Well here is the very latest news as far as inspections are concerned. As stated below, the electrical was approved on 03/16/2020. The mechanical was approved on 03/17/2020. The only thing left to check or make any corrections to is the kitchen hood system and that appointment was scheduled for today. From what I hear, this is to make sure the kitchen hood system has a stainless steel hood and ducting as required per plan. And an air balance report is needed for CFM of hood under alarm conditions. If that inspection passed today then we are off to the races. Go GCGX.
