Who owns these new patents? Whose name are they in? IVDN or Joe Riccelli?
Searay, this is very simple and not surprising at all for some of us shareholders that have been around for a decade or more. This is the history of this CEO (company).
People don't only invest in a product, they invest in the leadership of the company. After 20 years this company is still only Joe Riccelli. I have no faith in him at all. He has shown he can not sell this revolutionary innovative product. In fact his ego has killed deals.
The only way the stock price will go up is to FIRE our CEO. No big money that does his research will invest in our CEO.
Even idiots get lucky. Maybe lightning will strike and Joe will close a BIG deal.

Profitscout, How come the vast majority of press releases in 2022 turned into NOTHING? All these distributors sign up and NOTHING shows in the quarterly reports. Phoenix Nano, nothing. No Home Depot. No Lowes. No Arctic Armor. No Junior Trend. NO SALES!!!!! The only consistent customer we have is Lindus (thank you).

This stock is priced correctly based on all sound business principles. No sales and a very poor history. Nobody is investing in this amazing company even at 20 cents a share. All any of us are doing is gambling, leaving a small bet on the crap table and hoping the dice roll right. People here bragging, "Yippy, I just bought another 1000 shares" for a whopping $200 investment. This company needs millions of dollars to grow, nobody is giving that to IVDN with our CEO running things.
I am around the same age as Joe. I don't care about climate change or where this company is in 10 years. I want to see $2 a share this quarter so I can buy a new boat before I die. In 10-15 years, Joe and I will be dead.
Insultex is a great product with great potential. IVDN will never reach its potential with Joe Riccelli running things. Hey Joe, please retire and enjoy life your last couple of years.
I don't believe any of the press releases coming from Pittsburgh. Nobody does except the cheerleaders regurgitating the same BS over and over, year after year. Big new announcements, stock prices fall. Potential big money investors won't invest in our CEO no matter what he say or does.
All the press releases in 2022 have done nothing. None of them turn into sales. Take a look at post #4177. Wasn't 2023 going to be a record year for sales? What happened? The same things that have happened for nearly 2 decades. No expansion of our product line, no sales and lower stock prices.
That is all this "one man" company is, press releases and potential. Our CEO has maxed out his personal potential. He doesn't have the ability to take us to the next level. Why can't you see that.

Low float stock? Maybe 2 dozen people own 80% of the shares. I am shocked that they don't want to make any money, continuing down this rabbit hole with Joe as our leader. That is a BIG problem, we are a one old man company. No sales team, no marketing team, no manufacturing done, no new lines of products and a bunch of old inventory (r-3 insultex and Arctic Armor) that Joe can't sell.
What happens if Joe croaks? Does anyone else know where to order Insultex? Those are important questions considering our CEO's age and poor health.
If you want to see a higher stock price, we need to get rid of Joe. The day he leaves this company, stock prices will hit 75 cents to a dollar. I know investors that are waiting for him to leave before they will put in any money.
I have been a shareholder for over 10 years. I have an extra 50K laying around but I won't invest anymore with Joe. And that is all we are investing in, Joe Riccelli. With his track record as CEO, nobody is investing real money.

Now that it is getting cold out the Arctic Armor/Junior Trend clothing line will explode. NOT!! IVDN will finally have the testing machine ready to test. IVDN got the millions of dollars to finally (started 2015) install the machine and start manufacturing Insultex. NOT!!
The reality is 23 cents a share 2+ years after the trial.

Grand announcements are made out of Pittsburgh, the cheerleaders posting here gush over those press releases, and then the quarterlies come out and we see little sales and more loses. Stock price is stagnant. Been this way the last 2 years since the FTC trial. Been this way for over a decade.
Junior Trend, Phoenix Nanotech and all the new distributors produced little sales! No Home Depot, no Lowes, no Amazon, no Ebay! No sales team! Just more loses. No accountability.
Our CEO can not attract the needed investment to really grow this company. Nobody is investing in our CEO. Looking at the financials, Mr. Adams so called investment probably saved the company from bankruptcy. Was his stock purchase, 500,000 shares, newly issued stock diluting our shares. Nobody else bought any real amount of stock last quarter. Heck there is probably less than 250 people owning shares in this company with the vast majority of shares controlled by maybe 25 people. How else has our failure of a CEO held on to his job.
The economy is heading toward recession, mortgage rates are 8%, and home builders are going to slow down. These builders are going to have to pinch pennies to make a profit. How much is a roll of Insultex? How much is a roll of Tyvek?

Over 2 years ago IVDN won the court case. There were a rash of announcements from the company; Junior Trend, Construction Component Sales Inc, Hamshaws, Phoenix Nanotec contract with $2,000,000 yearly guarantee purchase, adding experts to the board (experts that add nothing to the company), and a successful, professional marketing company to show our CEO the way.
You can go back on this board and read all those announcements and the reactions from other posters on this board. It is very enlightening.
All these positive posts about the future. None of it came true. Why???? Because our CEO is incompetent. Why believe any announcements coming out of Pittsburgh?

