a near-term view of the company’s recent performance.
Management’s discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations. Also known as MD&A, this gives the company an opportunity to explain its business results from the previous fiscal year. This section is where the company can tell its story in its own words.
Financial statements and supplementary data. This includes the company’s audited financial statements including the income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows. A letter from the company’s independent auditor certifying the scope of their review is also included in this section.
The bright side of all of this is PCTL is selling HOCI and Annihilyzers and we already know what to expect.
The financials will catch up eventually.
From this board:

Just got off the phone with the CFO, very nice. She initially just they are working their hardest to get them completed. I asked if it was a hold up on their end or the auditors, she said that all she could say is “it’s unusual circumstances...don’t want to point fingers...they are both working very hard to complete them...unusual circumstances.” Take what you want from that, but it doesn’t sound like they are coming out in the next few days.

Just got off the phone with the CFO. She said they hired 2 people to help with financials. Hopefully this speeds things up. She’s frustrated with the filings as well. I think the auditors are what the hang up is.
Subsequent events definition
https://www.accountingtools.com/articles/subsequent-events-definition-and-usage.html
A subsequent event is an event that occurs after a reporting period, but before the financial statements for that period have been issued or are available to be issued. Depending on the situation, such events may or may not require disclosure in an organization's financial statements. The two types of subsequent events are:
Additional information. An event provides additional information about conditions in existence as of the balance sheet date, including estimates used to prepare the financial statements for that period.
New events. An event provides new information about conditions that did not exist as of the balance sheet date.
Generally accepted accounting principles state that the financial statements should include the effects of all subsequent events that provide additional information about conditions in existence as of the balance sheet date. This rule requires that all entities evaluate subsequent events through the date when financial statements are available to be issued, while a public company should continue to do so through the date when the financial statements are actually filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Examples of situations calling for the adjustment of financial statements are:
Lawsuit. If events take place before the balance sheet date that trigger a lawsuit, and lawsuit settlement is a subsequent event, consider adjusting the amount of any contingent loss already recognized to match the amount of the actual settlement.
Bad debt. If a company issues invoices to a customer before the balance sheet date, and the customer goes bankrupt as a subsequent event, consider adjusting the allowance for doubtful accounts to match the amount of receivables that will likely not be collected.
If there are subsequent events that provide new information about conditions that did not exist as of the balance sheet date, and for which the information arose before the financial statements were available to be issued or were issued, these events should not be recognized in the financial statements. Examples of situations that do not trigger an adjustment to the financial statements if they occur after the balance sheet date but before financial statements are issued or are available to be issued are:
A business combination
Changes in the value of assets due to changes in exchange rates
Destruction of company assets
Entering into a significant guarantee or commitment
Sale of equity
Settlement of a lawsuit where the events causing the lawsuit arose after the balance sheet date
A company should disclose the date through which there has been an evaluation of subsequent events, as well as either the date when the financial statements were issued or when they were available to be issued. There may be situations where the non-reporting of a subsequent event would result in misleading financial statements. If so, disclose the nature of the event and an estimate of its financial effect. If a business reissues its financial statements, disclose the dates through which it has evaluated subsequent events, both for the previously issued and revised financial statements.
