I agree. ROFLMFAO.
Yep and I would even anticipate a PR or something stating who they are selling their oil to. For the LOI's being fulfilled they will no longer be considered LOI's but DONE DEALS. Go GCGX.
Oh yes indeed.
Yep and since the amber gold is being produced in California I think it is only appropriate that I say, "EUREKA". LMFAO. Go GCGX.
Thanks for the post. That is awesome news. Go GCGX.
Totally agree.
Wow, very interesting. I think most wise people are beginning to realize that with the very recent news concerning any and every licensed MJ business in California along with the fact that GCGX is one of the very few licensed(even though we already know they don't hold any of the MJ licenses in their name because of the Chinese firewall)in Sacramento business is about to surge if it hasn't already. But yes, we definitely need that one awesome PR to see the share price really skyrocket. Go GCGX.
You're welcome and thanks also. I at least know that when I read your posts or Mickey4s I can always look forward to reading something positive and informative. Go GCGX.

Exactly Mickey4. Nice post. Go GCGX.
Under a clarification document Gov. Gavin
Newsom issued late Friday, all licensed marijuana businesses in California can continue with business as usual during an effective statewide lockdown implemented in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
The decision to categorize cannabis companies as “essential” in effect provides an economic lifeline to the marijuana industry by allowing MJ businesses to keep their doors open.
Before Newsom’s declaration, cannabis business executives were unsure where they could operate legally in the state after the governor issued a stay-at-home order to California residents on Thursday.
The California governor’s clarification could spur other states to follow suit. In a related move, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker took the lead when including cannabis companies in that state’s list of “essential” businesses when he issued a stay-at-home order on Friday.
In the new clarification document, Newsom’s administration identified businesses and industries categorized as “essential” and allowed them to keep operating during the state’s effective lockdown.
Cannabis retailers are on that list, alongside hospitals and “other medical facilities.”
The entire cannabis supply chain – including all state-licensed MJ businesses such as farmers, distributors, manufacturers and testing labs – also are considered “essential” under the state policy, according to Nicole Elliott, senior adviser on cannabis in Newsom’s Office of Business and Economic Development.
Elliott noted there’s no differentiation between “medical” and “recreational” cannabis companies, which means every licensed marijuana business that chooses to continue operations during the lockdown can stay open.
In a separate news release, the state Bureau of Cannabis Control said: “Because cannabis is an essential medicine for many residents, licensees may continue to operate at this time so long as their operations comply with local rules and regulations.”
The BCC also highlighted, however, that all businesses will need to adhere to the Center for Disease Control’s interim guidance on how to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
“Any licensee that continues to operate must adopt social distancing and anti-congregating measures” as well as following all CDC guidance “at all times,” the BCC release stated.
That guidance includes:
Encouraging sick employees to stay home.
Instructing employees to wash their hands regularly.
Performing regular workplace cleaning.
The clarification brings to an end a whirlwind week that involved confusing and sometimes conflicting orders from California government officials as the coronavirus outbreak worsened.
The “essential” categorization in California led to immediate celebrations on social media Friday night from industry insiders who had worried their companies might have to temporarily shut down by law – which “nonessential” businesses like bars have had to do.
“We can all take a breath of relief tonight. Cannabis retail is officially listed as essential workforce!” one marijuana industry stakeholder commented on Facebook.
Thanks KngmAz. And here is some more great news for those that didn't know. And who knows, GCGX may already be producing and selling the oil. I do know they have one last inspection scheduled for this week. I know the electrical and mechanical inspections have passed. I'm just not sure if the inspection scheduled for this week is necessary before they can start producing oil or not. I'm sure we'll find out this week though. Go GCGX.
I totally agree. It's always good to see that there is always at least a small remnant of people that still believe in GCGX as I do. I sleep easy at night knowing my money is well invested in a real company. The smart people know and understand the primary reason for the delays and that Matthew Dwyer never had any control over it. But I'm not going to waste my time trying to explain it because it's just going to fall on deaf ears. All I can say is good days are ahead. Go GCGX.
Exactly. Nice post.
Good news. That doesn't apply to essential businesses or services. And in the state of California the selling of any cannabis products is included in that list.
Totally agree.
