So I am conflicted here. Firstly, this company is solid. They have built a small network of individuals that are well known in their industry for winning awards for either their own communication and work in the industry, and getting results, period. You do not get Darryl Green apart of basically a startup company unless the software Utopya is bringing to the table is outstanding.

Most of you do not know, but I wrote Mike about the software for the phone. Remember, the software means everything. The parts for the phone is well established and their are companies out there that have the resources for that. What makes the phone great is the software. That is the key piece of information. And Utopya is a software company. While talking to Mike, he told me they were already working on a social operating system, and alluded to an ecosystem where users can obtain cryptocurrency, utilize VR application technology, etc.

Also, they have created a virtual assistant whom they named "Victoria" that is recognized via vocal recognition.

They stated in their own description that their phones will include a list of applications that are unique to them, and them alone while allowing their users to have the best of both world. If they plan on manufacturing phones and selling them for $200 or cheaper (that is what you have to do), and plan on doing that within the year, those application have to be very close to fully operational. So not only are they offering a social marketing scheme to expand their fan base within Utopya OS, providing a virtual assistant "Victoria", but offering a litmus of various private applications that are in testing.

Oh! And I forgot. They are utilizing a higher level of security through encryption (someone please correct me if I am wrong). If they plan to actually sell their product (software), in a mobile device, to the market this year, a lot of this has to be done soon.

That in itself is a big deal with a lot of various PR coming out the pipeline, down the road.... for under $200, maybe a little more. Most phone companies do not control all this, so they do not necessarily control the price. Utopya has more control and bring the price down because they are looking at the future.

Anyway, thought this should be some food for thought. If people want links to the email I sent and the reply, I can most certainly re-post that.
