$BRKK$ If it was dilution then could you please explain why the MM would need to "naked" short millions upon millions of shares. If it was true dilution the MM's would have the shares and you wouldn't see the vast number of naked shorting. Think what you'd like though!
Remember the naked shorts??? $BRKK$
I posted numerous times about this. Since the company hasn't been diluting the MM's have had to short shares they didn't have to sustain the run up. This happens when we spike in volume and they MUST drive the price down to get people to sell them their shares or they risk "failure to deliver". It's all there in my previous posts with links to the OTC Short Report.
I'm right there with you! I've been holding this for months as well. I really wasn't going to chime in but I'd had enough of the negative opinions without any basis of facts or factual information.
I've had many opportunities to sell for a super nice profit but I'm under the strong impression we haven't even begun to scratch the surface of what's possible with this company.
ElCappy and others have done most of the work! I have followed up on these things and as it turns out, they were right on the money.
I can't take sole credit for anything other than my own opinions and the way I put the information together. The truth is that we have a bunch of great investigators here speaking truths about what they have been told, uncovered, and/or discovered.
I look forward to seeing some great things in the future, despite the many hurdles that lie in our path.
Good luck to all and GOD BLESS!
A Non-Final Office Action always contains a rejection of or objection to some part of the patent application. The vast majority of patent applications are rejected, in whole or in part, in the first Non-Final Office Action mailed by the examiner to the applicant. For better or worse, this is a normal part of the process and does not necessarily indicate that the patent application will not be granted as a patent. Often, rejections in an Office Action reflect a misunderstanding by the examiner of the invention claimed in the patent application or a misunderstanding of the relationship between the invention and the prior art.
The real truth behind $BRKK$
My mistake was thinking the suit was a settlement not default. That money will never be collected
Not kidding at all... See for yourself! $BRKK$
OTC Short Report... Again LOL!
If the company can't tell me they aren't diluting then how can they tell you that they are? Can you prove it's the company diluting "shears" I mean, "SHARES" ... You can NOT prove it but I can prove that it's NOT dilution, and I have!
Naked Shorts by the Market Maker are 100% verified on the OTC Short Report and the FINRA REG/SHO report!
I will follow the facts that can be verified with actual information but I appreciate your genuine concern for my well being, LOL!
If you have any understanding at all in regards to Market Makers Naked Short Selling you would understand that it's not dilution.
If the company was diluting shares they would go to the Market Maker to sell into the open market. If the Market Maker was getting millions of so called "diluted shares" from the company (BRKK) then the Market Maker would have no need to be short on shares that they (the MM) do NOT own.
Again, it's all in the OTC Short Report!!!!
The definition of Naked Short Sales is simply understood if you choose to look at the facts.
The story is all in the FINRA REG/SHO and Short Report
I've posted the OTC Short Report but here's a great follow up to clarify what is going on by the MM. They are V E R Y short on Naked shares. This is very apparent in the high percentages of shares short compared to regular volume. Again, it's all in the Short Report. The good news is we aren't seeing mass dilution from the company!!!!
How to Detect Naked Short Trades
We're still GREEN folks... Don't forget that! $BRKK$
The MM's are short a H U G E number of shares. Check the NAKED SHORTS
OTC Short Report
The real deal... $BRKK$
Here's the deal! The fact of the matter is that this company has been long standing reporting with the SEC. The company stopped reporting when all of the nonsense happened with the litigation and now we have seen that a judgement was awarded in favor of the company. We have also seen the retirement of a ton of shares that were set aside to deal with some of the companies previous debt. Daniel has some serious skills to have negotiated all of this! The FACTS are that this company has a great reporting history and it will again!
All Previous SEC Filings
We are all glad you have decided to stop on by and deliver a bunch of nonsense. There are plenty here, including myself who have been in this play for a lot longer than you might think. I'm still way green and I haven't even thought of selling yet. Even when we were in the mid .02's.
If you stick around and stop spreading garbage you might be asked to sit at the big boy table!
The bottom line... $BRKK$
There is a story that has been verified every step of the way. Daniel has done exactly what he said he was going to do. The fact of the matter is that there have been lots of shorts going on the whole way up, mostly MM shorts per usual when the volume spikes like we all have seen with $BRKK$
OTC Short Report
You know who you are!
Would you like to explain to all exactly why you're here then?
That explains a lot - $GOHE$
Post# 4118
As it is so worthless now, my loss would be a huge %, I'd have to put in more to get out green and have been hesitant to give these scammers any more money to burn. But at the .001 threshold I'd grab enough to get me close to even so that I'd be in reach of a TINY gain, which is all I hope to get from this one at this point, tiny gain.
We shall see - $GOHE$
Good luck with those .001 nopes, I mean hopes! What cracks me up the most is the idea that anyone knows with such certainty that a stock is destined for tremendous failure. Funnier still, what sort of performance and gains would one exect after a so-called "death spiral" into the trips. Hmmm, I question the logic???
Retracements are normal - $GOHE$
Retracements, resistance, and support levels are a real thing and many use them to help establish an understanding between price swings. If the company was reporting hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and went up to $5.00, then to $10.00, what would happen next? I thought stocks were just supposed to go up after I buy them! LOL
GOHE Barchart
I'm actually surprised it took this long for us to get a pullback $GOHE$
We go from .005 to .01 and sustained a trading channel in the .009s for over a week. The key is in the close and we haven't closed under .009 during this sustained consolidation period. There's obvious interest at play here! $GOHE$
They're coming out in full force now! $GOHE$
Working through this audit has been a meticulous and time-consuming process for all of those who have been involved with it, but we recognize that filing and successfully completing the Form 10 will help to reaffirm our goal of complete transparency
In fact, the anticipated timing of the filing of our Form 10 could not, in my opinion, be any more perfect as it coincides with the poised position of the MTrac payment platform for mass market adoption in the new year ahead
We are all entitled to our opinions according to iHub, so here's mine!
The way I see it, of all the companies on the Pink Sheets $GOHE$ stood out enough for me to be here. This conclusion was made long before I read a single post on iHub. Actual investors don't buy stock in $GOHE$ or any company because of someone on a message board. That's not trading, it's hoping! My analysis of this company has been ongoing for quite some time and my decision to buy a small test position came from my own research, technical analysis, and DD! My decision to sell, if made, will also be made by me. There will always be hopefuls and those that get burned. I have experienced both sides to this and I have come to one conclusion! $GOHE$ has a tremendous amount of potential! I feel that $GOHE$ has a way to go, and yes, there are pullbacks and resistance in any company. It's usually more pronounced in newly formed companies with "growth" strategies. The key is to do your own research and go with what you can confirm, not ANYONE else's opinions, including mine! An investment involves more than just money. It involves calculating risk, analyzing technical indicators and fundamentals, time, patience, and a clear strategy to be successful. You will not find the true understanding of these things from opinions!
Keep 'em coming! $GOHE$
I'm hearing a lot of the same thing around here. So, since we're repeating ourselves...
Did you miss this
Shake that money tree $GOHE$

