Well that was a fun couple of hours: Late Friday and this Mornings first hour. Added some 14's probably should have waited as the buying has all but dissapeared. Now we continue the wait for a catalyst.

Actually its not difficult. The books had to be of a certain quality prior to engaging an auditor. After the statistical data has been turned over it is a matter of putting data onto a computer spread sheet. All the company personnel would do from that point is to provide comparatively small amounts of data missing/or needing clarification when needed.

A small startup company like INCA would not have that much info to gather, even if it is for a two year timeframe.

Delays are usually from the company not providing info on a timely basis or not paying auditor on a timely basis.

They would have turned their books over to the auditor. If they did that then the show has nothing to do with the lack of news or filings. If they turned their books over they have no concerns about the filings except putting a signature on them.

There is still no reason for them not to issue pertinent pr's about material events that affect our company. And there are dozens of events that should have been made public. They have chosen not to, adhering to their same policy of nondisclosure over the last two years.

If/when filings are not completed my month end (and I doubt they will be) it will be interesting to see the reaction.

Hoping I am absolutely wrong. So blast away. The show has nothing to do with lack of info coming from our CEO.
