My opinion is there's no or very few players in the OTC bulletin board, there's obviously no or very little institutional money. Here is a stock here is a pinky and it's actually trading at two times earnings and still going down.


Most of the OTC is not functional as of now, who knows how or when if it'll change with the new governments that we have.