The recognition of subsequent events in financial statements can be quite subjective in many instances. Given the amount of time required to revise financial statements at the last minute, it is worthwhile to strongly consider whether the circumstances of a subsequent event can be construed as not requiring the revision of financial statements.
There is a danger in inconsistently applying the subsequent event rules, so that similar events do not always result in the same treatment of the financial statements. Consequently, it is best to adopt internal rules regarding which events will always lead to the revision of financial statements; these rules will likely require continual updating, as the business encounters new subsequent events that had not previously been incorporated into its rules.
PCTL business plan was to sell the Annihilyer to every hospital in the world. I'm exaggerating of course. Their focus and emphasis has always been the Annihilyzer. They have one in 22 percent of the 62 acute care facilities in NY City and that number is going up.
The Annihilyzer is no joke of a system and there is only one system on the market that is similar and we have a court case with that company.
The podcast talked about the PCTL need to accelerate expansion because of demand.
The fluid sales will eventually level out. The question to be settle is where will that level will be. HOCI may become a staple for many businesses moving forward.
The stock price is drifting lower because the fundamentals ie revenues are not factor in.
What do you think is going to happen to the stock price when the 10K is dropped?
I think it should go down because 2019 wasn't a good year for PCTL.
The stock price will stabilize with the 1st quarter 10Q and should head north with the 2nd quarter 10Q.
What we have until the Qs come out is buying opportunities.
Many of us were shocked by the projected yearly sales for the year north of $4 million dollars.
We have had estimates put on the board showing figures much much higher. We took those estimated sales numbers from various sources of what PCTL may have been selling HOCI for. I don’t believe there was any intent by anyone to pump, deceive or promote the stock. The estimates were just possibilities of what could be and were based on the information coming from the company and not just made up. We do know that they sell gallons for $30 dollars retail and $17.50 wholesale. What was the most difficult to determine to determine and is still up in the air is what PCTL sells bulk for.
So now that we have Gary’s number and we have our estimates.
Instead of getting upset, angry or mad as hell, consider the why the difference,
Many have already hit the nail on the head, we overestimated.
Just remember as we gave an estimate , so did Gary although his based on more solid information.
Covid-19 helped in the demand for HOCI, however what drove PCTL’s demand specifically was this event:
Little River, South Carolina — (March 18, 2020) PCT LTD (OTC Pink: PCTL) ("PCTL") is pleased to announce they have obtained a large pre-paid order from an existing sub-registrant in the Midwestern United States for 10,000 gallons of a specific fluid solution, with regular, recurring orders expected to follow.
PCTL sold HOCI however it wasn’t a major part of their business. Until they got that 10,000 gallon order and this:
Following up on an earlier release from March 18th; a second 10,000-gallon fluid order has been shipped to an existing customer in the Midwest. Recurring orders to this sub-registrant are expected to follow in the coming weeks.
So PCTL has a need to deliver 10,000 gallons of fluid when the orders come in. We know they delivered at least 2 and are supposed to have recurring orders.
Beside these bulk orders, they have to fill the retail and wholesale gallon jugs orders.
Filling the gallon jugs and labeling would be a time consuming process.
What the balance is between bulk and jugs is undetermined however I would suspect that the bulk is filled especially the recurring 10,000 gallon expeditiously.
We won’t know what the actual numbers are until we see the financials.
The most important piece of information from the podcast:
PCTL’s main attraction, its flagship product, the Annihilyzer will be installed in 2 possibly 3 hospitals a month and accelerating the expansion because the demand is there. The demand for the Annihilyzer will continue to grow even more as more systems are installed.
The Podcast was informative and conservative.