Thanks KngmAz, Lighter and Rufny. We're almost there. Go GCGX.
Well here is the very latest news as far as inspections are concerned. As stated below, the electrical was approved on 03/16/2020. The mechanical was approved on 03/17/2020. The only thing left to check or make any corrections to is the kitchen hood system and that appointment was scheduled for today. From what I hear, this is to make sure the kitchen hood system has a stainless steel hood and ducting as required per plan. And an air balance report is needed for CFM of hood under alarm conditions. If that inspection passed today then we are off to the races. Go GCGX.

Yep. The writing is on the wall. Go GCGX.
I agree. I'm not sure why some are still unable to see this.
Nice post. Connecting the dots and reading between the lines with this is very easy. GCGX would not have made that agreement with TGGI unless they were 100% sure they had the revenue coming in first. Revenue from what? The selling of Indulge Oils. Expect a PR any day now. Go GCGX.
Well I for one don't live in the past or on what could've,should've or would've happened. No, I didn't hear any lightbulb click on but come next week I'm sure I'll be hearing the sound of the oil extraction machines clicking on. Go GCGX.
Exactly. I would even dare say that the revenues will most likely begin pouring in beginning sometime next week. Go GCGX.
I enjoy responding to people that already know the answer to their own question. No you can't change facts. So why continue posting falsehoods. But it doesn't really matter anyway because next week will be epic. Go GCGX.
LMFAO. More complaints doesn't mean you can change facts.
Remember, don't just read the tweet. Read the replies also. Sometimes they give you more insight as to how or what Matthew Dwyer thinks or knows.
There is a Twitter update. Please read. Patience is key here. Everything will workout as stated. Go GCGX.
New tweet out with pics. Awesome.
Go GCGX.
I totally agree. Especially considering the fact that the bath water is about to be replaced with pure extracted oil. Go GCGX.
Actually that's good news.
USDA drops DEA testing requirement, while FDA acknowledges demand for CBD

Federal agriculture officials are dropping the requirement that all THC testing on hemp crops must be performed at laboratories registered with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), according to industry sources.
And food and drug regulators say it’s a “fool’s errand” to get people to stop taking over-the-counter CBD.
Greg Ibach, undersecretary for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) told members of the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) meeting in Arlington, Virginia, that USDA and DEA have reached an agreement to remove the requirement for hemp farmers to have their crops tested in DEA-registered laboratories. The DEA requirement was included in the interim final rule for domestic hemp production, released Oct. 31.
“This about-face by USDA means that farmers can continue to use their trusted local and regional analytical testing labs to ensure compliance with USDA rules,” Josh Schneider, CEO of San Diego-based young plant producer Cultivaris Hemp, told Hemp Industry Daily.
“Getting rid of this ridiculous DEA testing requirement is a step in the right direction by the USDA,” said Schneider. “Hopefully this means that USDA has come to their senses and will be making better and smarter rules going forward.”
Widespread opposition
The USDA received more than 4,700 comments about its hemp rules, Ibach told NASDA members.
Many of them took issue with the DEA testing requirement.
There are 47 laboratories currently registered with the DEA and many states do not have a registered laboratory, which would require state, tribal and federal law enforcement agents responsible for testing hemp crops to send samples from out of state within a tight, 15-day testing window.
William Richmond, director of the USDA’s Domestic Hemp Production program, told farmers at the Industrial Hemp Summit in Virginia on Monday that testing and sampling requirements were among the aspects the agency could change.
Other parts of the rule, such as the 0.3% total THC limit and the requirement for information sharing, can be changed only by Congress, Richmond said.
Earlier this month, USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), the agency heading up the Domestic Hemp Production program, said federal hemp production rules likely will not change before the final rule was developed by Oct. 31, 2021.
Richmond reiterated on Monday that the USDA will open a public comment period in the fall, to gather industry input on the 2020 production season.
FDA signals a change
Also this week, Dr. Stephen Hahn, the newly appointed commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), acknowledged that American consumers want CBD.
He said Wednesday that the agency is working to move forward with regulations.
“We’re not going to be able to say you can’t use these products. It’s a fool’s errand to even approach that,” Hahn said at the NASDA meeting.