You are welcome! I find it calming to continually search for new information. I'm not here to convince anyone of anything with my own stated opinions, I prefer just sharing the information I have found and where I found it at. After all, "big deal" traders aren't here to read the boards and sift through opinions or facts, they play the indicator, momentum, and technical game. So this, for me, is just a brain squeeze to keep me from getting lazy with my "super tiny" investment. In other words, it forces me to learn something I didn't know the day before.
Learn it or you'll burn it!

Do you really want "proof" $GOHE$
Do you eat pudding? It's in there somewhere...
Dang it... no proof in here either. No links to anything or information to support any statements? Does anyone ever wonder why they say "the proof is in the pudding"? I've been looking everywhere in this mofo and I haven't found anything.

Noble Schidt
Batter up! Where to begin $GOHE$
Absolutely Wrong:
Considering that the otc pinks DO NOT TRADE AFTER MARKET OR PREMARKET, those t-trades that show up between daily trading hours CAN ONLY BE DILUTION, which is a regular source of operating funds for those companies who do not have significant sources of revenue.
Trading in OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities may take place Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The majority of quoting and trading occurs between the open market hours of 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Eastern); however, market participants are free to quote and trade at any time as long as they comply with current regulations (e.g., FINRA Best Execution).
Interesting perspective but lacking proof of the truth $GOHE$
millions of shares traded everyday "off market" (coming directly from the company into the hands of the MM's, to flood the market with cheap shares that can be sold for minimal gains, driving the pps further and further down)
Blockchain is here to stay! $GOHE$
Calastone, a global fund transaction network, announces on Monday its entire global network of more than 1,700 financial organizations, across 40 global markets, will be migrated to blockchain in May 2019 through the company’s new Distributed Market Infrastructure (DMI). According to Calastone, the migration connects one of the largest communities of global financial organizations using distributed ledger technology, marking a significant step for the digitalizing of the funds sector.
ADX value listed at 93.96 - $GOHE$
ADX values help traders identify the strongest and most profitable trends to trade. The values are also important for distinguishing between trending and non-trending conditions. Many traders will use ADX readings above 25 to suggest that the trend is strong enough for trend-trading strategies. Conversely, when ADX is below 25, many will avoid trend-trading strategies. 0-25 shows Absent or Weak Trend, 25-50 indicates Strong Trend, 50-75 signals Very Strong Trend and 75-100 discloses Extremely Strong Trend.
The current ratio is 0.072. The current ratio is the classic measure of liquidity. It indicates whether the business can pay debts due within one year out of the current assets. The quick ratio is 0.071. 1:1 shows the business can meet its current financial obligations with quick funds on hand. A ratio lower than 1:1 may indicate that the company relies too much on inventory or other assets to pay its short-term liabilities.
