Defendant should be Yazbeck, not his imaginary defendants he deflects to blaming for MYDX collapsing.



Yazbeck IS a defendant in the counter-claim against him and MYDX.

Yazbeck sued his former "Chief Medical Officer," and in return, she sued him and the company.

She and her legal team seem ready for trial on April 17, 2020....I don't think Yazbeck will do very well under oath.
