Someone learned why stop losses can be dangerous in the OTC...got stopped out.
Some folks are working overtime to drive the PPS down...
That "very soon" was likely waiting for the dilution to finish...with luck, they are ready to start dropping good news next week and it won't be driven right back down to .0001.
I'm not surprised...buuuut there is some good to come of this too.

Eline Updates Shareholders on progress
Mar 17, 2017
OTC Disclosure & News Service
Scottsdale, AZ - Eline Entertainment Group Would like to update its shareholders on recent changes. Due to recent deals in progress, the company's reduction of authorized shares that was planned has been postponed, and the company's outstanding shares has increased substantially. The updated structure has been submitted to the company's OTCMarkets profile today and will show updated numbers as of the release of this update. The company plans to take measures to reduce the outstanding shares as soon as possible, but this increase was necessary in order to move forward.
The company understands that nobody likes to see the outstanding increase but it was necessary in removing the old debt, and in preparation for planned changes. We want to let everyone know that we have no plans for a reverse split at this time, as we believe our future plans will support the current number of outstanding shares especially if we are successful at reducing them in the coming months. There should be no further issuances needed for some time now, and the company will be taking measures to make the updated numbers more available and more recently updated so that the public can see that.
Thank you
EEGI Management

Pot meet kettle.
I asked him about it a while ago and while he obviously couldn't go into detail, he did say it's a consideration but they wouldn't be doing anything until they got the remainder of their debt taken care of.
I think he said 3-5 if I recall correctly
I don't see a buyout happening...but if there ever were a buyout, I could see it being someone buying out the exclusive license agreement with the eventual goal being to buy out their company holding the patents.
They license it from their private company (same management), but their license provides exclusivity so there are no other companies licensing the same patents that I'm aware of.
Wouldn't that be badass?
Come on, power hour is here...let's see this bust through $.015 and close at HOD.
IF (and it's a big IF) these PPG deals pan out and bring in significant revenues, there is value here...not get super rich value, but turn a couple grand into a new Harley value, if that's your thing.
The Industrial Finishes deal I consider to be dead...sure they may make a bit more money off of it, but I don't see IF ever fulfilling their end of that deal and ordering enough during the remainder of the term to keep their exclusive distribution rights. If I had to guess, I'd say HCTI will be lucky to make a million on that four million dollar contract.
I literally was just thinking that too...what if one of the intended PR's before financials were to announce they have officially cleared the books of debt and are looking to be cash flow positive by the end of the quarter or something along those lines and how that would affect the share price?
They are also the guys who will lock the float up so it will climb steadily...you just have to hope they are investing long rather than flipping constantly.
True, BUT, they could use the license agreements as leverage to sell the company...right now HCTI has all the EXCLUSIVE rights to sell the products in North America.
So these guys *might* try to sell HCTI to a partner...which would allow them to retain their patents. At some point then the partner would want to buy out NTI for the patents. In doing so, it may net them a lot more money than simply selling NTI for the patents?
All total speculation though. The management is full of morons so nothing would surprise me.
According to the one of the court complaints posted earlier at least one of them was made aware of the patents and didn't seem to care...not sure about the other one though.
We need some more speculation on this board...so who do you think we see in this next bunch provided there are indeed more than two? lol
I think if Mark is looking to retire in the next few years, they'll go after potential buyout candidates...I think Symantec may be on the near-term list. I know a lot of folks say Google, Apple, etc...but I think they want to nibble on the field not try to swallow it whole. Trend Micro may be up there too if they have products utilizing the patents...huge names but not quite Google either. Thoughts?
Boom! Great post!
I wish I could get a decent estimate...I am curious how much more dilution has occurred since the last filing that showed the 1.7B OS. I'm guessing nearing 10B OS now but that's just a total shot in the dark.
I was playing with numbers the other night though...with the full AS of 25B outstanding and $20,000,000 market cap, we'd be looking at $.0008.