PCTL is growing and expecting an explosion of HOCI sales due to the general public becoming aware.
They need to finance (reasonable) to expand for the demand.
He was very careful with the sales number "north of 4 Million".
Remember this about PCTL the flagship product "The Annihilyzer"
7 more distributors to vet
A lot of businesses and smaller offices using HOCI
Expanding Fort Wanye, IN, Meeker, OK and Northern Florida for general business and medical reasons.
Installing 2 to 3 hospitals a month however he said let’s keep it to the 2 number.
Cross out of the negative side to the plus side looking for very Robust 2nd quarter
Been able to finance out of cash flow
Demand for accelerating our expansion because the demand is there.
Currently talking with a number of reasonable financing situations.
Between cash flow and borrowing and possibly if the stock was a little higher some equity financing.
The sales for the year will be north of 4 Million dollars.
Financials delayed due to Covid 19. Need Auditor in Little River. The company wants this done as much as we do because it would affect future financing which they are working on.
Gary feels that the general public is aware of how important HOCI is.
Seeing a major movement in that area across the country.
Mug,
The last mention was in a PR dated 12/16/2019:
https://www.para-con.com/images/docs/PCTL12-16-19.pdf
PCT Corp. also sells equipment and fluid solutions to food processing customers, agricultural customers (The company continues research, reporting and registration data completion to the US EPA continues in this market.), and is making gains into selling equipment to oil & gas industry customers who are performing further
research for the most effective manner to produce and use the fluid solutions. Most recently, PCT Corp. has executed a collaborative agreement with Advanced Environmental Solutions, Inc. (“AES, Inc.”) of Meeker, Oklahoma. AES, Inc. purchased two (2) high-volume units of PCT Corp.’s equipment and is building outa 2,500 s.f. production facility as it develops its oil & gas and Cannabis applications.
What could really blow the roof off of PCTL is if Hypochlorus Acid become a household name. While we don't own the HOCI, we are one of the few public companies that provides it. I have seen many local stories, but no national ones either paper, internet or tv. I believe it is going to happen eventually as the Covid situation continues. As effective as HOCI is people don't like change in general however if the story gets out there with Covid it would take less convincing.
You are correct.
HOCI sales were through the roof all over the country from our distributors and competitors as well. We seen the same story all over the internet about different companies running out of product.
It took some time for us to ramp up production and come to find out when Werks came on line to generate fluids at 4,000 gallons a day they had to expand to meet demand.
HOCI is still not well known and as work gets out, we could see even a bigger explosion of demand for it.
Much HOCI is being sold for sure and there were estimations to what kind of revenue was possibly being generated. I’ve seen figures as low as $3.50 a gallon and as high as $17.50 a gallon.
Possible Monthly HOCI Sales
min (1 shift 5days /wk)
20 shifts@14000gals/shift=280,000gal @ $3.50/gal=$980,000
20 shifts@14000gals/shift=280,000gal @ $8.00/gal=$2,240,000
20 shifts@14000gals/shift=280,000gal @ $17.50/gal=$4,900,000
Revenue/Sales: No specific number in regards to sales and revenues were discussed for dissemination. As Gary put it, GM doesn’t release what it costs to produce a car, only what it cost to purchase it. What was stated is that sales and leasing of units was still the #1 generator of revenue but that he sees fluid sales surpassing this by the end of the year.
According to the 3rd quarter 10Q:
Product sales through 3 quarters $209,578
Equipment sales through 3 quarters $217,274
So Gary's statement is 100 percent accurate based on publicly available information.
How many machines are we talking about?
From distributors per Egold’s list 50+ (many have more than one machine)
From Hospitals 25+ (many have more than one machine)
How many machines were sold/leased since the last Quarterly that we can confirm?
PCT LTD Announces Additional Hospital Installation of Annihilyzer® Infection Control System (1) October 7, 2019
PCT LTD Deploys Initial Annihilyzer® Infection Control System (1) to the United Kingdom October 22, 2019
PCT LTD Adds International Distributor and Sells High-Volume Equipment (1) to Existing Customer as a Result of Heightened Demand March 13th, 2020

