from the pre-14a, it was 9 months before trtc actually split - in that time, it moved from 0.255 day of first announcement to a high of 0.625 at end of year! You can re-assess in the fall if you must, but its also possible they don't even need to RS! They stated a planned uplist in Q3 - that makes it clear that is their goal here, not to 'attract' different investors like they officially worded it, strictly to get that 4-5 level and hold it for minimum days. They may be able to do that organically for all we know!
Also, trtc has a terrible business model and didn't split to uplist...big difference to what CVSI has to offer. Don't forget based on shares o/s, a 1:2 or 1:3 would be a perfect spot for them as structure goes (30-50 would be ideal new listing) - not like they are trying to erase a billion shares.
there are different naz markets - they already qualify global & capital market and said as much in last CC - just need share price to make that by the fall, could easily be 1:2 or 1:3 reverse away
CVSI with great earnings - this is the best otc MJ play on paper IMH - show me another with the same organic growth, positive cash flow, AND positive income
just compare to KSHB then ask the same question
sorry, hadn't been here for a while...yes, my sell at 20 held :)
no kidding, its a skull n crossbone so why would I actively be involved all this time. The news intrigued as it 'could' have been a big deal. Didn't have time to start DD until today, then I posted said DD - wouldn't you want to know if the hype of the biggest MJ project ever was actually a dead project?
Find me a more recent discussion than say May 2017 then to prove its still active...I couldn't find one.
believe what you want, but I went through every post from page 1 - they were excited local MJ enthusiasts....lots of hype...ground breaking time come, info died off, then trust issues mentioned, then the post they found bones and project dead. No media, no nothing since. What does logic tell you?
But like i said, believe what you want.
no, you miss this?
https://www.thcfarmer.com/community/threads/brightgreengroup.85561/page-10
It looked great to me as well until I found that forum...look at the hype from page 1 - the lead up into ground breaking...then it goes quiet, then the post the job is dead, they found bones. That will mean native artifacts, ancestor bones, that means project stops, that means they don't move them. In development, a midden becomes protected, end of story.
Ask yourself, why did the buzz stop after that, why no media, no nothing since about February around ground breaking.
Be great if its still going, but I think its dead. That said, maybe some other project could happen, but they have had their share of problems - BK, greenhouse fire & destruction, now this? Thats tough luck for the Stockwells.
Prove me wrong!
i see what is going on with that now (news to me you can just change in URL)...can u connect the dots thou - I don't see besides nvsos I guess where Genco changed to Oxford, how Dempsey is CEO and not Hardy, texas vs nevada, nothing on otc daily, nothing on last known filings.
You may be right sure, but I don't see the connection.
I found it more relevant that it looked like the greenhouse project was dead.
uh, what?
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=cSUCB%252bCmYRN1VZ5tjJ3pQQ%253d%253d&CorpName=Bullshit
also, note that project stopped dead as they unearthed a midden

seminar last night calling them the Home Depot of MJ...fact is, 15m in revenues likely this year, even with jump, currently 122m cap. Compare that ratio to all the other MJ's and its actually still pretty reasonable!
likely - sounds like it got plugged as the Home Depot of MJ
haven't listened to whole thing and don't even know if its just one of those bait sign up videos, but this is apparently the source
https://pages.exct.caseyresearch.com/page.aspx?QS=38dfbe491fab00eadaecd4d47b84cd94e97c400b5712be99093a31a735cc25cc&source=180108CddEd
it was....apparently this guy https://www.caseyresearch.com/the-2018-cannabis-boom/ had a seminar last night and called GRWG the Home Depot of MJ and called KSHB the Amazon of MJ...I gather anyway..
Assuming that was the trigger, it's called no supply and a bunch of sheep putting in market orders to get a piece of the next big thing. Worked for me!
lol, no idea but they gave me a $20 exit at the open...hope they don't reverse or at least 'if they did', they give me open price which shows at $10. L2 stacked up through it so no idea - should hold up.
do you have a link to that discussion? I didn't see it in moneyTV (at least the vids I watched)
Hmm, k, ill look back and see what buddy was with etrade and couldn't trade it. Get him to try again. I know buddy with ameritrade just had the call in error thou so that's still blocked for sure.
fwiw as a buddy tried to buy a large position today and got shut down from online trading, it seems Ameritrade is also on the call-in only list. To my knowledge that makes at least Ameritrade, Etrade, Fidelity as brokers that aren't allowing trades without call-in. That is not helping liquidity one bit as thats a large chunk of otc/pink traders and I know I never bother with a stock that would require call-in so takes so many out of the game. For a fully reporting company, that is BS. It would help to complain directly to these brokers and put the pressure on as there is no telling how long it may take. Considering the dark/CE/BS share print only crap they let trade freely, its a serious injustice.
Customer pressure may speed things up fixing that!
another thing I always assumed...those backfills below the bids during the day - that is also conversions hitting - it isn't just above the T trades. That said, I don't know 100%, but I have always assumed
well thats what I wonder but no one else on intraweb mentions that - it says 'amendment', and conversion 30% - they had notes with Crown Bridge last year for 44% so it seems to me this is actually a renegotiation for better terms! That said, I know the notes are pretty convoluted here so I really am not certain.
is that Jan 5 one 'assumed'? Why do one of them mention 180 days and that one not? You sure it wouldn't convert June 28?
Also, since you seem to know the note deals well, the ones just filed, it seems to read as just an amendment to an old one - renegotiated at better terms. Am I missing something?
Thats not the float, thats the o/s - float is around 2 million - pinksheets is wrong

