Well on its face nothing. But look at the dates(between Aug 2015 and Dec 2017). Some people on this board claim GCGX is a scam, a shell or whatever. And Matthew Dwyer is the supposed conman that for whatever reason seems to be so elusive that not even the SEC can touch him. The only reason I even mentioned the dates above is because some have claimed that Matthew Dwyer has been conning shareholders way before then. I mean they have so much supposed background info on him that would make any trial lawyer proud. But here is the fact. The years have passed and nothing. If the SEC was ever looking into Matthew Dwyer(as some have proclaimed)then don't you think they would have found something by now if he was a conman. Of course they would have. So shareholders in GCGX can at the very least take solace in the fact that Matthew Dwyer is still the CEO of GCGX and the company is going places despite all of the setbacks.
