Scenario of PCTL and potential customer:

PCTL: Hello this is PCT how may I help you.

Customer: Yes I'm William B. from Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC.
I am the Environmental Services manager looking to purchase a whole room disinfection control system.

PCTL: Well you came to the right place. How did you here about us?

Customer: I ask my colleagues around the city and five of the seven I talked to mention PCT.

PCTL: Wow that is a vote of confidence for our system. We have a 22 percent market share in NYC and it is growing. Our product the Annihilyzer is more than a whole room disinfection control system.
It produces two products, a disinfectant and a cleanser. It also cleans floor and comes with Electrostatic Applicator that can be used all over the hospital in the presence of clients, employees and visitors with no threat of ill effects as it is totally green.

Customer: What totally green?

PCTL: The disinfectant and cleanser is made from 3 ingredients, water, salt and electricity. It is called Hypochlorous Acid and with our machine you can produce it on-site and on-demand.

Customer: It confirms what my colleagues shared with me. My facility will be needing at least 3 machines. I have to get it signed off by upper management which won't be a problem as they have been hearing the same stories from their colleagues as well and been pestering me to contact you about the Annihilyzer.

PCTL: Not a problem, however there is a 60 day back log.

Customer: This is a must have for our hospital we can live with a short delay.

PCTL: While you are waiting we can "hook you up" with some Electrostatic Applicators and Hypochlorous Acid from our distributor in NYC who by the way will be installing your machines.

Customer: That will be great. Thanks and I'll be in touch by the end of the week.