They won't answer the serious business questions. What happened to the Junior Trend deal? What happened to the 2 million dollar Phoenix Nano deal? Why is the clothing line DEAD? It is easy to talk up a great product on a web forum but they won't discuss the truth about the incompetence of our CEO and how he has f'cked up one deal or decision after another.
Here is my message to Joe. Step down, let a pro with a track history of growing new products be the CEO, watch the investment dollars that you can not attract flow in, the advertising you can not afford to do being done, and then watch sales volume in the millions of dollars a quarter. Watch our stock price triple the day you announce you decided to just sit on the Board.
Joe, we are in the last years of our lives. I am retired enjoying life. You are probably under a lot of mental pressure and all stressed out. That is not healthy at our age. Don't have a heart attack or stroke out. Don't be a Biden, McConnell, Feinstein, hanging on until they are dead (mentally). We will have less then $500,000 in gross sales in a multi-billion dollar industry. The bulk was sold to 2 returning customers, Lindus and the mobile home builder. Very little new customers sales.

IVDN didn't prove anything about Insultex at the FTC trial. The FTC case was won on a technicality, Daubert.. The court affirmed nothing about the product Insultex. Our CEO curled up like a baby in the corner instead of continuing the clothing line and expanding the company products outside the USA. The trial was won 2 years ago and we are still not moving product.
Our CEO Joe needs to be fired. His ego constantly gets in the way of sound business decisions. He is incompetent and a IDIOT. He personally F'd up the Junior Trend deal. There is no 2 million dollars in sales from Phoenix. He has pissed off one time customers, that won't deal with him anymore.The Arctic Armor line has been dead for years, with nothing new this year. IVDN insider buying is currently fueling the company's increase in marketing efforts. Nothing is more positive than seeing management directly supporting company growth with their own personal money.

I learned about the company when a friend lent me his Arctic Armor jacket. Then I bought one myself. We looked up the company, learned about the revolutionary technology, and saw the 50 cent share price. It was a no-brainer to me. I bought a bunch of shares. My friend bought more than me.
The product is great, nothing changed there.
What has changed? The lack of performance of our CEO. He has had enough time to show results. He can't sell a product that has multiple uses. If you can't sell house wrap then sell clothing, camping equipment, RV insulation, electrical insulation, emergency blankets and tents for the homeless and whatever else you can think of that can use Insultex.
IVDN has worldwide rights. F the USA market and their government BS. There are billions of people that live outside the USA. They had a cold winter too.
Once the FTC case was settled, I thought IVDN would hit the road running like Usain Bolt. I was wrong. Share prices still in the 20's pennies.
We need a new CEO, one that can raise the capitol this company needs to grow and knows how to take a dollar in product and turn it into $5 in sales.

Reading all the press releases from Pittsburgh over the last couple of years that rarely are true. What I don't understand is the insane loyalty you guys have for Joe. 15+ years at the helm is enough history to show his incompetence.

NO SALES = NO STOCK VALUE.
Over a million new homes are being built in the USA. Insultex will be used in less than 1000 new homes, maybe less than 500 homes. Why aren't people happily spending more money for Insultex?
Here is an example. You want to drive from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia. You get to purchase a new car to make the drive. Insultex is the Ferrari and Tyvek is a Ford F150. People buy the F150 because it is affordable and it will do the job. Ferrari is a luxury that few can or will pay for. And both vehicles will do the trip in the same amount of time. A couple of folks will be able to open the change purse for the Ferrari. Most people are happy to make loan payment to drive a new pickup.
I personally think our CEO should concentrate on the clothing and other applications for Insultex. Ones that don't have to meet "government" codes or regulations. IVDN had a growing, successful clothing company. Our CEO let it fall into a coma.
Here is my suggestion for our CEO. We should be looking at products to sell to Uncle Sam; emergency tents, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, sleeping mats for the homeless and migrants. Clothing for the military, police and road workers. The local, State, and Feds are falling all over themselves trying to help the needy. They have billions of dollars to spend "Helping". As we all know our government always pay 2 to 3 times as much for a product than it is worth. They might as well purchase product using Insultex.
Insulation in RV's and cars, especially electric cars.
The building industry as a whole is too regulated. Regulations mean it costs more to build. This industry will only get more regulated. Builders need to cut costs, something that IVDN can not offer. As Mcfish posted, because of the cost, Insultex might be offered as an upgrade.
Insultex costs more? How much more? I have looked online for Insultex price. Can't find it. People are not going to spend the time and hunt for a price when the competing products are easily found, you know the cost, and can get immediate delivery.
When you have a product that doesn't sell in the market, it dies. Or you find a new market for the product. A good CEO would see this instead of continuing to down the road to nowhere.
There is another vehicle that will make the trip from Pitt to Philly. It is a little slower, 99% environmentally safe, and that vehicle is a donkey. IVDN is riding on the back of a donkey.
Nobody has watched those videos. After 1 year online, less than 1000 views combined. That is the super successful marketing by our CEO.

Right now, nobody is buying Insultex. Why?? Lack of advertising?? Cost is too high?? Better insulation product on the market?
It will be interesting to see if this builder will purchase Insultex or not.
Significant orders? Less than $100,000 in sales. No new customers, not one in the entire world.
