Yeah, on-time MYDX financials are kind of a pipe dream. But Yazbeck has gotta get back on track at sometime to satisfy Rule 144 to convert his billions of restricted shares go to unrestricted.
Is that what they call a $2.99 SP a few years ago that fell to today’s 25M share sell in the quads?
The reason MYDX has been damaged will come out in two weeks, when the latest MYDX 10-Q is due.
Not to mention the 5.2B OS. Though at the current clip, that OS will be larger in the 10-Q.
It’s not about the dismissal it’s about knowing the details of the case which can give more information as to why MYDX was damaged. I’d post it but it will get deleted. Twitter has the lawsuit which can show ppl who the real fraudsters are causing damages.
The sector is inundated with blatant pumps like this. That’s not a statement against GRWG, but this is a desperate sector right now, and these pumps tend to get drowned out after awhile.
Yes, GRWG makes money, and that’s a great thing, but it’s still technically a penny stock (being under $5). GRWG’s SP is in a gray area of not being under a $1 where the “get rich quick” folks buy, but not over $5 for an extended period of time to attract institutionals and serious investors.
Most investors gravitate towards the LPs in the sector, and not the picks and shovels of the sector, such as GRWG.
Another 25M MYDX shares sold in the QUADS today.
OUCH.
Holy crap, the MYDX OS exploded to 5,235,755,336 according to today’s TA report.
WOW!
Can’t happen. SEC Rule 144 clearly states a publicly traded company must be, at minimum, 90 days with no late filings and up to date with everything in order to be sold.
MYDX chose to withhold its Q2 10-Q until a few weeks ago, so they still have a ways to go to satisfy Rule 144.
And then there’s the matter of whether the company will file its 10-Q on time in November. If not, the Rule 144 clock starts again.
Oh well.
Yup, settlement payments made and MYDX dismissed the case, as clearly stated in 10-Q. Thanks for posting the text.
Onto the next lawsuit for Defendant Yazbeck, April 17, 2020.
10-Q says the case is dismissed and the settlement terms were satisfied.
What’s the case number of that trial? What was the judgment in that case? When did it happen?
MYDX itself purchases the “tech” that it uses. That’s what the TRD deal is all about, as clearly stated in the MYDX financials.
Okay, so what’s the case number?
If that’s the case, then what does a jury and trial have to do with anything?
I don’t think Defendant Yazbeck will let it get there in the immediate future. He’s got 2B shares that we know of (and who knows how many more through YCIG and the trusts he owns) he’ll want to empty the ATM for himself before officially closing up shop, giving the curtain call and final FU to MYDX Shareholders.
Excellent! What’s the case number so we can all look it up?
I’m just trying to figure out how MYDX is profiting off teen deaths as being claimed?
In connection with his appointment as interim Chief Executive Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer, the Company agreed to pay Mr. Yazbeck a salary of $10,000 per month, or $120,000 per year
Damages will be exposed.
MYDX never sued Peatross, but Peatross did file the counter-claim against Yazbeck and MYDX.
Trial starts April 17, 2020.
What do you want to discuss about the lawsuits?
MYDX Shareholders are rather Salty over the SP hitting the 52-week low today.
OrganaDX has been "coming soon" since 2015.
It was pretty easy to figure out from day one of that December 14, 2017 PR.....
.....today announced it submitted an application and is seeking medical device designation in Canada for its CannaDx(TM) Handheld Tester and its ECOSmartPen(TM)....
On April 1, 2018, the Company verbally agreed to enter into an agreement to appoint Dr. Heiner Dreismann to its business advisory board to assist the Company’s management with evaluating potential merger and acquisition opportunities, developing a plan to secure a medical device designation from Health Canada for CannaDx, and other advice related to the Company’s business.
I doubt the application was ever filed in the first place.
Notice how it was only said in a PR and never put into the fins.
Where is it? Link, please.
Haven't heard back from that guy w/ the problem w/ the MYDX analyzer spitting out zeros. Hmm... sure is looking like a fraud. Fraud like Dewald.
2019 MYDX Product Revenue to date: $1,251.00.
LOL
So is coming through with what you say you're going to do. In MYDX's case, through financials and PRs, we're up to what, seven or eight estimates for the Pen release, with the latest guidance saying Q1 2019?
And in the fifth year of OrganaDX "coming soon."
MYDX has been sued by vendors more times than having released products.
If updating a website is an MYDX success metric, the company is in even more trouble than the woeful financials reveal.
The proof is Analyzer 1.0 and upgrade to 2.0.
If “technology advances,” then why is the company pivoting, again, moving away from cannabis and focusing on a product Yazbeck has saying is “coming soon” since 2015?
Anyone with a brain knows data is king.
And quoted the MYDX financials, signed by him.
MYDX has been sued by more vendors than products they have released.
Defendant should be Yazbeck, not his imaginary defendants he deflects to blaming for MYDX collapsing.
Will be fun to see Defendant Yazbeck go to trial on April 17, 2020.
“Coming soon” since 2015.
Canada legalised.
Dozens of U.S. states have legalised, medical and/or recreational.
Yet MYDX hasn’t released a product since 2016.
Three products “coming soon” since 2015, and another “coming soon” since 2017.
MYDX has been sued by more vendors than products they have released.
The case with the demurrer was dismissed on December 18, 2018. Case number 37-2017-00026331-CU-BT-CTL should you want to see it for yourself.
The demurrer being referred to was heard by the judge and he issued a ruling on February 1, 2018. The judge overruled three of the eight causes, leaving five sustained. That's still case number 37-2017-00026331-CU-BT-CTL.
The company acknowledged in their financials the case was dismissed, but left meat on the table for the gullible by saying the "matter" has not been dismissed. Some feel the case is not dismissed, despite the court saying it was. Again, look up that case number to see for yourself.
There is an active case involving MYDX. Case number 37-2018-00055626-CU-CO-NC is where Daniel Yazbeck filed suit against former MYDX Chief Medical Officer, Jessica Peatross. The complaint in that suit doesn't specify MYDX as being harmed, only Yazbeck himself.
However, Peatross filed a counter claim (same case number), against both Yazbeck and MYDX. That case is scheduled to be heard April 17, 2020.
