Ok, I need some understanding toward your problem with this company.

You got here Feb 2010 so it obovious you have a long history and much knowledge of the situation.

Now OMDA sues Lanza and co-conspirators for operating a corporate ponzi scheme. as per their Fifth amended petition (under Summary)

Goes on with it for years

WINS the case over on the schemers.

And then wants to implement one of its own?

huh?

Reason was they were jealous they didn't think of it first?

Explain this to me because it doesn't make much sense.
