Buffoon. I have one account. I don’t care about this crap enough to get 2 accounts - unlike you. He literally gave you the DA’s number in prior posts to call. You just ignore reality. It’s all “fake news” to you. How did those past pps predictions turn out for you the past 2 weeks- I can’t remember. Go away MrSmith/Guppy like you did before.
He’s asked you multiple times to call the DA’s office to verify if a grand jury has been convened. You’ve declined because you know ur FOS. You’ve predicted price declines the past 2 weeks that have been unequivocally wrong. Your prediction for this week will likely miss again. You’re a lowlife basher defaming Sharp behind a shield of anonymity. Go the same way ur alias MrSmith went would you.
Again - trying to sound like you know something. He said he was challenging you to call the district attorneys office to see if a grand jury has been convened. Not disclose any investigation. Stop trying to sound like you’re an attorney when you’re just a paid basher hiding behind an anonymous website so you can defame Sharp in the hopes of knocking down the pps. How has that been working for you the past few weeks?? How have your weekly pps predictions been turning out.
Listen clown. He isn’t talking about the prosecution divulging work product (and you know that). He’s taking about the prosecution acknowledging or denying whether a matter is being brought before a grand jury. Not for details of the investigation. Stop trying to act like you know anything. Just be our little Guppy.
Buffoonery as usual from the Guppy.
Guppy, Jr.
You promised .014 and .013 last week (and the weeks before that too!). What happened???? Ok. I’ll bookmark this latest prediction so I can keep your streak going of never getting a prediction right.
I’m glad the Guppy finally took its meds and went to sleep after that barrage of comedy last night. Its good to see that the Guppy is following the Brett Favre indictment closely as well - lol. The Guppy’s predictions about GVSI’s weekly pps changes have been soooooooo accurate why would we ever doubt the predictions about Sharp being indicted.
Reality check - the Guppy is either a comedy writer who spends her nights practicing on iHub, a paid basher, or a mentally ill person (in which case I do feel sorry for her). GVSI is a highly speculative play. It’s been a frustrating ride waiting for something to happen. It may happen or it may never happen. It’s high risk/high reward if you’re playing it long. However, people here need to put on their “big boy/girl” pants and stop whining. Sell if you’ve had enough or hold and see how it plays out.
So you’re standing on the premise that Sharp saying in an Affidavit that an acquisition of an asset is pending is evidence of a lie??? How do you know the acquisition of an asset was not pending then and/or isn’t still pending?? Just because it hasn’t occurred yet? That’s an awfully big jump you’re making there.
Where’s the Guppy/whale to celebrate another week of wrong predictions??!!
Tick Tock Guppy - Tick Tock! Per your post that I'm responding to, you've got 4 more hours to go to get to that subpenny prediction for this week. Oh well, I guess when you're wrong so often, being wrong again isn't that big of a deal.
Buffoon!! “Pending” Deals can be wrapped up in 4 weeks or 4 months depending on so many factors. You clearly have no business experience or you wouldn’t make such a juvenile statement. There will be no prosecution over the affidavit. I doubt the Nevada district attorney has even considered it. You’re a moron.
You didn’t waste my time. It was helpful in understanding where many here are coming from in terms of their anger towards GS. I don’t think it supports a civil fraud case, but I do get why so many here have hard feelings about how HMBL turned out.
You’re arguing a different point. This doesn’t show that Sharp made the original statement that there would not be a reverse split with the intent to deceive. It shows that later down the line, his position changed and he didn’t advise shareholders of the changed position until afterwards. Could that be a separate basis for the civil case - not sure. But it doesn’t show he made the initial statement with intent to deceive.
Give me the exact quote that you say shows he admitted that he purposefully withheld info from shareholders.
Being wrong isn't always a lie. Plaintiffs would have to prove that Sharp knowingly made that statement with the intent to deceive, as opposed to just not being the one who had control over the subsequent decision to make the reverse split. Plaintiffs have the burden to prove intent - Sharp doesn't have to disprove it. Very hard to prove. They'll likely have to make some showing of intent to get past the motion to dismiss.
Bruce and I disagree on many things, but it appears that he's completely correct on that statement. And, the likelihood is that the Plaintiffs will file an opposition to the Motion to Dismiss by the 1/29/24 deadline, which will then likely mean the court will schedule a hearing to hear arguments and then decide the motion. So, this matter won't likely be resolved any time soon.
Yesterday you said .014 (maybe .013) would happen during yesterday's trading and then .01 or below by the end of this week. Now you're saying .01 or below end of month. Are you sure you're not really MrSmith - he did the same thing in November and December. I'm thinking he's one of your aliases as well.
How do you spell the word Moron??? Oh yeah it’s spelled W-H-A-L-E.
Get your meds straight. You’ll feel better and move on to focusing on things you don’t sound so stupid about when discussing.
So you’re here to be a hero for justice - not to make money??? Good to know. I’m here to make money.
Given your rancor towards Sharp, I highly doubt it.
So then you were greedy and didn’t sell TSNP when you could have for HUGE profits like the rest of us??
Wait wait. You said .01 by the end of this week and I’m holding you to it.
