I was just kidding around, I'm not promoting or running anything. I own shares in WMIH and I'm pleased with the share price movement. That's all.
Wall Street has been on tv lately and I watched it a couple of times.
Sounds like High Frequency Trading algos have been turned on for WMIH. Either way, someone wants the price UP!
Blue Horse Shoe likes WMIH
Hedge Funds are in this now, big time. Something's up...

Don't look now but we're up 6.2% in early trading. But hey, who am I to interrupt your 3+ year conversation about escrows? lol
They've been saying that for over 3 years now. It's a carrot on a stick to constantly tease the markets. Not gonna happen, no way.

Best post I've seen in a long time on this board. <Clap clap>
Those prices are reasonable, but they could go a bit higher if Analysts pick up the stock and assign a higher PE ratio to justify a higher stock prices, which is common in today's (inflated) market.
Just saying...but I agree with you.
I see that. I nabbed just a few shares at $2.55. Probably should have put my bid at $2.56
Once uplisting occurs this stock will be available for purchase by so many institutional investors that couldn't touch this while on the OTCBB. Next week should be fireworks here!
No, they'd have to be at or above $4 for 6 or 9 months before using that as criteria to list on the Nasdaq.
Rather, they can use the criteria of being valued over $200 million or, what they will actually use, is the criteria for a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) which is what they are.
Things are happening quickly, all of sudden.
This is looking really good.
Nice charts Justice. This move up has occurred under pretty light volume, which tells me the float is gone. This can move pretty quickly now, imo.
Good ol' Bill...he's on the "money", as usual. Thanks for posting
Dead men don't talk.
I like the volume this morning. Churning is good...
That's a thing of beauty. Definition of a true BULL!
YES, good call. HOD candles usually are followed by more positive movement too, and look at the MACD suddenly go positive.
Good times!
I agree with this. I think we see things in a very similar manner.
The FED will be walking a razor thin line if they move interest rates up, even in small increments.
"KKR, CITI, and Blackstone aren't hear so they can all go out and have a beer together."
LOL, couldn't have said it better!
Great stuff from you and DRrugby, thanks for "keeping it real" here on the board. Exciting times ahead for WMIH!
Nice chart and analysis Justice. Rockets are fueled and there's smoke on the launch pad.
Looks like Grant Thornton is throwing a monkey wrench into Rosen-turds wheel. Good for him!
Excellent article W3, thanks for sharing!
Gold up big-time today. Central bankers having a hard time hiding the data that shows the Eurozone's paltry 0.4% growth is still outpacing US growth...which I suspect is negative. China slowing considerably too.
The numbers don't lie.
Well I guess we're in "Growth Mode" now...lol
Yes he is. He's probably my favorite author/journalist on Financial and Geo-Political topics. He doesn't miss much.
Interesting article about a credit crunch hitting Europe during the night last week, and in the Comments you'll find that it happened again 2 nights ago.
Just another reason to have physical metals...

I agree with you 100% Bob. The stock and commodity markets are 100% manipulated; there is barely any natural price discovery based on supply and demand anymore. A credit squeeze is close and signs are mounting. When the Bond markets tank our western currencies will get smacked and this may trigger the global derivatives implosion. All bets are off when that happens. But since we don't know WHEN that will happen everything should be short-term right now. JMHO
YES
Glad I grabbed some more yesterday when the price was a wee bit lower...
Great post Justice! Thanks for keeping us up to date on the technicals. Those charts are beautiful$$$!
Good stuff Justice. I'd also add, watch the BB lines. For the past month it has traded between the upper and middle bollies. That's probably a high likelihood going forward. We all know how much those running the show like this stock to move slowly and deliberately. Although news could change that at any moment and May/June should provide some good news for WMIH.
Good loading area, imo.
Thanks Doc, someone else just mentioned that they're probably waiting for the Delaware incorporation to finalize before the expansion of the BoD and new Preferred Shares happens.
That's probably what it is. Makes sense anyways.
On second thought, I'm not so sure about the new BoD members automatically joining the company as part of a new deal. Here's an excerpt from the article that Seeking Alpha ran last week. I do accept that SA could be wrong...
The stuff in BOLD below did not happen at today's meeting, as Seeking Alpha was expecting.
The Importance of WMI's Annual Meeting
"Why is WMI's annual meeting important? It clears up several matters that will then allow the company to make an acquisition. There will be an important vote to reincorporate the company from Washington to Delaware. Delaware is a preferred venue for several reasons, including more certainty and clarity for amending their bylaws and making future acquisitions. The company will also increase the size of the board from seven to 11.
The company has indicated that they then will be appointing two executive directors, William Gallagher and Thomas Fairfield, and two KKR designees, Paul Raether and Tagar Olson. Both Gallagher and Fairfield come from Capmark Financial (OTCPK:CPMK). Their specific mandate will be "developing and executing on the company's acquisition strategy."
Along with the move, WMI will dramatically increase the number of authorized shares of common and preferred stock and make it easier to raise capital."
Did the last sentence not happen either? Hmmmm...
Ahhh, that makes sense. Thank you.
Curiously enough, why did they only elect the same 7 BoD members when we were expecting them to expand the BoD to 11 members at this meeting?
