So what do we have. Currently, we have a very strong cohort in the company that know success and how to get there, and we have a software company that is utilizing their skills to build their own software and operating system. And an IT company that is top notch is probably the hottest tech locations in the world. An untapped market in India.
I got in rather late, but was very happy to at least get the message. in at 0.006. Average 0.008. One million shares.
I do not know the details of the lawsuit. Last time I checked, they never served the papers to Aurora, which seemed to me like a scare tactic. After looking at Cannimed's quarterly financials, I am surprised they have stayed in business. Using Marketwatch, it was clear that Aurora was profiting close to $9mill per quarter while Cannimed was $1.6mill. Most of their money went into equipment and things. Didn't add up to me. Yet, Cannimed had 40,000 patients, and Aurora 20,000. I see this Medical field being massive and currently, we own it. It wasn't the sales, it was the patients we wanted.
It could very well be they were placed in a vice grip. But Cannimed from its financials, wasn't doing anything great. Almost like it was tanking. It's like Cannimed was hoping for this to happen or be bought out and use means to get the best deal. I don't know. I would be interested in what others have to say.
I mean, the fact that we paid this much after I took a look at their financials makes it seem like they are worth maybe $12 million. They just have barely any profit margin. So I will look at this as the patients were the deal and we should be able to gross $150 million in profit a year. And more as our patient list increases.
What do others have to say?
I completely agree. I just took at their quarterly financials and I do not know how They were a company. Their profits were horrible. We have half the patients and quadruple the profits.
Guys, they are literally showing legitimacy to a penny stock and small company. More of this just solidifies the reality of each one of our positions. This just tells me I should probably buy more shares.
I know you have a right to be scared. But this is consolidation. Also, big firms are taking profits knowing the merger was going to happen. They knew the stock would go down for a little before it jumps and goes back up. Dont be scared, this company is solid. It just purchased a billion dollar company. haha
Please click on the number link provided above to get the email I sent to Mike. I am conflicted with the speed at which the company will move with all the eggs in the basket, its seems like this phone could easily get gobbled up with the right marketing scheme. There are too many things going for it.
Remember, they own their software. So they can sell it cheaply to make a lot of revenue if they sell many phones. With the software they are handing out, the price point is super and why I think it will get eaten up.
But this is simply my own opinion from what I have read.
I would like to add, some of those ideas that I brought up may not be used in the first installment of the phone, but more a futuristic concept down the road when they get into the much larger markets such as the U.S.
So I am conflicted here. Firstly, this company is solid. They have built a small network of individuals that are well known in their industry for winning awards for either their own communication and work in the industry, and getting results, period. You do not get Darryl Green apart of basically a startup company unless the software Utopya is bringing to the table is outstanding.
Most of you do not know, but I wrote Mike about the software for the phone. Remember, the software means everything. The parts for the phone is well established and their are companies out there that have the resources for that. What makes the phone great is the software. That is the key piece of information. And Utopya is a software company. While talking to Mike, he told me they were already working on a social operating system, and alluded to an ecosystem where users can obtain cryptocurrency, utilize VR application technology, etc.
Also, they have created a virtual assistant whom they named "Victoria" that is recognized via vocal recognition.
They stated in their own description that their phones will include a list of applications that are unique to them, and them alone while allowing their users to have the best of both world. If they plan on manufacturing phones and selling them for $200 or cheaper (that is what you have to do), and plan on doing that within the year, those application have to be very close to fully operational. So not only are they offering a social marketing scheme to expand their fan base within Utopya OS, providing a virtual assistant "Victoria", but offering a litmus of various private applications that are in testing.
Oh! And I forgot. They are utilizing a higher level of security through encryption (someone please correct me if I am wrong). If they plan to actually sell their product (software), in a mobile device, to the market this year, a lot of this has to be done soon.
That in itself is a big deal with a lot of various PR coming out the pipeline, down the road.... for under $200, maybe a little more. Most phone companies do not control all this, so they do not necessarily control the price. Utopya has more control and bring the price down because they are looking at the future.
Anyway, thought this should be some food for thought. If people want links to the email I sent and the reply, I can most certainly re-post that.
I have a restricted account Big man. I was able to utilize my trial period. But now am restricted on here.
Yep! I know a couple of them that read our posts. They know we are waiting for something. But honestly, I rather they take their sweet time and do it write then keep giving us tiny teasers. Enough of those tiny teasers that fall through the cracks can lose their affect like the other poster stated. Let their news be potent.
Plus the entire cannabis sector is down. Just not Cannimed.
Plus Cannimed is getting all the attention. Tomorrow it will be Aurora. We will Gove over $1.50
Should held off and let it drop like I thought it would do due to consolidation, like you state. Oh well.
Definitely right. We will rebound. Don't worry. People here should really not worry too much about short term red. No one likes seeing red, but it will turn around. There isn't anything to worry with this company.
Not all of this is directed at you Landmark. Just a general for those reading.
Exactly. Lots of logistics involved. A lot of back and forth, and even writing the partnership contract. The fact is there is some really cool information coming down the pipeline.
Also, there is a delay to how the market react to the news (computers) and the trades that come in. So we could see it turn after lunch and go positive in an hour or an hour and a half
I agree. They didn't start those contracts until they got back. And I do not know how long it takes to write them up and make changes. We know they are coming, just depends when.
Dont worry bud, you will be fine. It's going to go up.
No one knows the exact day we will hear news. But from the last tweet or email, it seemed very soon. It's a process. They are making deals so I am not worried.
So when a company buys out another company, and they pay a lot for the company, normally the stock drops in the beginning. The next few days will be great. We should see some high closes. If someone has L2, they can see the purchases.
This could do a lot of jumping. I am going to hold
Do I purchase now or should I hold off until during the dip?
My funds just became available and I placed my order 10 minutes ago.
The only reason to devalue shares is if you need capital to run the company. So you devalue the crap out of it. Terry Booth knows very well that if one facility opens, this becomes a non issue. Plus they do not own debt and have $600 mill working capital. So until I am told why they would have to devalue, they just don't know anything.
The only thing they meant I guess is if Canada legalizes or not. That is the facility they are most worried about. But everywhere else is a pure money play. Their $2 - 3 billion venture per year will make this issue and non issue. They shouldn't even be worried about it. They have tons of capital.
Dilly dilly

Why would they? If this is their 3rd 1 million sqft facility, they will be a multi billion dollar company annually. Not really sure where the devaluation comes in? Why are people talking about this?
If we want to have a pissing contest, don't mind you, I will win! Haha. Great lads I agree. Feeling more comfortable everyday. Unshakable.
Nevermind -- I read that wrong. I got it.
Wait. Is Aurora building another facility in Italy?
Dude, this hold up cannot be good for Cannimed. This could end up hurting their stock a little if this keeps getting pushed, which ends up hurting the deal. I would be extremely stoked if the deal went through when I got my shares back, doubt it, but a good wish. They must be close to keep this going after hours.
You guys have nothing to worry about with Aurora. This is a phenomenal company. Its going to go up and down and every all around. But it was inevitably go up. Too much capital its going to bring in.
I know you won't like this, but if they can hold off merger for one more day, I would be soon happy.
Of course. I love it. Nice and steady
True but it was more of a joke in response to the individual who stated it. I stated it was paint drying that paid him
Paint drying that pays you!
These guys have seen everything
Is there proof that this has happened once before?
