ENZC, DVLP, ILUS, CYBL, SIRC, all were suppose to be penny gems. All look to be dilution scams in my opinion. Ok to day/swing trade, but crazy to invest in.

They should just shut the OTC down and let the small time investors go to the penny stocks that are listed on the exchanges at least they have some money to work with and yes they do issue stock but not constantly like the OTC

It's sort of obvious this is how you make money in these things, you day trade them or you can take your winnings and use that as your cost basis so you don't lose any money, but trying to invest in them you're going to lose your money most of the time. This morning up 20 30% just like I said, waiting for the updates.

he got his money from the offering and he has a certain legal responsibility or he can get in trouble with the SEC authorities, he's got to act like a company most all these companies are dilution scams but on the way to their dilution, they want to look like a company so they don't get in trouble with this SEC or finra

I hope so for the long holders here, either Stavros is just trying to build the company and not paying attention to all the drama on Twitter or it's just another delusion scam, the problem is most of them on the OTC are dilution scams.

Obviously most of the people buying this are trying to hit a gold mine or a lottery ticket and I wish them well.

DVLP also, a ton we're in at a penny but I will say that DVLP looks the best if you don't get drowned by Future dilution which is probably coming.

it's going to be hard because the OTC has scammed so many people there's no more buyers or very few and most of them are just day Traders, that's the other thing you need to factor in and a lot of people don't realize that.


That's why this stock just keeps languishing, and the chart it just keeps going lower, there's no buyers people are tired of scams and I'm not saying this is a scam but most of OTC let's face it they're just delution scams.

Most of the people in this stock are just looking for that 10 to 30% move in they're out and will reload at the bottom it's sort of like what you call stock fluctuation.

Well yes this could be one of the ones that they run, because you have to have one big winner once in a while or nobody would play the game. I mean this is just like the lottery here.

I personally think they should shut down the OTC and that would force people to go listed exchanges were at least the companies have some money or they can't be listed. They should make the OTC for accredited investors only.

Most of the people on the OTC that are accredited investors, they're doing death financing because they won't invest in the companies themselves cuz they know they're just piles of junk.

There are certain discord rooms that load up on this and then they go and pump it and they're only looking for 10 to 30% maybe 50% and they're out, that's how they trade these things, that's how you make money and not investing.

If you make money investing in them, you're very very lucky and most bulletin board stocks as anybody knows after they've traded them for a year or so, if you try to invest in them you will probably lose most of your money

okay they're not diluting when I bought though that's when they started all of the reg a or whatever it was and it just sunk the price

that's all fine and good but dilution is deadly to the share price with or without see filings.

the company could make out good but the share price and shareholders another thing... tricky to figure out, that's why I say wait for the reverse split. I don't think it's a buy yet they're going to show losses for operating expenses maybe in the long term it turns into something big. This is the OTC remember not listed Exchange, makes a big difference when you have money so you can be listed

they already did last year and just wait they're probably going to have a reason coming up to issue more stock soon. That's why their PUBLIC.

stock market in general as most everybody knows the last 2 years is very difficult to make money and the OTC is just the worst and who knows if it'll recover ever and as far as I'm concerned it's only good for day and swing Trading, but there will be an occasional big Runner to keep the lottery going.

yeah, I've seen deals like this before and what will happen a lot of times as they'll keep dumping and dumping stock, and if you really want to get into it you have to wait till after they do the reverse split and up listing, until then you're going to hold the bag, but what do I know, anything could happen here, but the OTC is dead except for a select few everyday, so good luck to everybody here. I hope you make a lot of money. I'm watching from the sidelines I was in at a penny and sold at a small loss but want to see what happens to this in the end

yes this could be a legitimate business and Stavros could be the Catalyst bringing them all together, but how much stock is going to be dumped on the retail and plus the OTC is dead full of lying CEOs or CEOs that just never fulfilled their promises

the way I see it is the SEC filings and the transparency, it legitimizes them and makes them look more like a legitimate company, which is good but also it can just be covered for them in their dilution scam, but with this one I think it's worth following. I think it could actually turn into something or I wouldn't waste my time here.

but the OTC is really really bad right now except for those few exceptional ones, it looks like it's dead and dying and so many stocks just keep going down every day. I can't remember seeing it like this in a long time but then again I never followed the OTC very much, I was always on to list it stocks NASDAQ and NYSE

Or things aren't going as he planned and he's getting revenues but not making any money or things are going as he planned and they just have to look like a business, so they can just keep issuing stock. I mean come on, you know that's the majority of the OTC you're just here to look like a business so you can have your own printing press and print your own money with stock offerings.

I don't know exactly what you mean, he's saying to the CEO look at CNNA, how they updated and how the stock went up I think like 150%,. he's saying that he wants the same from DVLP.

I'm just watching, I don't want to get into a food fight or all this online threatening people. I would just sell the stock and go to something else instead of doing stuff like that.

I was told they do not currently charge fees for OTC but are switching to charging a fee in the future.

I have Fidelity and when I go to trade it has commission and it says zero, but I don't trade very many stocks on the OTC

this has got to be one of the worst periods in history of the OTC it's almost like the market is doesn't even exist or barely

OTCBB is DEAD except for a very very few.

It looks to me like Stavos doesn't really care that much about the stock price, maybe I'm wrong but he should have just PR'ed something about the revenues being delayed. But I guess if you're a long-term holder and you don't care about Market fluctuation that's okay but most people here do.

I don't know if it's so much the companies but the whole OTC is in a super super bear Market and you know most of the companies here are just dilution machines, but there are a few Diamonds in the Rough.

My opinion is there's no or very few players in the OTC bulletin board, there's obviously no or very little institutional money. Here is a stock here is a pinky and it's actually trading at two times earnings and still going down.


Most of the OTC is not functional as of now, who knows how or when if it'll change with the new governments that we have.

After reviewing new material online it looks like you basically have to wait a year to really tell what's going on here, as this is like a startup and somewhat like a puzzle where all the pieces are coming together, but it takes time.

Just like most pink and over the counters they will make out for a while, while the retail gets crushed by stock offerings

The bottom line there's nothing really special in the 10q it's just a bunch of wishing and hoping.

I'm glad I got out of the garbage months ago I was just wondering what was going to happen in the end and I was not surprised.

It looks really bad that when he needs to sell stock he talks to Crown King and now when the important data comes out for the shareholders you don't hear nothing and really I don't see what's so great about the 10 Q they lost money and they have $220,000 left that they got from selling stock

oh yes and the revenues were far below what he was saying, they may be good in the future but you should say that so that it shows up on the 10 Q

Anybody that's been trading the OTC any amount of time can figure out that most every single company here is in a dilution scheme.

The worst part is, there's no follow up by the CEO, this could hit new lows if he doesn't start singing soon and he better sing good.
