Well we have to consider this is an unusual situation so unusual things may happen we never expect. There is always a way around every situation so I know theres a loophole somewhere.
All we can do is hope for some savy lawyer to try to find a way.
If this don't end up bankrupt or on the grays to the pinks we go!
Anybody can update a web site. JUNK.
If you read it it is some AB from miami.
Congrads, to all the people here who held. I hope this pans out big for ya.
Did anybody send that ass clown Jaffee a little note telling him how wrong he is?
ACLH will be vindicated it looks like just like the other accused.
ACLH should be next to see a contract. ACLH
Well its looks like the worm is turning
oops sorry pushed the wrong button
wow ge down to 15 again good time to buy and flip it at 18 in a week or so.
holding strong considering the dump the markets taking
with such a tight float this will move on small vol. If all goes well we should see some movement soon.
Maybe, but I doubt it.
not if you keep eating algae.
no need, theres 10 times more gas than oil which would give us 200 yrs to figure out the algae part.
right on bro
lol i don't know I never ate it.
But the point is there are alternatives.
And I think with people not forgetting this mess in the gulf for a long time, it will shed more light on what we need more focus on regardless of the price of oil. Biofuels, CNG, algae or whatever.
I have been reading lately that the altfuels sector is getting a boost of investment lately due to the blowback from the gulf mess.
With the lock down for now and the additional regs about to hit on the off shore drilling this is bringing more interest, investment and opportunity to this sector.
I still think ooag should develop the good oil wells they have but with the cash they have should diversify their investments so no one industry failure brings down the whole company.
IMO I think GAS is going to be the energy play in the near future.
You get the same results but with less mess - no refining needed - just as safe to transport, a partial distribution infrastructure is already in place, now if somebody would design cars to use it. CNG the way to go.
Yes, but isn't domestic drilling only equal to 2% of total oil resources?
your right things are so obvious its not even funny
Ok, I need some understanding toward your problem with this company.
You got here Feb 2010 so it obovious you have a long history and much knowledge of the situation.
Now OMDA sues Lanza and co-conspirators for operating a corporate ponzi scheme. as per their Fifth amended petition (under Summary)
Goes on with it for years
WINS the case over on the schemers.
And then wants to implement one of its own?
huh?
Reason was they were jealous they didn't think of it first?
Explain this to me because it doesn't make much sense.
Which wells are broken down? Do you live in Louisiana did u see them? What was broke on them? Can we fix them?
Well deserved my friend, well deserved for your patience.
excellent - been here since 2007 lol
Hey Daddy good to see you in on this one.
Best of luck.
Person mark for you .
I think that is a look into the future.
I think that CNG is going to take over as the fuel of choice in the future. Its cleaner, more abundant, radical infrastructure changes not really needed, we can convert to CNG quickly in power plants, No toxic ash, ( our local energy company sells its ash to road work and now they are finding that the ash is contaminating water supplies where the road work was done.)
No spill liability etc etc.
GAS is going to be the short term future of energy.
wow what a turnaround stock this will be as we move forward.
I agree, what about BP???? they didn't lie?? Holy oil slick Batman maybe we should be making complaints on suspending BP then if they refuse put it in a news release comparing ACLH with BP and the two situations and let the public decide.
Fight BS with BS.
NP just puttin it out there
I know what your saying. Well if they are suspended they don't have to be out of business.
So what are their options to get out of the cxxx block on their shares?
Gray sheets
kiss the SEC's ass and get all the filings in ASAP
become a private corp and get off the pink BS altogether ( and transfer our shares over)
RM with a company? does the suspension effect that option any?
hire a heavy duty law firm and get this back on the pinks...
any other options they might have??
lol wait a minute is that BS or is that for real? lol
and who is JCramer?
link please,
funny, but we don't need this if its BS.
then call the auditing firm and ask them if the work is in progress. That way we can have an independent view of whats happening.
TIA
SO all this litigation was just a ploy? to do what?
Think about this, with the lock down on the gulf drilling as someone said any land wells are now worth more today than yesterday.
I think we are set up for a positive future.
So what are you saying that they are ghost employees?
Up 30% on 3mil shrs - NICE
Im trying to figure out what more these peeps want,
suit ending? - no

Hey I was here during the R/S as well . pissed me off, yea , but now is the time to regroup and go forward. make your money back and then some.
I hope you are able to recover and wish you the best.
oh I bet unlike what they want you to see on the news, there is utter chaos in the ranks.
Somebody is going to be the sacrificial lamb in the end to take the blunt of the heat.
Remember there is politics behind all this crap, business politics, gov politics, people politics. It almost away's sways the decisions being made. That's why decisions don't make sense at times.
It's somebody trying to fluff their feathers instead of looking at what needs to get done.
