It might be time for a run....0.001+ maybe?
Bloomfield Investement Club follow-up email:
"We opened a real can of worms when we started talking about BZCN again...now our phones are ringing off the hook with traders wanting to know our thought and the time line...
BZCN is a lotto play and we are buying it because we believe the selling is over and the last time it hit .0003 there was a bounce to .0054 for 1700% gains...we are not saying this is going to happen again as the O/S has increased considerably (really really considerably if you know what we mean) but we do think it will move. We have seen this one get up and run big!!"
Bloomfield Investment Club Alert:
Bloomfield and members have made a lot of money trading BZCN over the last year and from time to time we get inquiries as to what we think and we always say..."as soon as the seller is gone we will take a good look" Well, on July 8th there was a flush and a huge dump that set off our volume alert. We saw the selling all but dry up after that and we jumped in for 30 million shares. We have been watching everyday since and it appears to us that the seller is gone and it might be time to ride the wave again.
Today we went in and bought 20 million more shares to make our total position in BZCN 50,000,000 shares
One thing we can say about BZCN is that they are a real company with real revenues (over 2 million dollars last year), a real warehouse location, a real retail location, and lots of expansion going on. We are buying lotto tickets here and as with all lotto tickets...you buy them with expendable income and hope!!!
Big volume and huge buys going through today...
What's up??
The dynamic at that time was a lot different. The push to 0.04 was during a PSC pump, which means a lot of day traders coming in, buying, and selling the same day. You saw that all the time when PSC was around....
Strong news should move the PPS well. How high, how fast is anyone's guess, but comparing to the PSC pump is comparing apples oranges.
You're right, a lot of new people with new accounts....sort of odd.
Hopefully we start moving back up from here...
This is the summer of dilution...every stock that I've bought the last month or so dilutes itself to death within a week.
I hope you're wrong about this one....the last few weeks have been horrible for it though.
All of the volume is on the ask, which is encouraging.
What does L2 look like?
We are 5th in overall volume today as of right now for all OTC boards. That could be a good thing...
LOL...poof, like magic!
We are seeing a lot of volume on the ask....maybe someone knows something, or maybe noone knows anything.
Either way, I'd like to see 4's back up by EOD.
yeah, there's a lot more volume on the ask than the bid, but not enough to uptick right now.
Hmm...are those posts still up?
Is this the post you're talking about?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=52618464
He said big day tomorrow, not big news...I see how that can be confusing though. A lot of people questioned what the excitement was about and didn't get a reply.
I got 1.5M filled at 3 through E*Trade about 10 minutes ago. I had my order in since yesterday.
Now I'm ready to see some 4's and 5's!
I think the PR was more in response to questions presented to IR (a lot of which came from people on this board) rather than directly from the board.
It was good to get some fo the questions answered. More should hopefully come as they move along.
Same here....there's probably a long line for 3's. I doubt we'll get any.
Looks like more dilution to me...
On the brighter side, maybe they'll come out with a PR or hire a company to promote them. Otherwise, we're in bad shape.
I wish someone would sell me some 3's too, but I don't think it's going to happen.
That is odd...
30M just went through, sure looks like dilution. Who knows what's going on.
Hard to say, $100 would probably be as good a guess as any.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
It looks like it's the per unit price for revenue purposes, which would mean it's the cost to the consumer...just my guess, but it's a close enough figure for comparison purposes.
Found it, $450/unit:
Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) announced today revenue projection commitments made by its US distributor, Utility Marketing Concepts, Inc. (UMC).
UMC's revenue projections are based on association marketing. That is, strong positioning in any niche markets through its association with the electric utilities and especially coops. UMC finds a utility that provides incentives or rebates that favor homeowners and encourages them to use energy efficient appliances. Electric utilities reach virtually every household in the United States and, most if not all (98%), have a water heater. The split is about 50% electric and 50% gas/propane. Because the utility promotes their incentive based on electric products, it therefore alerts their customers (UMC's target market) to the product or water heater that carries the best rebate or incentive. UMC will, in effect, use the coop to promote the microwave energy tank-less water heater which allows UMC to feed off their advertising and promotion to these niche markets which UMC expects to reach. Examples include apartments, fast-food and dairy industries to name a few. Consequently, market entry through the utilities while focusing on the coops informs all these niche markets about our product without requiring enormous marketing expenditures and offers access to all users of electricity in America. UMC's average US revenue forecasts for the next five years totals roughly 530,000 units at approximately $450 per unit for total revenue of $238,050,000 USD. According to UMC, this is a very conservative estimate not including other market verticals in the United States or Canada such as; hardware retail chains and residential housing, as well as a host of secondary sales channels and international markets offered to Wanderport through other possible US distributor agreements.
So I guess we'll need to know what kind of output we'd get out of the $450 unit to know what we should compare it to, although that is a very competitive price even for the lower output models.
I think we've already discussed the cost comparison of the microwave water heater to current tankless water heaters on this board....if I remember correct, the microwave water heater is considerably less expensive.
Nice chart....looking good!
Those 20M+ sells look like dilution to me...
The O/S hasn't changed for a long time, has it?
What's driven it down so far? Can you be more specific?
I'd love to see some 4's today.....we need some volume though.
Just frustrated.....
Great, another poster that likes to make fun of people losing money....y'all come out of the woodwork to rub it in people's faces, it's really sad.