well i'm retail and i bought 200k more of those...but capitulation would be nice at this point!
Reply from Don (I stand corrected and see 50m is their max allowed)
Please refer to our quarterly reports on otcmarkets. Yes John and I have 86 percent of the company. We are entitled to sell roughly 50 million shares each 90 days per sec regulations. We just took possession of our shares for the last 16 months work for no salary and we have not sold a single share. When we do we must deposit them and put in a blind trust controlled by the broker to avoid any insider information trading. We will not sell our shares for 3 cents when we know we will get 15 cents later. Meanwhile like any other entrepreneurs we live from savings.
claim from management is they haven't sold a single share - they are allowed to sell up to 90m shares every 3 months now that they are unrestricted but 'claim' to have no interest in selling at these levels. Also said there are no note conversions going on so any selling pressure would be external shareholders.
Also, fwiw, you should be able to call in and get online transaction rates if you can't buy online. I always have.

hard to explain - I have to figure there is continued dilution going on which would be lame on managements part (you could sell far fewer shares at higher prices if you let it be and ride the hurricane momo you could have had)....they look to be getting business and could be seeing return to last years revenues but dump shares off now?? Trading at 1x revenue is cheap on paper but that often doesn't seem to matter in penny world.
$OCLN probably the best legit hurricane play on the otc/pink but I guess the price point isn't sexy enough for the penny players? I figured with it being bottom of chart, that would be a draw, but seems they need to be in sub pennies or something! Shame. Traders need to realize they have real revenues as well.
sorry, late reply - lots of larger cap plays that aren't exciting, but GV is my big holding and its kicking butt (electrical repair with HQ in Florida), with otc/pink, very few you could call half arse legit - OCLN is the most legit and they may be useful in Irma just as much as Harvey
https://dmlnews.com/florida-sewage-everywhere-result-irma-dangerous/
but otherwise, CHIT and VICT are in bed together and seem to be active into this, and thats what you look for. Most others are dead/defunct/no news.
OCLN one of the rare real/current performing hurricane stocks left on the otc/pink - had 5mil in revenues last year - the real deal right now in Houston and will likely be a major issue for florida as well

its just started - Katrina went on for months...Harvey repairs will be years...guarantee there will be a sea of scams surfacing, for now, only a few you can play on otc/pink
OCLN the ONLY current hurricane play out there on otc/pink with office in perfect location in Dallas - last year reported 5 million in sales

VICT of all the possible hurricane plays on otc/pink, this is the most legit - most have closed shop or don't exist. These guys haven't filed of recent, but obviously in business and small float

no, where GV worked was in Florida, it crossed the state as category 1. GV never worked in Louisiana where final landfall was. There is a 5000 sq mile chunk of land that will look like this thanks to Harvey https://s.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/se5UPft1uBle3nJVgaBEAQ--/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjtzbT0xO3c9NjA4O2g9MzQyO2lsPXBsYW5l/http://a.abcnews.com/images/US/hurricane-1-gty-er-170826_16x9_608.jpg
yes, the flooding is a huge deal and not a GV issue, but the power grid is a big deal as well...just like how the damage of Hurricane Katrina in Florida was overshadowed by the damage in New Orleans and Slidell etc
GV has plenty of potential - they are 2 hours from a huge triangle between Corpus Christi, Victoria, Port Lavaca that will have 1000s and 1000's of poles down. I bet they will be busy for months if not years. Have to remember, Katrina was only a cat 1 where they worked and they were repairing for over a year.
