Danolyte is a competitor which is healthy and welcome with the on-going pandemic. They make a system that produces HOCI and sells it for $35,000 and says it costs about a dollar per room to clean. I check out their website and seen the system they sell. What I found interesting is that in the video below there is a system that looks similar to the Annihilyzer with Danolyte name on it. Now the system that look like the Annihilyzer is not on their website.
