the way I see it is the SEC filings and the transparency, it legitimizes them and makes them look more like a legitimate company, which is good but also it can just be covered for them in their dilution scam, but with this one I think it's worth following. I think it could actually turn into something or I wouldn't waste my time here.

but the OTC is really really bad right now except for those few exceptional ones, it looks like it's dead and dying and so many stocks just keep going down every day. I can't remember seeing it like this in a long time but then again I never followed the OTC very much, I was always on to list it stocks NASDAQ and NYSE
