Actually its not difficult. The books had to be of a certain quality prior to engaging an auditor. After the statistical data has been turned over it is a matter of putting data onto a computer spread sheet. All the company personnel would do from that point is to provide comparatively small amounts of data missing/or needing clarification when needed.

A small startup company like INCA would not have that much info to gather, even if it is for a two year timeframe.

Delays are usually from the company not providing info on a timely basis or not paying auditor on a timely basis.