SREH Announces 3 Year Revenue Projections to Gross $5 Million for Scientific News International
10:23 AM ET 7/23/10 | Marketwire
(PINKSHEETS: SREH) -- SREH Scientific News International (www.scientificnewsroom.com) releases its subscription-based gross revenue projections today as it prepares for an upcoming wave of fall medical conferences for its industry reporting brainchild, www.scientificnewsroom.com.
The projections have been laid out conservatively and factors in a variable attrition rate. "Further," states CEO Anthony Dibiase, "these figures were calculated with an assumption that only the lower subscription tier was selected by all members. We did this to remain conservative in our projections and even a fraction of doctors choosing to subscribe as premium members would have a significant impact on these numbers. As well, these figures are only based on subscription fees and do not include iPhone app sales, doctor2doctor social networking platform upgrades or doctor2doctor prospective ad revenue."
SNI Execs are confident it can reach at least 10% of its target market by July 31, 2011 resulting in more than $1 million in gross revenues there. SNI target market includes professionals from all of the major fields the site currently covers: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Nephrology, Oncology, Primary Care, Rheumatology, Urology and Radiology. By year 3, the site expects to reach approximately $5 million in subscription fees alone. "With supplementary medical fields, increased conference attendance, additional iPhone apps and doctor2doctor revenues, we release these projections with the understanding that they are only a fraction of revenues overall for the company. Expanded projections will be released in the near future to reflect additional revenue streams," comments Dibiase.

BZCN News:
July 22 - BizAuctions and La Jolla Liquidation Joint-Venture to Open Retail Store
BizAuctions, Inc. (OTC: BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay and Amazon liquidation services for excess inventories, overstocks, and returns, and La Jolla Liquidation and Auction Co. announced that the Joint-Venture is in the final stages of opening a retail store in early to Mid-August of this calendar year.
Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO, comments, "Due to the availability of name brand merchandise such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, and other name brand clothing merchandise from BizAuctions' major retail contracts, BizAuctions and La Jolla Liquidation's Joint-Venture are in the final stages of opening a retail store in early to mid-August of this year. The retail store location is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. in size and is located within BizAuctions current 23,000 sq. ft. office-warehouse in Otay Mesa, California. BizAuctions office-warehouse is approximately two (2) blocks from the Otay Mesa Road or 905 Highway and approximately four (4) miles from the 805 Highway and border crossing into Mexico. The combined traffic flow at the Otay Mesa Road-905 highway and the 805 highway juncture carries in excess of 60,000 cars a day so with the correct signage and adequate marketing, BizAuctions-La Jolla Liquidation can draw from a large base of potential customers that utilize these highways each day.
"BizAuctions opened its 1st retail store on May 29, 2009 in the Chula Vista Center in Chula Vista, CA, next to Macy's, an anchor store, and PacSun retail stores, under the name of Lucky 7's in order to sell its name brand products such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Buffalo and Lucky jeans, Ed Hardly shirts, PING sports apparel, and other name brand clothing merchandise that brings higher retail prices at Lucky 7's versus its customary outlet, on eBay and Amazon business platforms," noted CEO, Janovec.
Romy Ashjian, President of La Jolla Liquidation remarks, "Since our formation of the Joint-Venture with BizAuctions in early April of this year, I have had the opportunity to see all of the hundreds of name brand products in the areas of electronics, clothing, and general merchandise that are in great condition which are received weekly by BizAuctions - it was then that I realized the true value in the merchandise that was being sold by BizAuctions through eBay, Amazon, and the Lucky 7's store. So, after discussions with management of BizAuctions we decided the Joint-Venture would open the retail store in the warehouse of BizAuctions current operations. The combined management of La Jolla Liquidation has in excess of 25 years experience in the retail, liquidation and auction business, and coupled with the traffic flow from Otay Mesa Road-905 highway and the 805 highway, we believe the retail store in time will develop a strong customer base that is looking for great buys on name brand merchandise."
BizAuctions' clients have included some of the Nation's leading retail names at the forefront of their industries. With a long-term strategy to provide eBay liquidation services to Fortune 1000 enterprises, BizAuctions is a clear and lucrative solution for most any business to liquidate excess inventory on eBay and Amazon platforms.
BZCN - Run time
Bloomfied on board...
LOL, you lost me on the analogy, but I think I'm hungry now.
I hope that you're right, but I'm done watching this one. I saw a ton of potential get eaten up by dilution and I'm glad I didn't get burned like I did with SREH. Good Luck, I hope I'm wrong.
A month ago the O/S was lower and people weren't expecting it to go up daily. That's the problem. If they quit diluting right now, this could make a huge run in the next few weeks.
They're using the PR's (some of which are huge) to line their pockets rather than create any shareholder value. It's sad and disgusting.
I think Bloomfield may help it move. Back in Nov-Dec when they made they're last big run, Bloomfield was promoting them.
Dumping along with PR's by the company to bring in buyers for the shares they're dumping. It's sad, hopefully they stop soon.
Wow, what a POS, glad all I have left in it is profit from their last run.
I think we hit 4's at 30-40M, then who knows from there. If enough volume starts coming in, we could be in for a big run!
Bloomfield investment club was also promoting BZCN when it had it's huge run last Nov-Dec!!
