Its not that I dont agree with your logic, I do.
However consider this.
DMC has been reviewing the data since Dec 10th. Thats 3 months. Does anyone really believe that the PEI could in that time receive the data, review it and decide to act on it while the DMC and FDA are still deliberating? The timeline is not convincing for this theory. If the PEI was so convinced than why arent their American counterparts? And if for some mystical reason the PEI is convinced, why wouldnt they just wait the remaining few weeks/couple of months for the FDA to announce early approval?
The whole scenario just doesnt make sense.
What makes sense is that PEI has not had access to PIII and that they are basing their decision on all the other data, which we as investors dont have in aggregate. Their decision likely has taken many long months to make. It boils down to zero safety issues and a strong 'suggestion' of some efficacy.