PCT LTD Announces New Hospital Equipment Installations, Distributors and Agreement With Sapphire Disinfection Solutions (1) BUSINESS WIRE | 05/21/2020
So we know around 9 systems were sold or leased since the last Quarterly.
Trying to determine possible revenue from sale/lease of systems is virtually impossible due to the fact we don’t know what was sold and what was leased however we can say a system sold would generate higher short term revenue versus a system leased.
For this exercise I will use only hospital systems as they are generally leased.
Possible Annihilyzer monthly revenue:
25 Annihilyzer in Hospitals around the country and in the UK
25 units @ $8,000 = $200,000
HOCI sales using low number of $3.50 is $980,000
Annihilyzer leases $200,000
Leaves a $780,000 left for Distributors sales/leases.
So that again lends to the analysis that Gary is referring to reported data not information that we have been using in our current estimations.
I don’t know how much a large volume system costs so I estimate it around $30,000 based on what other companies are selling similar systems for.
What we do know is that the company is profitable for March 2020. They have cash flow to cover burn rate.
Revenues 2019Q1 $195,197
Expenses 2019Q1 $824,530
Revenues 2019Q2 $118,862
Expenses 2019Q2 $527,397
Revenues 2019Q3 $220,033
Expenses 2019Q3 $604,847
For 2019Q4 I will use the average of the 3Qs
Revenues 2019Q4 $178,030
Expenses 2019Q4 $652,258
Estimated yearly total:
2019 Revenues $712,882
2019 Expenses $2,609,032
Average monthly Revenues $59,406
Average monthly Expenses $217,409
So if we were profitable for the month of March our revenues would be more than $217,409 based on last years averages.
The Company has the following three revenue streams:
1) product sales (equipment and/or fluid solutions);
2) licensing (contract-based use of the Company’s US EPA Product Registration, returning revenue in licensing fees and/or royalties from minimum or actual fluid sales); and
3) equipment leases (under systems service agreements, usually 3-year contracts for the provision of the Company’s equipment and service of such, under contract to customers, with renewable terms).
HOCI sales are through the roof as well as demand. It will all be revealed in the upcoming financial reports.
What we don’t know is how the company is recording it from distributors as mentioned in the revenue streams are the product sales and fluid solutions counted separately. There are so many variables we don’t know however what we do know is PCTL is making money and growing.
The Pure and Clean news story speaks volumes of the HOCI sales:
In 2018, Pure & Clean’s annual revenue was $350,000. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, you say sales of your natural disinfectants have surged in the last month. What were March sales?
It was equal to [total] 2019 sales, which were more than double 2018 sales. It’s kind of an interesting feeling in this time of so many people hurting with small businesses and even large businesses. We’re a great solution for what’s going on, for protecting yourself and then also for disinfecting surfaces and areas. Scaling to that is obviously something that you can’t prepare for and we obviously weren’t ready for."
I believe the reference is clearly to the annual revenue of $350,000 because it intentionally included the word total.
The article references natural disinfectants (HOCI being one).
The article talks about scaling.
The article talks about local demand and mentions working with some of the largest hospitals in the country.
It’s from individuals just wanting to get something to protect themselves. A lot of those individuals are people who are working on the front lines of the health care systems in town. A lot of people are in long-term care facilities that are taking care of a high-risk population. Honestly, our business right now, a lot of it is from all over the nation. Large companies reaching out that need to protect their employees. We work with some of the largest hospital systems in the nation.
The article talks about inability to meet demands.
We were supposed to be at the NCAA wrestling championships in March in Minnesota. I was supposed to go from there to Vision Expo East in New York and that was canceled. We were supposed to be at the Olympics this summer with our products. Team USA had already purchased product to be shipped out to Japan for the Olympics. Our sports line has pretty much been shut down, and our medical and consumer side is just crazy. We have to take care of our existing customers, and their medical side that are front line and we’re also working with some new ones, but we definitely can’t meet all the demand. The largest companies out there can’t come close to meeting all their demands. So, obviously a young, family-owned business like ours, we’re doing the best we can.
This article is all about HOCI and $700,000 Pure&Clean sold in March.
Their biggest HOCI item on their website is a 265 gallon tote.
It wouldn’t take too many of those to get to $700,000.
The Little River, SC facility is to generate fluids and build special orders. The Werks facility is to build the Annihilyers and Large volume systems. They also was task with generating fluids at 4,000 gallons per day with the capacity to increase if needed.
There is nothing in DE's post that we didn't know about.
UK we know about and still do know how is going to play out until we see some figures.
No numbers were mention other than Werk's increasing production from 4,000 gallons to 10,000 gallons per week. This was expected per PR dated 4/7/2020:
From the 3rd Quarter 10Q:
On January 1, 2020, the Company entered into a four-year employment agreement with Gary, J. Grieco, its President and CEO, whereby Mr. Grieco will receive $48,000 per year commencing April 1, 2020, and receive 15,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock for services to the Company as its President and CEO. In addition, once monthly revenue exceeds monthly expenses the salary will be increased and Mr. Grieco will be issued an additional 10,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. The employment agreement begins on January 1, 2020, and is automatically renewable for two years unless terminated earlier as per the terms of the agreement.
The 15 million was issued when the agreement was signed and he is to be issued another 10 million when the company has obtained profitability.
Wow
I guess I will vacation at the shore in Jersey this year.
I looked at all the links and some of the end users have been using HOCI for years.
As more and more people learn of it PCTL is gonna get bigger and bigger.
I would like to see the story of HOCI on National news.
Last month a sent suggestions to all the networks to do a story on HOCI.
It is gonna happen sooner or later because of the expanding use.
I laughed at the diary bar employees getting fogged before work.
There is a nightclub in Japan fogging patrons before they enter.
This HUGE simply HUGE
Now we know why Bioblasting order 2 Large Volume Hydrolyte systems:
Please watch this video in its entirety to see the steps Manco & Manco is taking to ensure the cleanliness of its facilities.
HOCI the gift that keeps giving.
Hypochlorous Acid was the catalyst that gave PCTL a financial boost that relieved the company of the burden of a continuous debt load. It also enabled them to prepare for a build out of their flagship product, the Annihilyzer/Large Volume Hydrolyte System for orders they received due to Covid-19 and eventually the UK and beyond.
So just what are the installation numbers of PCTL’s Annihilyzer/Large Volume Hydrolyte Systems?
I really don’t know however below is what I do know:
Oh Yea