“We have to be open to the fact that there might be some value to these products and certainly Americans think that’s the case. But we want to get them information to make the right decisions.”
The FDA developed a working group following a public meeting and comment period to gather industry input about CBD, but the agency said in November that it had not yet seen enough scientific studies or data to allow it to recognize CBD or products containing it as safe or GRAS.
FDA has not provided a timeline for when it will release guidance on CBD regulation.
Yep. It's so unfortunate that many on this board cannot see the forest through the weeds(pun intended). LMAO
They are planning on establishing a hemp farm in the state of Florida. Not WEED. And yes, it IS legal to transport hemp across state lines.
Exactly.
Oh, I understand but the difference is Matthew Dwyer has been transparent to the fact they are separate entities. At least for now. That is the Chinese firewall that is in place because GCGX can't deal with any part of the operation that requires, "touching the plant." Ok well truthfully, they could but then that would totally disqualify them from ever having any chance of getting on the NASDAQ and they aren't going to take that chance. That is their primary goal. But the funny thing is most people on this board already know this.
Well on its face nothing. But look at the dates(between Aug 2015 and Dec 2017). Some people on this board claim GCGX is a scam, a shell or whatever. And Matthew Dwyer is the supposed conman that for whatever reason seems to be so elusive that not even the SEC can touch him. The only reason I even mentioned the dates above is because some have claimed that Matthew Dwyer has been conning shareholders way before then. I mean they have so much supposed background info on him that would make any trial lawyer proud. But here is the fact. The years have passed and nothing. If the SEC was ever looking into Matthew Dwyer(as some have proclaimed)then don't you think they would have found something by now if he was a conman. Of course they would have. So shareholders in GCGX can at the very least take solace in the fact that Matthew Dwyer is still the CEO of GCGX and the company is going places despite all of the setbacks.
This is from the company's website, GCGX.ORG
This is the reason Tom Rolands name is associated with the blue prints and with any other documents having to do with the "Cannabis Mall." Indulge Oils is his baby and for many of you that think he's going to run it into the ground or is running some type of scam is ridiculous. You are just kidding yourselves because this is as real as it gets. Another problem is many of you are so fixated on Matt Dwyers past failures. Who gives a damn. It happens in business all the time. But this isn't going anywhere. If you cannot see this is a winner then I don't know what else to tell you. So before anyone asks me if I've seen the share price lately, the answer is yes. What a great opportunity to average down again before this begins to take off. This is the year we've all been waiting for so hold onto your shares and enjoy the ride.

Excellent post Mickey4. I haven't posted anything in awhile. Not because I couldn't but because I am no longer going to try and convince people that GCGX is a very legitimate company. But it most definitely is. It is that diamond in the rough as you have stated and that diamond is about to get much shinier. Especially this year. I'm sure even people that speak negatively of this company know this but they will never admit it. So what have I been doing in the meantime. Accumulating, accumulating and accumulating. That is the best advice I can give anyone on this board. Go GCGX.
There's another Twitter update with video. GO GCGX.
Nice post. Best advice I've heard all day.
POLITICSMitch McConnell Meets Marijuana Executives And Tours Cannabis Facility In Hushed California VisitPublished 7 hours ago on October 10, 2019By Kyle Jaeger
SHARETWEET
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is meeting with marijuana industry executives in Southern California this week and is scheduled to tour a cannabis facility there—a development indicating that the senator is increasingly willing to engage with stakeholders of hemp’s “illicit cousin,” as he describes it.
As first reported by MarketWatch, McConnell was scheduled to discuss cannabis banking issues on Wednesday and Thursday, just weeks after the House of Representatives passed a bill to protect financial institutions that service state-legal marijuana businesses from being penalized by federal regulators. Industry participants have been working to convince the senator to allow a vote on the legislation in his chamber.
Sources familiar with McConnell’s California cannabis activities vaguely discussed the plans with Marijuana Moment, but did not provide a list of invited meeting attendees or the name of the facility he is touring.
The majority leader has been a strong champion of hemp, shepherding a provision of the 2018 Farm Bill that legalized the crop and its derivatives to passage. But he’s been a staunch critic of broader marijuana reform, and so the meetings with industry executives comes as something of a surprise.