Dude - now you're playing games with me and I'm done with you for today. Your point was that because he's never brought a revenue producing company to the OTC, it means you shouldn't expect him to bring one with any of the current shells. Essentially, you are arguing that his past history has created a "pattern" of only bringing in start ups (non revenue producing companies). My point was that ONE reverse merger cannot be construed as creating an expectation (or "pattern") that all of his RM's will be startups - as you seem to be arguing. That's it - respond 3000 more times if you want. I've said here many times that I don't view you as a basher, but rather as a disgruntled shareholder. I don't think you're here for the same reasons as Jayman, Brucebanner, Hi_Lo, The Whale, MrSmith, etc. But I do think you shouldn't invest in high risk stocks in the future.
Again - the fact that you consider one example to create a pattern is where we will never see eye to eye. It's ok that you disagree, maybe others here agree with you and not me - I don't know and don't really care all that much. I also find the fact that you worry about the day to day ups and downs here until we know definitively whether there either is or isn't a RM coming to be baffling. If you've been here for 3 years, why do you care if it drops from .017 to .015 on 2 million shares on any given day? Same goes for those people throwing a party on this board when it goes from .016 to .018 one day on 3 millions shares. It's just flippers churning the stock.
So again, is there any benefit in us going back and forth like a ping pong match?? I don't think it's a fair statement to say that because Sharp has delivered exactly ONE reverse merger to the OTC (and that one wasn't a revenue producing company), then there is now a pattern created showing that he is only able to bring non-revenue producing start ups in the future. If he had brought 4 prior ones and they were all start ups, I'd like agree with you strongly. However, given we've seen exactly one in the past, I don't accept that this created an expectation for his future RM's. It's okay if you disagree. You're allowed to and your position isn't ridiculous. I just happen to disagree with you.
Lost nothing. Read my last post prior to this one. Maybe you're not as intelligent as I had thought.
Again - not responsive. Your point was "when has Sharp ever brought a revenue producing company into the OTC" or some along those lines. My point was HE'S ONLY EVER BROUGHT ONE COMPANY INTO THE OTC - TSNP/HMBL. So your using that as a litmus test for any future RM is misleading and unfair. Sure, many things factored into TSNP's run. But the fact is, if you had TSNP, you'd be a really big supporter of Sharp wouldn't you??
Non-responsive to my post and your original point, but not worth continuing back and forth
So clearly you were one of the greedy ones who weren't satisfied with the enormous returns Sharp brought you on your TSNP investment and held onto HMBL to make even more money. It explains your personal vendetta against Sharp on this board (and probably some of the others here too).
My post was in response to your challenge (that you've posted many times) for others to name a revenue producing company that Sharp has ever brought into the OTC. My point was the he's only brought one company ever into the OTC - namely, HMBL. Does one RM mean that all future RM's are going to be exactly the same (i.e., does one event create a pattern)? NO. And I say for whatever reason TSNP/HMBL soared, Sharp's only RM to the OTC was a HUGE success for TSNP shareholders, who are the only ones Sharp owed a duty to.
Newsflash!! Once the RM was complete, Sharp can't control what HMBL management does.
My recollection is that when HMBL was beginning it's dive, they brought Sharp back in some sort of consulting capacity (probably to try to raise capital through Sharp's contacts). But the decline in HMBL was not due to Sharp nor was it in any way his responsibility. His responsibility was to TSNP shareholders to bring them a return on investment, which is exactly what he did in spades. Otherwise, there have been no other "zero revenue" companies he's brought in like you and others here try to insinuate. His responsibility was to TSNP shareholders. Once the RM was complete, it was HMBL's management who owed a duty to HMBL shareholders and to those TSNP shareholders who greedily held onto their shares instead of taking the huge profits George brought to them.
You and I have been down this road before, other than TSNP, what company has Sharp ever RM'd into the OTC?? So one example means they will all be that same way??!! Plus, I guaranty you that 99% of those who were in TSNP view Sharp as a god even though HMBL had no real revenues and ended up being a disaster when run into the ground by Foote (not Sharp).
You know I've posted that before. I believe you. But you come across as an intelligent person. You know when you invest in speculative shells like this one, the risk is huge, but the potential reward is also huge. Is it REALLY that unexpected that there might have been impediments along the way and smooth sailing wasn't anywhere close to a guaranty?? I mean I assume my money is likely lost when I invest in something like GVSI. It's pure gambling money. Now, you've been here close to 3 years and despite the setbacks, we look closer than ever to actually getting out of this with a profit (again, not guaranteed, but looking better). Stop all the complaining. And my suggestion would be don't invest in highly speculative stocks in the future if you don't have the stomach to take the losses. I don't mean that in a mean way - but you don't seem to have the stomach for this type of thing
Love it - you're gonna make the Guppy's head explode (and we'll finally see the pea brain that is inside the Guppy's head).
I've posted before, I think Starlost is actually a disgruntled and impatient shareholder, as opposed to a paid basher or a poster with a grudge against Sharp. Starlost thought he'd be out of this thing 2 years ago and is pissed he's still holding it. However, he's also afraid to sell it and then miss out on a run up.
The Guppy’s apprentice-buffoon. It’s beneath you Chiron.
You need your meds - please take them and take a long nap.