So while I only bought this as a lotto pick and I don't foresee myself retiring off this as I originally hoped when I bought in pre-RS, I do think the potential for a significant ROI is there. I got burned bad here going long, but I think I can make up those losses and maybe buy a new (used) car if I don't grow too attached this time around.
This is all contingent on whether they decide to RS again, however. If they do that, we're all screwed. But I don't see that happening for a while. **knocks on wood**
I think most of us here are those who either rode SFOR downhill or got in at the bottom of the hill...and I think we'll see a steady uphill climb from now on until they get bought out, whether it's 6 months from now or 6 years from now.
Didn't Microsoft try this too?
My thoughts are there are more lawsuits to be filed that may have been delayed a day or two and he wants to PR them all at once.
Settlement news would be amazing, however.
Keep your eye on the lawsuits...IMO, the value of their patents will be the biggest driver of their share price. The lawsuits will begin to put actual dollar amounts on the patents as they settle and damages are paid/licenses are agreed upon. Increasing revenues and becoming cash flow positive will just be icing on the cake.
Good to have you back, man!
I had sold 150k to put in a faster mover last week while this churned... intended to double or triple my money and put it all back in here before news hit. Faster mover lost steam, dropped a bit and started churning, and this took off. FML.
Sold it for a small loss and managed to get 100k of what I sold back at .0115. Live and learn I guess.
Yep, exactly. There are companies that can do patent appraisals and try to put a monetary value on the patents but from what I've read, they are very expensive and still open to interpretation due to the multitude of methods used to calculate values.
So in the end, it's basically worth whatever someone is willing to pay. lol
Patents like this are VERY difficult to place a value on due to the number of factors can affect it...because of that, this could be worth mere pennies per share up to DOLLARS per share. The more lawsuits they settle/win and the more license agreements they work out, the more likely the value ends up on the higher side of that range. Revenues and getting cash flow positive will be greatly beneficial to a higher sale price as well.
And the R/S price was $.20...most people were unable to trade shares at that time and someone bought at $.99 to make the price rocket. It dropped right back down once shares were readily tradeable again.
It did look nice though...my 10k shares worth $10,000 when I only had about $3k invested. lol
I grabbed 2 million to play with... just call me a glutton for punishment...
Where did you get an updated OS? From my estimates, you're a few billion off...
That's my guess
Thanks, appreciate the summary...I'll do some more digging over the weekend and decide if I want to grab some .0002's on Monday.
Has anyone been in contact with Asif or someone handling IR recently or they still keeping quiet?
I agree 100%...I just held through one promising significant revenues last year and they'd paid off all their toxic notes so we were sure it was to uplist.
NOPE.
As soon as the R/S was completed, they fired up the printing press and after 6 months the OS was higher than the pre-RS OS. I think it's almost 4x higher now.
My initial $1200 investment there is currently worth $.35.
A reverse split is proportional...it reduces shares and increases share price. The potential gains remain unchanged.
And as mentioned, it's the kiss of death in the OTC. Well-intentioned or not, it doesn't go over well with investors.
It's been a while since I've checked this one out... can somebody fill me in on what's changed here?
Last I was here, they had decent revenues starting to come in and were working on an acquisition. Dilution was pummeling the SP and we were just waiting for it to end. Next thing I knew, the CEO was in jail for essentially stealing what was believed to be the acquisition.
Soooo...what's happened since then that makes this a good buy again? I've got a few bucks I may toss in on Monday.
Remember waaaaaay back when the disgruntled former employee posted saying they had no legitimate product, just an idea and no one employed there had any experience with bringing said idea to life? I know those of us posting here at the time found it hard to believe...but it sure looks to be true now...
I can't complain too much though. I lost a couple thousand bucks on it, but it was my first ever OTC play and I learned a few valuable lessons on it. I hate gaining experience by losing money, but it seems in the OTC, that's the best way to learn. Good luck to you all.
ahahahahaha....love it!
Nah, that's alright...it's apparent you're throwing out false claims of news.
Where did he state news on Wednesday? Would like to see proof of this statement...
