This is really turning into some story.

Thanks to all for contacting the company to get the low down.

At the end of the day we still do not know and it does not matter why the Auditors are taking so long.

They have to give the benefit of the Covid-19 situation and still didn't deliver. Also we are paying them a pretty penny in the range of $50,000-$60,000. I wonder if they are penalized for being so late.

From past experience we know they are slow and late.

So now moving forward we will get a new Auditor.

The bottom line is the 10K may be late however PCTL continues to prosper on the business side and that is what will eventually move the stock price to its proper place.