So how much does all this HOCI weigh?
Plain water is 8.35 pounds per gallon, a 500 gallon totes net weight is 4,175 pounds. One ton is 2000 pounds, so a tote is over two tons. So if they've shipped just one... it's tons.
PCTL ships 5000 gallons per truck load.

NEW YORK, Feb. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The growing concern over infectious diseases developing in facilities, such as hospitals, has caused a demand for products to combat the spread. These diseases are caused by pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, or fungi and can be spread directly or even indirectly from one person to another, according to the World Health Organization. Practitioners are thusly seeking products that help sanitize and disinfect spaces in order to prevent the spread of these diseases. Even still, in some instances, these infections can originate in animals before spreading to humans. This phenomenon has helped spur demand for a way to combat this possibility within the food processing industry. According to data compiled by Grand View Research, the global infection control market was valued at USD 150.4 Billion in 2016. Furthermore, it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.2% throughout the forecast period from 2018 to 2025. The market is primarily being driven by a rising number of government initiatives to ensure high degree infection prevention. There are also government organizations which are involved with issuing guidelines to ensure awareness and promote sanitary health practices. PCT Ltd. (OTC: PCTL), Conagra Brands, Inc. Facebook a Multi-Billion dollar company wants PCTL's flagship product, the Annihilyzer. Nope they want 10.
I received follow up confirmation from salesman at Sanitis today that Facebook is still moving forward with their purchase of 10 annihilyzers.
Also, Sanitis has been contacted by their biggest customer, (he couldn't name them) that contracts with 600+ hospitals across the USA for cleaning. The company is very interested in the annihilyzer so they can produce their own HOCL to save money.

Call 'em direct in Little River. They'll set you up for 30$ a gallon retail, but you gotta let the middleman get his share too.
Carol will set you up! She made a mistake and gave me a 17.50 wholesale price, and honored it because (her words) " A) you're so nice" (we spoke on the phoone before emailing) and "B) you sent me the link" to PR.
On the phone, she said she hadn't seen it yet, so I attached it with the CC Auth.
30 bucks a gallon for this now-in high demand, necessary product is a pretty good deal IMO

Exactly, and I called around and searched at multiple places. A gallon of our fluid cost 40-$60 retail and sells in bulk (large wholesale) for around $7-$10 per a gallon depending on how much is being purchased.
Do your own research people and you will find out for yourselves. I posted a retail gallon that goes for $59.99 plus S&H

PCTL LONG AND STRONG
ITS THE ONLY WAY TO GO WITH A 100% LEGIT MONEY MAKING COMPANY
Scenario of PCTL and potential customer:
PCTL: Hello this is PCT how may I help you.
Customer: Yes I'm William B. from Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC.
I am the Environmental Services manager looking to purchase a whole room disinfection control system.
PCTL: Well you came to the right place. How did you here about us?
Customer: I ask my colleagues around the city and five of the seven I talked to mention PCT.
PCTL: Wow that is a vote of confidence for our system. We have a 22 percent market share in NYC and it is growing. Our product the Annihilyzer is more than a whole room disinfection control system.
It produces two products, a disinfectant and a cleanser. It also cleans floor and comes with Electrostatic Applicator that can be used all over the hospital in the presence of clients, employees and visitors with no threat of ill effects as it is totally green.
Customer: What totally green?
PCTL: The disinfectant and cleanser is made from 3 ingredients, water, salt and electricity. It is called Hypochlorous Acid and with our machine you can produce it on-site and on-demand.
Customer: It confirms what my colleagues shared with me. My facility will be needing at least 3 machines. I have to get it signed off by upper management which won't be a problem as they have been hearing the same stories from their colleagues as well and been pestering me to contact you about the Annihilyzer.
PCTL: Not a problem, however there is a 60 day back log.
Customer: This is a must have for our hospital we can live with a short delay.
PCTL: While you are waiting we can "hook you up" with some Electrostatic Applicators and Hypochlorous Acid from our distributor in NYC who by the way will be installing your machines.
Customer: That will be great. Thanks and I'll be in touch by the end of the week.
PCTL: Your welcome, I look forward to hearing from you and will have our Distributor, Ace contact you.

