The story is all in the FINRA REG/SHO and Short Report

I've posted the OTC Short Report but here's a great follow up to clarify what is going on by the MM. They are V E R Y short on Naked shares. This is very apparent in the high percentages of shares short compared to regular volume. Again, it's all in the Short Report. The good news is we aren't seeing mass dilution from the company!!!!