From March 18, 2020 PR:
LITTLE RIVER, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PCT LTD (OTC Pink: PCTL) ("PCTL") is pleased to announce they have obtained a large pre-paid order from an existing sub-registrant in the Midwestern United States for 10,000 gallons of a specific fluid solution, with regular, recurring orders expected to follow.
PCT LTD has been attracting increased attention as of late due to their Annihilyzer® Infection Control System which is currently installed in 9 US hospitals and 1 in the United Kingdom. However, its flagship Annihilyzer® product is far from the company’s only source of revenue. PCT LTD also generates revenue from the sale of equipment, the sale of fluids, in addition to licensing and royalty fees from its sub-registrants, distributors, and other customers.
From March 25, 2020 PR:
Following up on an earlier release from March 18th; a second 10,000-gallon fluid order has been shipped to an existing customer in the Midwest. Recurring orders to this sub-registrant are expected to follow in the coming weeks.
I wonder how many 10,000 orders have been shipped in the past 3 months.
$10,000 x $8.00 = $80,000
$10,000 x $17.50 = $175,000
Data provided by Lucintel projects that the future of the global medical device industry will provide opportunities in public and private hospitals. The sector is expected to reach an estimated USD 409.5 Billion by 2023, while growing at a CAGR of 4.5% from 2018 to 2023. The major drivers for the growth of this industry are health care expenditures, technological developments, the aging population, and chronic diseases. By application, the medical device industry can be segmented into surgical and infection control devices, general medical devices, cardiovascular devices, orthopedic devices, home healthcare devices, and others. PCT Ltd. (OTC: PCTL), MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE: MD), Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI), Smith & Nephew plc (NYSE: SNN), SCYNEXIS, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCYX)
The infection control segment is expected to grow at a fast rate. According to MarketsandMarkets, the global infection control market is expected to reach USD 21.06 Billion by 2022 from USD 15.35 Billion in 2017 and at a CAGR of 6.5%. The research indicates that the increasing use of e-beam sterilization, rising importance of single-use medical nonwovens and medical devices are further increasing the demand for disinfection and sterilization products and services. Based on end user, the global infection control market is segmented into hospitals & clinics, medical devices companies, food industry, life sciences industry, pharmaceutical companies, and other end users. Hospitals & clinics are projected to register the highest CAGR during the forecast period. The growth is attributed to the rising incidence of HAIs (Hospital Acquired Infection), growing volume of surgical procedures, increasing cost burden due to the rising geriatric population & incidence of chronic diseases and increasing number of hospitals across the globe.
I believe somewhere around $45,000.
SR-71 the best, most advance plane ever built. Way ahead of its time. Beautiful in flight. 20 years AF - F-4s at Bergstrom AFB, F-111 at RAF Upper Heyford and U-2 at Osan AB South Korea.
You think the SR-71 was special the Annihilyzer is going to rock the healthcare world.
Just like the SR-71, there is nothing like it.

“We have to expand very rapidly. We see a need, starting in July, to start delivering at least 25 systems a month,” said Grieco.
That was said almost 2 months ago. I suspect that "to start delivering at least 25 systems" is a much, much bigger number today.
First of all the Annihilyzer is not all that expensive as compared to other systems. Also one gets a disinfectant and a cleaning product.
One would not have to deal with ordering, receiving, storing and disposing of disinfectant and cleaning product containers as well as all the paperwork to go along with it.
The Annihilyzer is a game changer and the future.

HOCl is now manufactured in a way that allows the solution to be stable for much longer than previously available. This has allowed for product to be carefully bottled and made available across the world. Although producing HOCl solutions is not challenging, stabilizing the solution is very difficult. In fact, at Pure&Clean our quality ingredients and unique process produce an unmatched product. This is proven by our HOCl industry-best 24-month (not impacted by opening) FDA cleared shelf life on all of our FDA cleared products. Furthermore, we do not add unnecessary ingredients to stabilize or preserve our product stability. The Pure&Clean solution is so stable that we are able to provide a very unique and rare HOCl Hydrogel product - which proves to have a massive impact across a number of medical applications.
